I will protect the Headcanon with my life that young children are not afraid of angels. The positive, pleasant, innocent aura that angels radiate can be perceived by younger children, and they know that they need not be afraid when they encounter these beings, even if some angels take on frightening forms to frighten demons.
My little sweet but also sad headcanon is also that some angels disguise themselves for children when they lead the souls to paradise, these children have either unfortunately died of illnesses, accidents or because of bad people, angels want to try everything to make these children happy for the last time in their lives until they are reborn.

Despite all this, the forbidden child learned the powers of light and became the treasure of the world, the right eye of light.
More Lore for Bayonetta 3!
[[I might get some weird looks from Bayo fans if I said I loved Singularity as a villain (his dark humor is just so sassy, especially the scene where he made the French soldiers dance). But because Bayonetta 3 in general left a lot of questions unanswered about the story, I decided to give Singularity more lore, in the form of the notebooks we would find throughout the game. I thought it would be kind of interesting if we found notebooks from a scientist who had accidentally created Singularity or someone who had witnessed it from beginning to end]].

Many may wonder whether magic or witchcraft actually exists in our world, whether they are real or just a superstition of society? Or perhaps beings that whisper in our ears to do good or evil. In my research I have worked with a few organizations investigating these superstitions and as thought there really are beings walking invisibly in our world, in an accurate representation of demons or angels you read about in old books! They can be above, beside or below us and we would not notice anything except just feel their presence!
Science can be so fascinating and exquisite that I have decided to write down my research in notes, even if it means breaking the strict rules of my superior. Such a phenomenon that mankind has achieved must be recorded, as our will has brought us this far to create something that surpasses even magic in the afterlife!
However, this interesting research was interrupted for some time because there were some "accidents" when we tried to capture and study these beings. We have tried to use sophisticated glasses to locate and study these beings and well... if I should put it right, many of us don't come into God's garden when we die. The invisible beings we call demons seem to be much more aggressive so we have rarely approached them.
But now that I think about it I can swear as a child I would have seen these beings many times but unfortunately lost that gift as an adult...I can swear I had an invisible friend as a young boy that I called Gabriel, he had beautiful white wings and looked like a big bird...but maybe I was just imagining it.
But now to the main point of my research, which was actually very top secret, that every little word could cost you your life [but I hope that nobody will get hold of these notes except if suddenly the catastrophe will come and these notes might be useful, which is a very small chance that this will happen, I hope]
Exactly two days ago we managed to create a real Homunculi! [Accidentally even, because of a small accident that happened at our station] One that could think and analyze like an advanced AI, not like the early Homunculi prototypes that didn't work properly and still require high energy to function [But I'm working day and night to finally find the necessary energy key to these bioweapons that could control them en masse without requiring much energy, an advanced mother computer would be perfect to control these weapons with a long loop on their back]
My team and I were amazed that through a stupid misunderstanding we created such a AI, for some reason I felt proud and powerful, more powerful than God who could not create life the way we did. My team didn't understand the admiration I felt towards this AI, many of them were sure that this being we created had no will, so it wouldn't think of subjugating its creators. But I completely disagreed, this AI was more than that.
We have created something with a will.

Headcanons for the Angels of Paradiso
Part 1 (HCs for the Demons and Gods like Aesir will come too!)
Most of the headcanons are from my fanfiction series, but I'll list some here.
-Paradiso is divided into four areas, each of which is overseen by a cardinal virtue who is in charge. In the south of Paradiso Fortitudo is in charge, in the west Sapientia, in the north Iustitia and in the east Temperantia (very strongly inspired by the Hebrew order of the four archangels Michael, Raphael, Uriel and Gabriel next to the throne of God, also because the cardinal virtues were very much inspired by the four archangels), so Jubileus and Rodin would be in the middle, i.e. at the throne.
-Angels don't necessarily need food or drink, they rather need spiritual energy to regain their strength, but they love to nibble on things like sweets even if they don't necessarily need it.
-Angels like to drink wine, especially the angels from the first sphere (they often use Sapientia to help them because he can turn water into wine with just one touch, even if he doesn't like doing it)
-Angels love to cuddle, sometimes to share their spiritual power together or simply for trust and affection.
-Angels are genderless, they do not necessarily have a gender except sometimes when they represent the image of their god, because they are very free from the thought of what gender roles may play a role so it can also be that seraphs or cherubs often change their form to appear more masculine or feminine in human terms.
-There are still few angels who knew Rodin when he was still an angel. (The four cardinal virtues are the ones who can definitely recognize him, Rodin still recognizes some angels as his own children even after he became a fallen angel, just a little thought that Rodin surely misses his old home)
-Angels can disguise themselves as humans (although only the cardinal virtues have done so)
Out of boredom, I made a list for the cardinal virtues of what their personalities can be and what roles they each have in Paradiso, because the game didn't give us more of them (just like with the demons in Bayo 3, they need an extended personality)
~Fortitudo: Polite, open, calm, has more of a leadership position between the virtues and Angels, great empathy
Tasks in Paradiso: Fortitudo is the contact person for lower angels in case of ambiguities, protection, reassurance and healing, he is a therapist and helps other angels if they do not feel well in paradiso or have worries. (He even helps human souls to heal, as they must first be pure in order to enter paradise)
-Together with Sapientia, Fortitudo is one of the teachers who teaches the angels, either to ascend higher in the hierarchy or to teach certain things: history about paradiso, spiritual power or certain tasks in the human world, such as leading souls to paradise or becoming a guardian angel etc. (Sapientia teaches different languages like English, Spanish etc. and can also speak any languages who do not exist anymore)
-Is also responsible for the army of angels and for the weapons and equipment
-Can have a big sweet tooth(but hides it), especially if seraphims like to bake for him when he is stressed(His two dragon-heads love it and sometimes eat half of it in front of him. not me but the two can purr and have sometimes the braincell of an orange cat)
~Temperantia: a bit strict, artistic, humorous
Tasks in Paradiso: Takes care of the choir and the playing of instruments, teaches angels to play new instruments or to sing (he is, so to speak, the best singer in Paradiso, not even a millisecond of his voice and demons would be lining up)
-He is a painter and artist, creates new buildings or paintings with other angels and teaches them to sculpt or paint realistically. (Angels love painting more than anything)
-Loves theater,music and opera and also has a big heart for human culture-owns all golden angels hymns records
~Iustitia: patient, cooperative, reliable (Watch what you say because Iustitia can remember everything you've ever told him)
Tasks in Paradiso: Is responsible for the garden, where plants, trees, flowers and food grow like berries, apples, etc. Takes care of the food and also makes delicious meals.
-Is responsible for the Humans who stand in front of the gate of Paradiso for admission to paradiso. Iustitia uses the judgement to determine whether these people are worthy to be let in, if not these people are either carried off by demons or they are eaten by Fairness and Fearless (angels with sharp teeth and firm jaws are allowed to consume human flesh or Souls, but not because of hunger).
-Is also responsible for human souls and knows approximately when humans will die
-Knows almost every secret in Laguna and keeps it to himself and doesn't use it to his advantage (In the end, he's just waiting for these secrets to explode so he can say he saw it coming.
-Possesses the key to the gates of hell but rarely uses it
~Sapientia: Can be Narcissistic, very honest, but can be caring (especially towards the other Virtues)
Tasks in Paradiso: Is in charge of managing books, scrolls, etc. is the organizer for feasts, fasts and so on.
-Knows the entire library by heart because he has read through every book several times.
-Is responsible for the medicine and for the spiritual healing of the angels. When angels are reborn because they were killed by demons, Sapientia is responsible for accompanying them during the entire healing process. Also prepares the various medicines or baths for healing. Also takes care of nearly corrupt Angels.
-Takes over the paperwork and had written books together with the god of mankind/chaos(Aesir) in the past, which are still very popular in the human world. (These two were besties in the past,even best friends)
-Makes the best tea, with herbs and honey, syrup, oils from Iustitia‘s garden.
Do you guys think they had a custody battle over who gets the kids?

Lumen Sages Headcanons!
Part 1:
-Lumen sages can use healing magic, in case even very advanced sages like the Lumen elder can bring animals or even humans back to life.
-Lumen sages often use alchemy in battle to create elements: Fire, water, earth and air/lightning.
-They also use alchemy to create objects
-Lumen sages officially become real warriors when they have made a pact with an angel: sages receive angel feathers from the angel they have made a pact with to sew their first lumen robe (a sign that they have also made a pact with Laguna and are now a part of it).
-Which angel you can make a pact with depends on the spiritual power of the wearer. Sages with less spiritual power can only make a pact with angels of the second or third sphere, while other sages with a lot of spiritual energy can make pacts with seraphs, cherubs or thrones, i.e. angels of the first sphere. (The Lumen elder is often the only one who has a pact with a cardinal virtue)
-There are female Lumen sages in the clan, they are also trained as warriors if they have a high spiritual energy like their male companions.
Once a year the Lumen sages make a pilgrimage to paradiso (this is why the portals to paradiso exist) Some sages use this to train or speak with their angel companions.
-Lumen sages possess instruments with miraculous powers (these can be played with only one melody to make flowers grow or to change time and space and much more)
The cardinal virtues are considered gods among the Lumen sages.
A sacrificial altar was erected for the angel Fortitudo so that the sages could pray to him and receive his blessing and protection (Fortitudo is a guardian angel, so to speak)
Temperantia is an angel to whom one prays for the seasons and that they go well. Temperantia is also often known for giving the sages rain, sun, etc.
Iustitia is worshipped for fertility and for successful harvests.
Sapientia is worshipped for a good catch in the sea (whether fish or simply treasure) and is seen as the leader of the sea when the Lumen sages are caught in a storm and receive his protection to arrive without losses.
A child who carries the weight of the world
The young sage is often plagued by nightmares, so bad that the Lumen elder has to intervene to comfort the boy.
No one knows why Balder is plagued by these nightmares, even the Lumen Elder was impotent although he can predict the future of every single individual, but the boy was different...he was trapped in time.
Many rejected the boy because he could not use alchemy or healing arts at his age, but the Lumen Elder was the only one who believed in the young sage and this proved to be true when the boy was given feathers by the great angel Fortitudo himself, with these feathers he was able to sew his first lumen robe which he would grow into.
\\\\I think it's such a shame that we never really saw the Lumen Elder in the game, in the anime, it was just a single image, I just think it's a shame that the Lumen Sages were generally thrown in the trash and almost nothing was made of them. I mean c'mon give me a badass sage who kills demons with holy Style even If It's Balder, I just need to see how badass it can be when sages kills demons bc so many people think Demons are way stronger than Angels\\\\
Paradiso~ a starry paradise
Angels in Bayonetta have such a beautiful and interesting design than all the other game designs I've ever seen so I can't help but draw more of them! I may be almost the only one doing this job of giving the angels more love, but it's the best part.

Blood of the saint (equivalent Sin Summon)
Since demons have sin summons, angels must have something similar and so I set myself the task of giving them a form called Blood of the saint.

Lumenetta AU:
A close friend of Bayonetta who, like her, is one of the last survivors of the Lumen Sages.
During the Sage Hunt, they fought together against demons from Inferno but many sages died in the process to protect their Lumen-cathedral. In this terrible war, Bayonetta lost her father when her own mother killed her father.
The last Umbra witch, Mother Rosa, cast a demonic spell on Jeanne in order to rekindle Bayonetta's memory so that the right eye of light could finally awaken. Like Bayonetta, she has a contract with a cardinal virtue, the cardinal virtue of Justice Iustitia, because in her heart is the great trust to bring justice to the world and protect the innocent.

Harp of the Sirens.
An ancient harp maintained by an ancient civilisation who worshipped a god in the sea, the harp is said to represent this god who offered fish and protection to the people in the Bad days. A scale from the angel Sapientia was used to give the harp its lustre.

Scales of justice.
The scales of a man who brought much justice into the world, yet his heart wrapped itself in poison and died of an agonising death, only the few manage to use this weapon, because there your heart is tested for purity. A poisonous liquid from the angel Iustitia rules these scales, waiting to find a pure soul and understanding for justice.

Sword of Michael.
A sword wielded by an angel who entrusted the sword to the Lumen Sages, for now this angel protected the realm of the Creator in the form of a terrible face and two dragon heads. In this sword burns the flame of Fortitudo, which only extinguishes when the heavens has fallen. With one swing of this sword it can cut demons in two.

Trident of the Gabriel.
Thunder and storms were the wrath of God, so the trident was greatly feared by the people, hoping that they would not be tempered. In this trident dwelt a small piece of broken glass from the angel Temperantia, who once entrusted this weapon to a prophet to control storms and air.
*Bonus*
In ancient times, there was a technique among the Lumen sages known as *angel puppeteering*. In this act, angels could be summoned and controlled so that the sage was able to strengthen the angel and guide it like a puppet in battle. Many sages had to raise their voice and sing a specific song in the Enochian language to control the angel, but beware, this act could quickly get out of hand if the singing was interrupted.
There was also the technique of *divinity* or *Blood of the saint* for fighting a strong opponent. In this ritual, Lumen-Sages must pluck out their spiritual feathers on their back and stain them with their blood. This ritual transforms the angels into *pious angels*
A long time ago, a female lumen-sage managed to make the angel Glamor grow several feathers and eyes in this ritual, the true appearance of a seraphim who was never transient in the human world.
