I've just been idly looking around instead of playing for 2.7 hrs now.

Playing the Epic Mickey remake and my gosh there's some new stuff here! I've only just reached the Gremlin Village so this is likely not all but here are some things I liked:

There's a map!!! I love this, especially since they seem to emulate the style of the collector's edition guidebook :D

UI is def updated though. (Sorry tumblr cropping sucks ass)

There's also a briefcase that showcases all your pins now!

That's pretty neat! Idk if these are the same ones from the first, I've only gotten as far as the Haunted Mansion in my first ever playthrough so not sure but I can't wait to collect them all.

Speaking of collecting, I guess we have five costumes

Three already since I pre-bought it, but I wonder what the extra two are. Though I can assume none of them are Sorcerer Mickey

And here we have some concept art and the menu for checking the cartoons, very sleek very nice. And something new!

Photo mode! Limited in the side scrolling sections of course but in full over world you can rotate the camera and change between like five or six filters. It's awesome 👍

And that's about all I noticed right now! I'm still only scratching the surface I'm sure but so far the game runs well, especially on my steam deck. I hope you're all enjoying the remake as much as I am ^^)

uhh. well. it's a little embarrassing haha. to clarify, i had seen Oswald WAAY before this. like when i was visiting a friend's house and saw him on the cover of Epic Mickey 2 for the Wii or smthn. This was way back in my Sun + Moon(SB) phase(1-2 years ago i think). we'll talk about that later.
