Well I have woken up. Time to get back into the nonsense, I guess.

Nghh. Why. Am. I. So. Stupid.

My friend told me(tho it was a short convo and like 2 years ago) to not eat to many pomegranate seeds at once, yet here we are! Laying down in bed and waiting out my newest folly!

“B had nothing to do with it!” A growled, storming over to the general. “I met them LONG after I ran away.” “Sure,” the general scoffed. They started to turn, but A grabbed their sleeve in a white-knuckled grasp.

“You’ve chased me across worlds,” A hissed. “You know this. So why are you REALLY keeping them? Why are you keeping them away from me?”

I was in line at Aldi and this girl with two toddlers in front of me had her card declined and she looked so fucking sad and said “let me call my husband real quick” and it was only 18 dollars, so I just paid for it, and she was very sweet and then as she walked off, the lady behind me said `”You know that was probably a scam, right?” and like, even if it was, like what a sad fucking scam, right? 18 dollars at the Aldi. If you’re “scamming” me for some Tyson chicken and apple juice and cauliflower, then just take my fucking money. 

“A scam” people are fucking wild.  

I just saw that my science teacher put 'worked well in science today :)' for a positive acknowledgement. Udhd. One of the best teachers I've had. He's patient with students, lets us have our phones, actually helps students understand things, gives us choices on the extra things we can do once we've done the notes and he lets us handed them in later so we can finish them.

He's tied with one other teacher for Best Teacher At High School

The other is up there mostly for his sense of humour, he can make anyone laugh

So, I was studying for my finals and reading the bit in Snorri’s Edda about Ragnarok and at one point a wolf swallows the moon and it says “og gerir sá og mikið ógagn”. Now, I understand that the meaning of the words have changed a bit over time and all that, but to a modern Icelandic speaker, this just sounds like “one of the wolves took the moon, which was unhelpful”
