My source says it stops at 25, but ok. Also, it's a lot easier for 30 year olds because of their life experience compared to a 20 year old. Even disregarding life experience, a lot of times, older people may have positions in their career that they can use to manipulate people fresh into their career who want to get off on the right foot.

Further, I don't know why you're arguing with such fervor that 20 year olds and 30 year olds are at the same level of manipulation, but it's not true.
