The two recent adopted family members! Rosie (Abyssinian) And Ringo! (Short haired little cutie)

Both of these two were adopted through a local humane society. Rosie is three years old, and very sweet. Her previous owner had gotten her from a co-worker who was moving, and the previous owner later didn’t have enough time for her. I first saw her while on the Humane society’s site and it was love. It took some convincing but we went to see her. Needless to say, she came home with me that day. She cuddled right up to my mother and melted her. 

Ringo popped up (under his formal name of Azazel) on the same humane society’s site. However, he didn’t have a picture. Either way, I asked to see him while I was there for Rosie. Such a big fella with a soft coat and was more than content to be held. I couldn’t say no. Now, my family being a fan of Supernatural knew he was named after a demon, and for such a cutie, it didn’t seem like the right name. Many R names were suggested, and Ringo fit the best. 

Both of their previous owners were happy to hear they were adopted, and even told me some things to help get these two angels settled in, in their forever home.

Fast forward a few months and It’s been an adventure. My first year ever owning guinea pigs and I got four of them!

Ringo is quite the adorable little punk, but he’s still chill as ever. (He’s won over my sister!)  Rosie is quite popular, and very demanding of her hay. Still so cuddly!

Winston and Wilbur will be turning 1 come February~! It feels like they grow up so fast! I feel like a parent. As someone who doesn’t plan on having kids in the future, These fur babies, are all the kids I’ll ever need.
