I want this presented at my funeral, because IT KILLED ME!!!šš¤£
My drunk sister watching bad batch with me, looking at Crosshair for the first time: āthat dude really made fallout boy and a nicotine addiction his entire personality didnāt he.ā
I would never be able to share this enough. We should be accepted, not prevented.
THIS.
i feel like the infantilisation of autistic people in the eyes of science and psychology really stunts them when it comes to talking about some of the issues that come from being autistic in a world built for nt people. like i dont think ive ever seen substance abuse rates discussed wrt autistics because thats an āadult problemā and the public at large has an image of autistic adults as overgrown kids, despite the fact that almost every other autistic adult ive met has had a history of substance abuse issues at least partly in response to the stress of existing in the world as an autistic person. like if youre constantly beset on all sides by stress and sensory overload of course youre going to gravitate towards drugs and alcohol and things that smooth over those sharp edges, make socialising easier, etcā¦
Why, WHY is this so GOOD?! Two of the franchises that were a part of my childhood coming together? YES PLEASE, SIGN ME UP!!!
Cāmon, I hear genetically mutated clones I go to my favorite team of mutants.
Leonardo: Enhanced Instincts
Raphael: Enhanced Strength
Donatello: Enhanced Intelligence
Michelangelo: Enhanced Senses
Not really sure where Iām going with this, but here are a few ideas I had in mind:
Splinter & Shredder were two brothers that fought side-by-side throughout the changing galaxy. (Was thinking they were either Soldiers, Bounty Hunters, or Mandalorians)
One day, Splinter & Shredder were tasked with collecting a small team of genetically-enhanced clones and deliver them to the Kraang Labs. To further experiment their abilities.
It was supposed to be a simple task, however, the brothers werenāt expecting the Enhanced Clones⦠to be children! Kids with extraordinary abilities.
To Shredder, they were no more than just assets in a mission. However, Splinter knew in his heart that it was wrong.
The disagreement lead to a fight between the brothers. In the end, Splinter took the four boys and disappeared deep in space.
Now, Splinter lives in the shadows with his fours sons. Teaching them to fight and use their skills, to prepare themselves for whatever the Galaxy has to throw at them.
Meanwhile, Shredder had continued growing in the shadows. Creating an army to someday overthrow the galaxy.
Okay, I just looked to confirm that Clone Captain Howzer looks like that clone toy named Ballast that was seen not that long ago, so likely the same person... but that got me thinking; is it possible that the clone we're seeing is Ballast, and the real Captain Howzer is dead? Maybe Howzer noticed something off with Ballast and accused him of treason, tried to kill him, only to flip the tables and take his place so he could hide in plain sight..... š¤
Quite possibly the biggest indicator that Crosshair has a heart past all that jerking exterior, and I love it.
Crosshair and Wreckerās Relationship
The Clone Wars S7 and The Bad Batch
I nearly busted up laughing, this is FANTASTIC!š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£
im not a huge jedi/clone shipper but that one scene with anakin and rex and hunter is just standing there is so funny like how was hunter SUPPOSED to interpret that
AKJH FAKJSDF he must have been so confused, imagine he brings it up with Rex at some point like "so it must be tough now that your bf's dead" and
Rex: ??????
Hunter: what's "??????" were yall not fuckin
Rex: ????????? no he has a wife???
Hunter: HE'S STRAIGHT?
and Rex is just so offended that Hunter could htink he'd be in love with someone that ugly that he storms off.
This is... what's the word..... let's go with, a terribly good idea for the series, because it would definitely work, despite how much it'll hurt to watch.š
OK, so, Wreckerās inhibitor chip is starting to act up. The show is definitely implying itās only a matter of time before Wrecker starts to go all Order 66 in a manner similar to Crosshair.
Meanwhile, thereās no confirmation on this theory one way or another, but if thereās any chance that the theory of Omega being a force-sensitive clone is true, AND given the fact that Wrecker and Omega are clearly bestiesā¦
Wrecker may go Order 66 on Omega.
And all I can say is, do it.
Dew it, Bad Batch.
Hurt me the way only a TCW-level Star Wars cartoon can hurt me.
Why is this so ACCURATE?𤣠To be fair, though, they are aloud (even encouraged) to care, they just have to put the good of all first... but this is still hilarious.
The Jedi code: No attachment! No romantic partners! No family!
Anakin sneeking off to meet up with Padme after a night out with the 501st, whilst hiding adoption papers for Ashoka: What attachments? No attachments hear!
Obi Wan sat on Cody's lap whilst waiting for a message from Satine: Be mindful of the code padawan.
Aayla removing herself from Bly's face for 0.5 seconds: What did you say?
Kit Fisto waiting to call Aayla and Bly so they can meet up for date night: You must listen to master Yoda, attachments are dangerous.
Ploo koon and Shaak Ti surrounded by clone younglins as they fill out adoption forms for the entire army: Emotions are not the Jedi way.
Depa Billap tucking Caleb into bed: You must learn to let go of your feelings.
Quinlan Vos in the middle of checking in with Aayla and having given Bly the shovel talk: Listen to Obi Wan, he's usually right.
Mace Windu sitting worriedly at medical waiting for news on his injured men: As Jedi it is are duty to follow the code.
I must confess my guilt; I watch the episode, and he's the first thing I post about.
Absolutely hilarious that we got Crosshair, Hera, Chopper, AND Heraās parents all in one episode but who do we hyperfixate on?
Yes I talk, or rather text, too much. I mostly just add my two cents to other posts, but I'll try not to where it's not welcome.
