Not really, no. I tend to just post them whenever I finish them completely, the latest fic being an exception since I've been sitting on it for a while.
Happy birthday WOY! It's crazy to think that it's already been ten whole years!
He's actually very likely a chimpanzee! The final episode's ending has a NASA shuttle surrounded by his green electricity while chimpanzee screeches and Hater's laugh play in the background.
In the background of "The Waste Of Time" we see this:
It's confirmed to not be "Hater" exactly; it's actually a character called "Monkey Boy" . However, Hater's skeleton could have still come from him and they are still said to be related!

How long have you liked skeleton dance?
I'd say about four years! I've had other ships before this one that I've liked, but this was the first one I was ever open about because the WOY fandom needed content to stay alive/spread the #SAVEWOY message.
It got me to open up and share all my artwork, even if it wasn't WOY related. :)

I just found something amazing today: the animatic pilot for Wander Over Yonder!
If I had to guess, I think the pilot was made around 2012 or early 2013, but other than that, it’s storyboarded by Craig McCracken himself!
*The shadow smiled wider, her pupils dilating with a sadistic sense of excitement. He's taken the bait.*
You'd think so, right? Such a chatty fellow, that one... Always the one to carry the conversation.
I assure you he wouldn't be able to keep a secret if he ever talked about himself. He only ever talks about his company, after all. Truly, when was the last time he gave you a hint as to his personal interests..?
Well, we can dive into that later. Addressing the other question now; why I know what I do...
*The creature casually takes a few steps back until she is flat against the wall in the most literal sense. She's nothing but a shadow skittering over the Skull Ship's gloomy interior. Her teeth disappear into the darkness of her form as her hollow eyes gaze up at Hater; her tone level and matter-of-fact as she speaks.*
...I don't exactly play by this galaxy's rules.
The place I'm from likes to gather video footage of other galaxies as a sort of entertainment, posting them on different television channels or uploading them to websites. There are quite a few clips that hint at Wander's nature; clips that no one in your galaxy has seen. I've taken it upon myself to analyze them with the intention of building an accurate profile of him for you. A character study, if you will.
With this profile you should be able to break the part of him that seems untouchable: his spirit. You'll be able to tear apart his motivations and show him how wrong he truly is! You could destroy him in a way so much more personal than you've ever dreamed of.
So I'll ask again...

Headcanons for Haters anatomy! Ive had these floating about and decided to finally jot them down properly!
Its mostly weird and icky jelly stuff that changes in consistency and even opacity depending on its function and purpose. It resides within his bones for the most part but seeps out whenever he gets a cut or injured or needs some extra protection, so it gets extra goopy and bad when something makes its way past the layers of bone and into the system within. The first time he got properly sick in the skullship it was a nightmare for the little guys. (Picture sm similar to that scene in Howls Moving Castle)
But this does help explain how hes so immune to Captain Tim and their scratches and bites and acid fuelled "kisses". Hes doing alot of repairing and rebuilding without even realising. As well as the jelly being very effective against most types of acids and keeping any other unwanted inruders out of his system.
Very little is known about how he functions and he barely knows how he works himself despite years of being alive so its quite a scare when he actually does get properly hurt or sick. His senses are also pretty dull on the outer layers, which definitely didn't influence his relationship to pain and torturing and not getting why his fleshy companions make such a big deal out of it.
But the sudden sensory input when the jelly gets involved can be surprising and even upsetting, anything more than a loose flowy robe is suddenly really annoying and distracting to wear. A little like moving from the amount of sensation in ones teeth, to the amount of sensation in the gums.
Not to worry; as rare as it might be, there are many others besides them. Although...
I find it quite strange that you don't want to know more about Wander. Don't you want to know how to weaken him so he can't manipulate you anymore?
You have the means to destroy him physically, but he always gets under your metaphorical skin one way or another. I might be able to help you change that.
I've discovered some things about him that most people won't know, not even Sylvia. I'm not going to lie and say I know everything about him; he's still very much a mystery. However...
I do think this information could prove useful to you. You could use it to break his spirit so he can never get to you again.

Well, considering you were born from a cosmic storm and you have magic powers I'd say yes! People like you are pretty rare, but you can find quite a few of them if you know where to look. They usually end up as villains like Sourdough (not sure what their real name is) or guardians like the legendary Myrtle.
These people are usually the only ones to have near infinite lifespans, but some species can live for centuries all on their own. Strangely enough, Wander's an example of this; he's been traveling through galaxies and changing his name for thousands of years now.
He might be even older than you...

Hater: "Give me back my thing. You see, I had to trap C. Peeps in the pit because he disrespected gamers."
Hater: Welcome to my humble abode. As you can see I have knocked over many chairs because I get so tilted at the towers.
Wander: Well this isn't really titled or a tower.
Hater: Well you see, it's a gamer pad. not many girls come in here because i get friend zoned so frequently, but that's ok.
Sylvia: [loudly and judgementally slurps her slushie]
Wander: I'd like to be in the friend zone! I like friends!
Hater: It's not as pleasant as you think. They don't treat you like a friend, they treat you like an item. Sometimes I wish I could be more than just an accessory to these women. But unfortunately, as a gamer I dont get respect.
Sylvia: [snickers as she tries not to lose it]
Wander: Well i'm not a gamer, so maybe they will respect me!
Hater: That just makes you a normie. That's the difference between you and I, Wander, I'm an alpha gamer!
Sylvia: AHAHAHAHA!!! Oh... oh MAN Hatey! And here I thought I heard it all!
Hater: SHUT UP SYLVIA! IM TOOOTALLY SERIOUS!
Sylvia: That's what makes it so funny!

It makes so much sense that there isn't any dimorphism because the end credits of the showstopper list female watchdog names!!! Not sure if there are any female watchdogs on the ship because Wander didn't seem to have any female names on his list and Hater's shown to be a bit sexist in some episodes but if he got redeemed there definitely would be!
And the notes about their planet, they make so much sense! And the art style is awesome - uhg I can't get over this post dude.
I actually made my own anatomy post a year or two ago that goes about their anatomy a bit differently, but I may need to retcon that a bit now lmao
Touched up the doodles and added stuff! This time with some small home planet speculations and puppies! Love thinking of these little aliens!
