Hermione Granger has always found solace in books, but lately, she’s become captivated by a series of romance novels that seem to ignite something inside her. The intense passion and longing in the stories stand in stark contrast to the comfortable, if somewhat dull, relationship she has with Ron. As Hermione delves deeper into these novels, she begins to question whether she’s been settling for something less than she deserves.
When she strikes up an unlikely friendship with Pansy Parkinson, who claims to be the author of the books, Hermione finds herself drawn into a world of intrigue and whispered secrets. But as she grows closer to Pansy—and the alluring world she represents—Hermione begins to realize that the life she’s been living may not be the one she truly wants.
Caught between her familiar past and a thrilling new possibility, Hermione must confront her feelings, her desires, and the powerful pull of a passion she never expected.

A list of all the books in the same world as The Folk of the Air
1. The Cruel Prince
1.5. The Lost Sister (Novella)
2. The Wicked King
1. The Queen of Nothing
3. How the King of Elfhame Learned to Hate Stories* (Collection of short stories)
1. The Stolen Heir
2. The Prisoner's Throne
• The Modern Faerie Tales
• Darkest Part of the Forest
* The short stories in this book are scattered all through Folk of the Air. I would usually figure out where each short story in the book happens but it actually makes more sense to read all at once after The Wicked king.
I hope this helps you. :)
Thanks for reading.
This is brilliant.
Can we also please stop with trashing on tropes? If you don't like it, don't read it. I've seen so many posts across various social media talking about all of the tropes people don't like, including even in regards to the language used (especially in Romance/Fantasy) and it's frustrating - if you don't like it, don't read it. But stop being an ass about it for the rest of us.
