Ayo so do you guys think that Steve, Krel, and Eli are gonna be stuck together doing something in RotT? Like where are they
Oh gosh if that's the case though, there is a single braincell amongst them
Watched The Batman with my mom. She said that the scene where he's walking away from the fire reminded her of Kung Fu Panda đ
I'm sorry but those 2022 Riddler fans are so annoying-- like I will see a Riddler cosplay on TikTok and read one of the worst takes I've ever heard â ïž
so disney is using emily gwenâs lesbian pride flag with no compensation, and sheâs still in need of money. i implore anyone who cares at all about the lgbt community to donate to her instead of paying for fucking mickey mouse pins
OKAY BUT THIS DELETED SCENE. I LOVE IT. It would be SO interesting if Joker were to stay in Arkham Asylum just to get into the heads of other inmates to do his bidding. I'm definitely not the biggest Joker fan, but if he's like a rarely-seen mastermind/manipulator of other villans, I'm all eyes and ears. We already saw him at the end reassuring Riddler that he did great and that Gotham "loves a comeback." He already knew about what Riddler did, and he totally analyzed his whole personality and motives just from those files. Who knows? The gang we saw in the beginning could've been his groupies or something
AND it fits his general character too-- everything is a game to him and others are simply a pawn. He could really care less about them unless they're useful. Of course I'm tired of Joker being the front and center of Batman villans, but I bet (and/or know) Reeves could pull off letting him be on the sidelines while also being a huge menace to Gotham. Let đ otherđ villansđ get đthe đspotlight

One thing I am grateful for about the ToA Fandom is that they don't sexualize the kids, or tolerate it for that matter.
Like on TikTok or any other social media, it's so uncomfortable to see people constantly apply adult-themes (particularly sexual) to 14-16 year olds; such as bondage references, dom/sub stuff, and just other weird shitz. This is most prevalent in the mlb fandom, where lot of them defend it by saying that they're also minors and that the characters aren't real-- as if that makes it any better.
shoutout to trans men, nonbinary men, transmascs, etc who are curvy, fat, have wide hips or chests they canât flatten, who are short, who have long hair or babyfaces or high voices, who are gender nonconforming, who canât or donât want to transition medically for whatever reason, who will probably never âpassâ in a way that looks cis.
cis men are not the height of masculinity and you donât have to be indistinguishable from them to be masculine. people misperceiving you doesnât define what you are.
ive seen a few other posts about this that didnt get a lot of notes because i know it makes nonblacks uncomfortable (đ) but you people need to start examining why so many of your reaction pics and gifs and memes are of black people being expressive or literally just existing because its not a coincidence. it directly correlates to how black people are seen as overemotional and overreactive, the sassy black woman and the angry black man stereotypes and so on. like you really need to ask yourselves why such a large portion of the most used reaction memes this year are images of black celebrities like wendy williams and oprah and why non sequitur memes including dababys face seem to be so inherently funny to everyone, and if you are contributing to this problem.
this video explains it well:
"White people and nonblack folks using black memes and GIFs to express their emotional labor on black bodies contributes to what American literary critic Sienne Ngai calls 'the animatedness of black folks', A.K.A. seeing black people as hyperbolically emotional and expressive, particularly black women and [q word] black men."
in the video khadija also talks about how this relates to blackface and minstrelsy and about the appropriation (and butchering) of aave in online spaces, and cites these articles on the subject of digital blackface that i also recommend:
