I think my favourite piece of shifting advise I've gotten so far, was to stop being here.

Stop being in this reality just because that's what you see in the 3D. If you want to see the change, BE the change. Go COLD TURKEY on the current reality. Starve the current reality of your attention.

Anytime you see and react to something in this reality, just remind yourself "oh wait, I am already in my desired reality." REMEBER WHO YOU ARE in your desired reality and in that embodiment, REMIND YOURSELF you are in your desired reality.

Like "Oh wait, I almost forgot I'm literally in my dr" or "Oh yeah, I almost forgot I've already shifted" because you literally have. Anytime you think about your dr, take that chance to remember yourself as your drself and remind yourself "Ah yes I'm already in my dr" "I'm literally in my desired reality right now". Because what you are doing right, there is the entire shifting process.

You are shifting your awareness of your current reality to your desired one, remembering who you are in your dr (embodying your drself) and reminding yourself you are in your dr.

You have become the change, so therefore the 3D will show the change.

let me put it this way. yes, there are differences between your current reality and your desired one.

but, your current reality can also be your desired reality.

your current reality is the reality you are currently aware of, by the most basic definition. meaning, that when you make yourself aware of another reality, either similar to this one or different, it becomes your current reality.

from jumping parallels to parallels and from solaria to mewni, they are all the same. they are a reality with a different backdrop or font. no matter how magical it may be or out of this world in compared to this reality, it is still reality.

your desired reality becomes your current reality in the same way that any other reality at any given time can become your current reality.

your “CR” isn’t special. it shouldn’t be on a pedestal because it can change at any given moment. your “DR” also isn’t special, stop putting it on an unreachable pedestal where your brain thinks that at its core it’s any different than any other reality.

at the end of the day, they are all realities. every reality has its own set of rules, every reality is different. but, the one thing they all have in common is that they, in one way shape or form, are reality.

which on some level makes them all the same. stop thinking your desires are hard to reach. your current reality is the same as your desired one.

Visualising vs Daydreaming

Sometimes when 'visualising' it can start to feel like maladaptive daydreaming and I think for some it feels 'pointless' because theres no intention behind it. Or it can feel like escapism to imagine something different to the 3d.

When visualising throughout the day or before shifting, have the feeling of acceptance towards what you are imagining. That what you are imagining is what you are setting yourself up for, its not just random thoughts or daydreams its events that are going to happen to you and emotions you are going to experience.

And once you realise that what you are imagining is going to happen, it may help you align with what you actually want. A lot of people don't actualy realise how real shifting is, so that scene in your head that you are picturing is going to happen to you.

Be honest with yourself and understand what it is you truly want in your drs. Whether thats scripting breakups or worse things, because youre the one going through allat.‼️🙏🏻

don't stress yourself in the name of the LOA

it's okay if you missed doing your daily affirmations, which you didn't need anyway. it's okay if you diverted your attention away from your desires for a while, it's not gonna prevent your manifestations. it's alright if you cried because you don't see anything reflecting in the 3D and later felt bad about it, you'll still get your desires if you want them.

it's all part of this reality to feel bad, to cry, to get mad. not everyone in this community can feel happy and cheerful all the time while manifesting. and it's okay. everyone is going to want to cry. you are allowed to cry. you'll still get your desires, it'll still show up in the 3D no matter what.

don't sacrifice one thing for the other. there are no sacrifices made when you manifest. don't hold back, it's only healthy to let out your feelings than bottling it up. crash out if you want, and trust me whatever it is that you want, will show up.

just assume you have so and so and it will inevitably manifest, unless you decide you don't need it anymore. remember, nothing in between will matter.

you're giving yourself your best life, no inconveniences. you don't have to make yourself uncomfortable just for the sake of that. if you're giving yourself your perfect life, start by acknowledging your feelings and letting them be ♡

Introduction kinda

Little Disclaimer: Take everything I do or say with a grain of salt as not everything works for everyone and also this is just to share my personal journey to see if it resonates with anyone else ♡

So my shifting journey started back in 2020 from shiftok which really saturated my mind with limitations and the need to be doing a hundred steps to shift to my desired reality. I did take a break last year and only started getting back into shifting like 6 months ago.

For me, a part of me didnt know how to restart my journey and let go of all the beliefs I had because I was convinced that it required a lot of effort to undo. But I've learnt over time that changing my mindset is simple.

Everydoing we do is changing states, whether we are changing to get something physical like money and cars ect or something mental like a new mindset around something like confidence and self esteem.

Therefore, changing my mindset for me was as simple as deciding that I dont need to be in starfish position to shift and I dont need to count to 100 everytime. The most important part is persisting in it and for me personally I don't go out of my way to persist. I let it be natural and simply remind myself if any old beliefs are brought to mind.

I haven't reached my desired reality yet but I do think I'll be there soon in the 3d.

I dont interact with shiftok much anymore for me personally its a lot of ambiguous statements and requires more thinking and explanation so I tend to look into other manifesters and law of assumption blogs/ videos ect.
