So the Mazepin family uses the Oaks as a gateway to continue doing business in the UK after they were banned for being in direct relations with Putin. This year HiTech was planning to put a bid in to become a F1 team (not anymore I guess). And during Miami (the race weekend, Friday apparently), Oliver Oaks’ brother (who was listed as Director of HiTech GP) was arrested and charged with “transferring criminal property” and not only that he was found with a large amount of cash on him. Oliver Oaks, as soon as the race finished, resigned and fucked off to Dubai and no one knows his exact location as of this moment in time. once again, disclaimer, this is what ive gathered from what’s been brought to light about the situation.
