Connor knew it was a bad idea the second Tim said he needed a backup For tonight’s Steakout Not only was he the least patient person to do a Stakeout he was also  looking forward to the pirate that mom made but then Tim said he was looking into a new Academy’s research facility under a new name that wasn’t weird Tim has been looking into a lot of things recently and he’s just glad he stopped a little bit sure he’s still staying up 3 days straight and I sleeping but at least He just wished it wasn’t him

 but the second he knew it was Academy’s related he was really interested cuz they’re still a lot left and known about what made him into him sure he’s a clone of Superman and likes loser but what else he also wanted to make sure that there is no other little clone kids or whatever it is being made in another secret facility and nobody else was cloned

 getting closer to the facility Connor started noticing some strange things they could see people walking around it we can only hear the heartbeats other people outside he can see people through the windows and such and he could hear them answering over the radios and there’s still more people inside scientists guards and the like but he can only see the 12 pacing outside 

Tim hacked into the cameras in the facility and saw that they got a new subject and that they are now working with a sister program called the giw that specialize into the Paranormal a quick Research into it it shows that JW is it government-funded program that Is said to no longer to be in use in the next two months if they don’t get any real hard evidence of whatever they’re hunting

They can find evidence of ectoplasm and such all over the place but there’s no concrete evidence of these  so-called ghosts so far I wouldn’t seems to be their extra dimensional beings and they don’t get no real evidence at these so called ghosts don’t feel and pain their funding will be cut in the program will be disbanded

 but recently it is documented that they were getting close to that subject Phantom and lost him after having him get put captivity for about an undetermined amount of time since some of the data is corroded but they noted that they have found a phantom even though he is in the different condition they are 100% sure it’s him they said they’ll continue with experiments post-taste regardless of what tricks in mind games he tries to pull by trying to make them believe he looks like a human CHILD  and the next part is  screeched out while Tim finds a photo of phantom he doesn’t look to be any bigger than three years old likes to be 10  months  at the youngest and while he’s scrolling down the patient sees that the notes are being updated live  and are about to start experimenting on the child and sooner or later plants are vivisection neither caring about anything else they both decided to start extracting the child baby 

 meanwhile on the other side of the facility Danny is tired he’s hungry he’s asking for his dad and all these non-dead of people refuse to give him his dad in fact they look the opposite of his dad and they smell the opposite of him too his dad never wore White and always smelled something funny and coppery of books Gun Leather and smokes even though he doesn’t know what those are that’s what his father usually smells like the mean man in white start yelling at him and telling him to stop playing tricks on them and that they know what he Really is and he should just give up The Jig and transform back to the Abomination that he is those are big words Danny only knows half of them he just knows that the mean men are not going to get him his daddy and are being mean to him so he decides to be mean back they try to poke him with those bright shiny things you make sure the minute goes all the way in and it can’t get it out They later try to strap him in onto a table but he decided to start floating they can’t strap him down if he they can’t catch him so little baby Danny decides to start floating like his little astronaut like the game him and his dad play fearing that the Abomination would fly out of the facility they put the active shield around the facility 

at this point Tim and Connor have Infiltrated the facility I started knocking out cards and Gathering evidence against them while they try to look for their baby Sarah and the monitor room trying to check out which room they have the baby in and all of a sudden he just see him on screen flirting above the heads of the scientist and seems to be dropping something on top of them and they’re running away from him screaming yelling and start SHOOTING  at him why are they shooting at a baby 

Baby danny decides that this is less fun and decides to face through the floor when Tim and Connor lost  visuals on him they had a mini panic attack on how their going to find him, all the sudden they hurt a small little giggle footing above their heads and there’s baby Danny suddenly the doors stretched open and a scientist or where is playing at scientist throws something and it actually latches on to the baby turns out that was a work in progress color to suppress ghost abilities obviously being modeled after the meta collars and  power dampeners Listen to say work in progress and only limited two Abilities at the moment  flight and what the team Heroes would call density shifting this cause the baby to fall onto the floor hard 

Now baby daddy is tired scared wants his papa and hungry and was just 10 ft onto the floor  where he a regular human child this would obviously cause some problems then just problems him being a helper with all these Powers containing to a small body shocked him in his state unless he began to cry he still had his ghostly will which had Connor immediately though his hands above his ears to a person damage thankfully Danny was screaming away from him so that did help a lot after the scientists wannabe was incapacitated the two teens just stared at the baby  seeing that his powered crying pit her off into a normal crying until he started yawning and falling like he needed a nap 

Well that was easy is a shirt suck between the two boys two picks up the baby and wraps his cape around him to keep him safe Connor goes to drag the butt into a closet when all the sudden the computer starts making noise and calls their attention back to it Tim shoves the baby into Connor and says “this is where we got to split up The facility is about to self-destruct and they destroying evidence as fast as they can meet each other back outside you get a small head start I’ll finish collecting evidence if all else fails we’ll see each other at the  at the JL headquarters in space and about an hour” 

“Tim don’t leave me with the baby this was your idea your operation I didn’t even want to come” 

“ come on Connor it’s just for a little bit he’s just a baby he can’t be that hard to handle he’s asleep and wrapped up in my Cape what could go wrong”

Not even 10 minutes later Connor wanted to punch  him to space straight to the JL headquarters forget an hour Connor will send him there in 5 minutes. Well could go wrong he  said he’s taking a nap he said he’s just a baby he said  damn it Timothy You jinxed it and the short time they’ve been apart Danny decided it was a great idea to wake up from his little  impromptu nap  that he’ll start calling power nap cuz the second he woke up Danny bit him and  sure he’s half human but he’s also half Kryptonian meaning a child’s bite shouldn’t hurt that much but Danny isn’t normal so they were both surprised Danny waking up in the arms of somebody that wasn’t his father and Connor getting bitten that actually hurt  that made him throw the baby into the air accidentally in shock. not only is throwing a baby a very bad idea that’s what I meant to be at the worst moment possible cuz a group of giw Agents decide to swarm him and start shooting at both Connor decided to start blocking off whatever and time meta rhetoric that they were spewing from the mouth saying something about not even being human and says to start Plowing through all of them,  thankfully Danny didn’t cry out when he fell this time and started biting all the ankles he could reach

This sadly we came up pattern for the next 30 minutes until they escaped and I am throwing the baby well not just during the baby but the baby causing chaos wherever he went he couldn’t keep on carrying the baby so he had to let him down a few times and Danny would bite and Claw and think he could reach whether that be humans or any wall panels in start  crawling through the walls  this is how Tim found them actually Connor surrounded by down to agents calling out for the baby and a weird laugh floating around them

“ Connor where’s the baby”

“I lost the baby”

“ how can you lose a baby”

“ well Tim it’s easy you see I was carrying him I had to put him down had to knock all these fuck**s out and I turn back around and I can’t find him he’s like he’s in the.. W a l l s”

Thankfully at this time to stop the self destruction sequence got all evidence he needed and spent 30 minutes helping Connor get the baby at the walls promising to take him to his daddy after all this They check the baby over to make sure that he wasn’t hurt anywhere and took the weird  collar that ended up being a belt for Danny

 And radioed the Watchtower saying that they needed an extraction at this location because they found a   Cadmus facility working  with a previously unknown organization that tried to experiment on a child that is calling for his dad  

 the JL member that picked up was Flash and started to explain that they were unable to extract them at the moment cuz  they’re being blackmailed by someone named RedHood  Help find their child but they’ll send someone out as soon as they can as soon as those words were  out of flash’s mouth he was pushed out of the way by someone  wearing a leather jacket and a crude red helmet  “damn right f*** you replacement ain’t nobody moving until I find my son back and if I find him with a hair out of place so help me I’ll burn this world into the ground  starting with-”

  at that moment Red Hood was cut off by a cheerful voice yelling “Daddy!”

 Red Hood did a complete 180 and started baby talking the child in Connor’s arm, “ Hi Danny! Daddy's  been looking all over for you are you okay are you hurt did the Weirdos take you who took you  daddy will come get you as soon as he can okay?”

Back at the Watchtower the hero stood by and amazement seeing the 6'2 man that previously  threatened them in detail how he was going to hurt all of them if they didn’t find his child which they would have done without any threats by the way start baby talking a child in the arms of Superboy who’s standing next to Robin with a burning building in the back

Right Reasons; Wrong Kid

Summary: Batfam thinks Damian is being kidnapped when they see Danny getting manhandled into a car by Vlad; Danny loves to make Vlad's life difficult and puts up a fight getting into the car.

Word Count: 1450

Being in Gotham was the last place Danny wanted to be today, especially when he had to be here with Vlad. The fruitloop had somehow convinced his parents that he should go to this stupid three day business conference with him.

While Danny can't make any decisions right now he can certainly make Vlad regret his. Which is why Danny doesn't feel an ounce of embarrassment at what he is currently doing.

"Daniel, get in the car." Vlad hissed at him with a tight smile as they both stood outside of the building the conference was being hosted in.

"No." He said; even going as far as to take a step backwards to further spite the man in front of him.

It was clear Vlad was losing his patience with him if the subtle flash of red in his eyes is anything to go off of. "Daniel, I won't ask again. Get in the car now, or I can drag you in. The choice is yours, but you will be getting in this car one way or another."

"You really gonna drag a kid into your car in front of all these people you're trying so hard to impress?" Danny looked from side to side at all the people congregating on the sidewalk and steps as they wait for their vehicles to arrive.

"I'm hardly the first person they've seen that has had to deal with a stubborn child refusing to listen." Vlad says as he takes a threatening step forward, "Now get in the car."

"No."

Seemingly annoyed but not surprised Vlad takes a deep breath before his hand, like a snake, strikes forward and grabs a hold of him before beginning to pull. Just as quickly though Danny is trying to pull away with just as much strength. Quickly taking a moment to look around he sees that others are already starting to look in their direction; perfect.

With him distracted though Vlad was able to get a sharp tug on him causing him to stubble towards the car. Before he can fall into the car though Danny is shooting his foot forward, firmly planting it down as his hands land on both sides of the open car door.

"Gonna have to try harder than that, fruitloop. I can't make it too easy for you." Danny teased as he fought against Vlad’s pushing.

Vlad doesn't say anything back to him besides giving a low growl. This situation is clearly not going the way he wanted to and Vlad’s frustration was starting to show, and Danny was determined to watch this man break in front of all these people he so desperately wanted to impress.

He locked his arms and knees when he felt Vlad start pushing harder against his back. Preparing himself to jump to the side the moment Vlad loosened his grip even slightly. What he wasn't prepared for though was for the weight pushing against him to suddenly disappear.

"What is going on here?" A deceivingly friendly voice sounds out behind him.

Before Danny can realize what has just happened though a much stronger hand is gripping his shoulder and yanking him away from the open car door. Finally able to see more than just the car's interior Danny see's that three other men are now standing by the car.

Two of them, a teen not much older than himself and a middle aged man, are standing in front of him as if forming a wall between him and Vlad. Who is being held in place by the third man.

Danny can see that Vlad was just as thrown off by these strangers as he is based on the startled look on his face. What confuses him though is when instead of becoming angry like he expects Vlad only looks surprised as he takes in the three guys with them.

"Bruce Wayne!" Vlad announces with a tight grin, "I was just trying to get my son to cooperate with me and get in the car. I'm sure you understand how teenage boys are."

"I'm not your son!" Danny instinctively yells out; no way in hell was he going to let Vlad tell people they were any way related.

It took him a second to register what name Vlad had even said.

Bruce Wayne? He remembers Sam and Tucker talking about that guy and his family when they found out he was going to Gotham. Which means if he's remembering correctly then the young man next to Vlad is most likely Dick Grayson and the older teen next to him is Tim Drake.

Without looking at him Bruce leans towards him and whispers, "Shh Damian, let me handle this."

Wait. What?

"I'm not-" Danny tried to say that his name wasn't Damian, but was quickly interrupted before he could.

"Damian, quiet." Bruce lowly growls; still not moving his gaze to look at Danny. "Actually, Mr. Masters, you'll find that this is my son, and I don't think you should be putting your hands on him."

Vlad looks from Bruce to Danny and then back to Bruce, "While I do agree that you and Daniel share some resemblance this is not your son Mr. Wayne."

It seems Bruce wasn't going to entertain Vlad's "lie" because he still doesn't bother to even look at Danny. Tim on the other hand seems to consider what Vlad said, and turns to actually look at his face.

Danny almost laughs out loud when he sees shock immediately overtake Tim's face. At least one of these fruit loops is smart enough to recognize that he isn't the youngest Wayne.

"Bruce, this isn't Damian." Tim states with wide eyes still locked with his.

Upon hearing this the other two Wayne's finally take a hard look at Danny for themselves.

"Oh my God B, that's not Damian!" Dick exclaims before releasing his hold on Vlad.

Bruce on the other hand is frozen in shock as he stares at Danny as he comes to the realization that the boy in front of him is in fact not his youngest son. Snapping himself out of his stupor, the older man finally addresses Vlad. "Mr. Masters, my deepest apologies. It seems this young man and my son look remarkably alike, and I assumed the worst when I saw him fighting to get into the car."

Vlad takes a step forward towards Danny clear with his intentions of getting them into the car now, but before he can grab him Bruce is once more taking a step in front of Danny. "I would actually like to have a quick word with Daniel if you won't mind."

"And why is that?"

"I have a son his age after all, maybe I can help ease this teenage rebellion phase, and cause less fights when it comes to getting in the car."

Danny must have been more focused on the growing argument in front of him more than he thought because he ends up slightly jumping when he feels a sudden hand on his shoulder. Looking to his right he sees that Dick is now standing next him with a soft smile. "Daniel, right?"

“Danny actually, and you’re Dick?”

"Yup! That's me," He gestures to the boy standing on Danny's other side, "and this is Tim. Sorry about all this; we thought our brother was being kidnapped."

"Do I seriously look that much like him?" At this point Danny had to meet Damian if the guy's family was even confusing the two of them.

Tim is giving him a concentrated look when he replies, "It's like the two of you could be twins or maybe even clones. The eye color is the biggest difference between the two of you."

If Danny didn't know any better he would think Tim was accusing him of being a clone based on the tone of his voice. He knew Gotham was weird, but he didn't think he would have to worry about cloning here. "While I was adopted when I was pretty young, but I think I'd know if I had a twin or if I was a clone."

"Crazy things happen all the time in Gotham."

Well, that doesn’t sound ominous at all. Danny can't believe saying this, but it's probably time to get Vlad's attention and get the hell out of here. He already has one crazy fruitloop to worry about; he doesn't need more. "Vlad, I think we really need to-."

“Father, what is the meaning of all this?” A new voice interrupts him, and when he sees who it is truly shocking to see a mirror of his own face. The other is also now looking at him with something akin to shock and grief.

“Damian?”

“Danyal.”

The Power Core

Danny doesn't know how long he's been trapped in this coffin the GIW put him in. His parents gave him to the GIW when they couldn't accept him being a Halfa.

He endured so many painful experiments by the hands of the GIW. He was then put into a cylindrical coffin that drains him of his powers. He can't see what's going on outside because the GIW put a casing over the glass in his coffin. He can't move either. Many things are keeping his limbs and mouth from moving. He can even feel them digging into his body and can feel them drain his ectoplasm for who know what. He probably wouldn't survive this long if he hadn't ascended to the throne for the Infinite Realms.

He can tell he's somewhere new, as he's begun to hear the voice of a woman trying to talk to him, he can't respond to the woman because of the muzzle on his mouth. And then his body couldn't handle anymore torture. His body morphed into the age his Ghostly half is, the age of a 6 year old boy, which causes his limbs and mouth to be freed, but it also causes him to collapse from where he was being held in the air by the things restricting his limbs(he didn't know that he was right-side up and was mostly out of it because of the low levels of ectoplasm he has).

Meanwhile, either Bruce, Tim, or both are wondering why the power core they bought from a government agency is malfunctioning. It was bought for Wayne Enterprises. It was said to be the only power core capable of lasting years. And when it was opened up to see what's wrong, a young boy around the age of 5 wasn't what anyone expected to see inside the power core, with wounds on his limbs and mouth from the restraints and the muzzle inside the power core that could be seen.

So Damian is in college, and he’s continued being a vigilante, but people are starting to get a bit suspicious when he leaves during a rouge attack. He needs someone to be his alibi, and it has to be someone he can realistically be around alone for long periods of time.

Enter Danielle Jane Masters. She’s an archaeology major, and is currently looking for a place to live that’s not a dorm. Quiet enough to to slip by, but is also a presence that’s impossible to fully ignore. She’s also pretty and smart enough for their ‘relationship’ to not be a total shock

Damian offers his apartment in exchange for her to be his fake girlfriend.

Dani’s attending GU, and after her roommate infested her dorm with mutated cockroaches, she decides that she’s done with the dorm hall.

She can’t exactly find a place to stay with roommates willing to overlook her halfa oddities (doesn’t eat much/at all, eyes glow, etc) and she can’t afford rent on her own (and she would not be asking Vlad for money). Jazz and Danny have enough on their plate, with Danny taking his rightful throne and Jazz getting a PhD in Star City.

Dani also is keeping a low profile, partly due to the GIW and partly due to the bats, who might run her out of town before she finishes her degree.

So having a fake boyfriend to keep her cover as a normal college student is perfect. All she has to do is be a good fake girlfriend until she graduates and she can leave town.

Why Damian needs a fake girlfriend is none of her business, but she suspects hes involved in crime.

They mostly ignore each other, but over time they develop a small friendship and a ‘friends with benefits’ type of thing even though they’re already ‘dating’.

Shenanigans in no particular order:

- Damian notices Dani doesn’t eat much, and gets pretty concerned, especially after he realizes she also doesn’t sleep (halfa stuff)

- Dani gets the flu, and Damian goes full doctor mode. Turns out Dani not only hates being cared for, she’s also clingy when she’s sick

- Dani doesn’t come back one night, so Damian goes out to look for her and finds her as a sacrifice for a cult meant to bring ‘peace and harmony’ to the world. They take her blood and before they add it to the circle, all the power cuts out. Damian heads back to the apartment to find Dani waiting for him, saying she was ‘so worried’ (She was. She sensed he was near during the ritual and caused a city-wide blackout and slipped out invisibly and intangibly)

-the Waynes are entirely convinced that Dani and Damian are actually dating, and Damian goes: ‘these fucking idiots. I wonder how long we can fool them.’ Surprisingly, Danis up for the challenge, and Damian invites her to a gala, where they pretend to be the most in love couple then can be without making it obvious they’re faking. Has Dani always stared at him like this?

-Jon visits, and even he’s convinced. That’s when Damian realizes that he actually wants to date Dani

-Something happens to Dani’s room/bed (maybe it’s flooded, the frame snaps, etc) and suddenly it’s just one bed

-that same night, one of Damian’s sibling slip through Damian’s window bc they’re injured and just see Damian and Dani and it’s just really awkward, especially if one of them wakes up.

-if it’s Dani that wakes up, she just sees a shadow at the foot of the bed, realizes Damian’s sleeping right next to her, and she grabs the nearest lamp and throws it. The person crumples to the ground and Dani finally turns on the light to see a vigilante on the ground unconscious.

- if it’s Damian, he’s just really embarrassed while the vigilante thinks it’s cute. Damian ends up trying to get his sibling to leave while also trying to not wake up Dani, who eventually smothers him with a pillow trying to get him to shut up.

-it turns out they sleep way better when the others there, so they make excuses to stay

-Danny stops by for an hour and is promptly not fooled by their charade and accuses Damian of holding her hostage. Barbara or Tim decide to hack into his apartment’s security camera and catches the part of the conversation where Danny threatens Damian

-one of them gets partnered with a member of the opposite gender, and the other is wildly jealous about it

-one of them gets a stalker and they spot the stalker in public, and in order to ward them off, they start making out with the other. The stalker posts the photos on the internet

-a talk show wants to have an interview with them, and they play a game (“what’s their favorite color? “What’s their biggest pet peeve” etc). They answer every question correctly.

-they have a public pretend fight that gets a little too real

-Jason or Steph finds out and they help Damian plan an apology date

-someone insults Damian too Dani’s face and Dani snaps. There’s yelling, video recordings, and a whole bunch of shit and Dani doesn’t even realize Damian’s standing right behind her, approaching her to ask her out on that apology date.

-Dani gets invited out by some of her friends and they ditch her and Dani’s drunk, has no ride, and is feeling extremely uncomfortable, so she calls Damian, who drops whatever he’s doing to come get her

-Damian gets home late after a rough patrol and Dani fell asleep at the counter waiting for him because she was worried

-fake proposal. Even better if it’s not planned at all, and they’re just like “do you to marry me?” “Ok sure.” “👍”

Any more ideas? Not sure how it’ll end, so i want to see your suggestions

Surprise! Your brother is alive!

While Tim was working with the Ra's and the League of Assassins he learned that Damian had a twin that went missing a few years before Damian came to Gotham. This is information he took a mental note of for later as he was more concerned with find Bruce at the time.

It's something he honestly forgets about though, and it isn't until months had passed after the time stream incident that he even recounted it. When he does Tim decides that maybe finding out what happened to Damian's twin would help mend their own relationship.

Thinking that maybe the reason Damian is so angry is because he never got to properly bury his, at the time, assumed dead brother. Only Tim doesn't find something that needs to be buried; he finds Danny Fenton.

Now Tim knows that he should probably go and inform Damian and Bruce that their brother and son respectively is alive. But that would ruin the surprise reveal he was already planning out in his head so he doesn't do that. Instead, Tim travels to Amity Park with one goal in mind: Convince Danny to come back to Gotham with him.

After moving to Gotham and having to deal with a stressful job, Danny has started taking walks around the city as a way to destress.

Since he knows that he could get mugged, he just becomes intangible and invisible while listening to some loud music on his phone.

Unfortunately for him, his control on his Invisibility keeps slipping when he gets lost in his music, and the people of Gotham keep seeing a semi-translucent ghost man walking around at night aimlessly.

Some thugs think it’s just a meta with invisibility and try to mug him, but pass right through and he disappears completely. This convinces them that he is a ghost, since having both invisibility, and intangibility would be too big a coincidence. Not to mention he never reacts to them whatsoever.

The Bat’s get word that a Ghost has been stalking the streets of Gotham, and he looks scarily like Bruce Wayne from the little they have been able to see from him. Now Batman thinks his dad may have come back as a ghost.

Danny is oblivious to all of this. He just likes his nightly strolls.

Danny Fenton is so damn sick of rich fruit loops. It’s worse now, since he’s one of them.

It’s not Vlad that he’s with, thank the Ancients, but Danny isn’t sure that this is better.

Because he’s Timothy Drake, a baby, and he’s been reincarnated after the Ancient of Reincarnation accidentally drank too much wine.

He’s going to kick their ass so hard when he gets back.

Danny huffs. He rolls over, ignoring the silent manor. Sure, he’s read the comics. Sure, he laughed and imagined being adopted by Batman- come on, Danny had black hair and blue eyes even back then, he was totally adoption bait- when his parents gave him reason to lose trust in their love. But that’s it, that’s all he thought it was. A day dream, a wish for a universe that didn’t exist.

Danny hadn’t understood the reality of the whole Infinite Realms thing, a place he was now the King of. Batman? Real. Danny? Reincarnated. Hotel? Trivago.

Like, this wasn’t what he meant, dammit.

And now he’s stuck as Timothy Drake, and Ancients, he was starting to see parallels.

Danny tried photography. He really did. He wanted to at least stick to the source material. But that’s not who he is. Even with the shiny new brain that memorized, catalogued, and put together clues at the snap of his fingers, but Danny’s never been one to take photos. It’s a respectable art, for sure, but Danny preferred to live in the moment instead of capturing it to remember forever. It’s just-

He watched the Graysons fall. He watched Dick Grayson turn into Robin. And Danny can’t and won’t ever betray his Obsession like that, ever again. He can’t let Jason die for his “story” to begin. That’s not how Danny works.

He’s there to protect.

Danny hasn’t ever been just Tim. Danny was also Tim and the Ghost King without a haunt. But now? Gotham is his haunt. He, in lieu of an actual city spirit, is Gotham. He’s also a Drake. And Drakes were meant to hoard.

Batman and Robin? They are his.

He claimed them, as a Drake. But that claim is weak. So he claimed them as their city, and that is a claim that will never be able to be challenged.

Danny’ll be damned before he allows some lanky starved clown beat the life out of one of his Robins. So, for the first time in his nine years on this planet, Tim-Danny goes ghost and flies.

“Who- who. Are you?” Robin slurred from his place in Danny’s hold. He is broken, yes. But not dead. Danny infuses some of his vitality, his ecto, into Jason’s injuries to help them heal.

“Gotham.” Danny replied, layering his ghostly voice with those of the city.

“Goth’m?”

When Robin, Jason, settled with a sense of trust that tugs at Danny’s core, Danny carried him to Batman, whose eyes were wild and manic. He glared menacingly at the green and white ghost in front of him, who was holding his broken and beaten son-

Well, it’d be menacing if Danny hadn’t watched him eat bricks and mortar, crashing into a building while using his grappling gun.

“You-”

“I am Gotham.” Danny cut him off. Despite his wary nature and natural paranoia, Batman settled at his city’s gaze rested on him. Danny knew that Batman recognized his city. Batman’s head bowed, but his eyes stayed on Robin. “You were supposed to take care of Robin.”

“I- I know.” And that voice was all Bruce Wayne the Dad instead of Batman the Vigilante. Danny gently placed Robin in Batman’s arms, taking in the tremors as he held his son close.

“Go back, Bruce. And make sure Jason knows how much you love him.”

He laughed as Bruce whipped his head upwards. “I am your city. You are mine as much as I am yours. I’ve known of you before you were born.”

Technically? Not untrue. But Bruce will chalk it up to weird magic shit. It’s not like it’s a secret that Gotham’s kind of curse. Besides, this way, Danny will be able to help out more often. And Bruce won’t be able to connect Tim Drake to the “Spirit of Gotham.”

“Return, my knight. This is not your city. I can not protect you as well as I can in Gotham.”

“Thank you… Gotham.”

Danny sighed. He wondered when he’ll have to field questions from a John Constantine. He’s pretty sure Bruce will call in magical help, even if it was his own city he was investigating.

Batman’s lucky Danny liked him enough to allow it.

-Kill the fentons , except Danny, who escapes.

-Found by a couple who couldn't have kids of their own.

-adopted by them and changed his name to.... BRUCE WAYNE.

-stopped using his powers, making a wristwatch acting as a block to his powers.

-Timeskip!!!

-Klarion (or anyone you want to use) try to summon the ghost king! Instead Batman disappears from his spot between the JL and appears in the middle of the summoning circle.

Danny has been reincarnated.

Which was an odd thing to realize, it wasn't even a slow one he just... snapped into it one day. One moment he was staring at a wall out of boredom the next, well, he was staring for an entirely different reason.

It was a task for his now young -he thinks around three years old?- mind to work its way through the memories, but it wasn't like he had much else to do honestly. So, what does he know?

His name is Danny, like, his actual name and not just a moniker. He was once a halfa and he already knows he's going to be missing invisibility and intangibility. He, well, died. For like, a second time which actually makes sense because reincarnation-

Anyways.

He was a clone of two people from this thing called the Justice League which, weird name but probably some government or activist group. Wonder Woman and Superman. Which were pretty weird names to name your kids but eh.

He doesn't really remember much besides that from this life, or the one from before but he's an adult! He'll figure things out once he gets out of this containment tube thing.

Did he mention he was in a test tube? He's a tube baby now. He thinks? Or maybe it's more like he's being contained.

Whatever.

So he breaks out. Thank you apparent superstrength that he has no idea why he has but he's not going to complain! He then wandered around all of the other test tubes, able to remember just enough of English to see that yea, they're dead.

He probably was too, before he had memories zapped into him. Or a vegetable.

He then finds this really big container, checks it out, then opens it because the clone inside isn't dead!

'Project Match' it said. He'll just call him Match.

Was he thanked for helping him? Nope. You would think that he would be thanked or at least somewhat respected for saving this guy but nope!

He was, quite literally, held up by his leg and dangled in the air. Who dangles a three-year-old?! Well, he was technically and adult but still! The next few things were a blur but after pulling off the old Fenton charm he found him and Match outside as he tried to stop him from attacking random people.

Luckily the charms and privilege of the youngest (he's assuming he's the youngest, because he's physically three) was more than enough to get through to him. Sure, the guy couldn't form words, really aggressive for literally no reason, really weird but also absolutely cool looking eyes. But he worked around the first issue by developing their own personal language from like grunts and stuff, the second he once again used his youngest privilege to boss him around and the third a pair of sunglasses easily fixed.

He just had to steer Match clear of those random S crest mark thingies. Which was a weird thing to hate but hey, he's not there to judge.

Bruce is horribly immune to most pranks… but Steph has a plan to mess with him.

Steph blames Dick for Bruce’s nonchalance. Mr. “Climbs a chandelier and breaks it” ended up breaking a lot of Bruce’s sanity as well.

Bruce barely reacts when she puts salt in the coffee instead of sugar. She gave him ghost peppers at the last Gala, and he gave his Brucie Wayne performance around the sensation of his mouth on fire. She dyed all his shirts purple, he convinced business investors it was a new fashion trend.

She needs to prank Bruce, absolutely befuddle him in a way that makes him question reality. She’s even prepared to use the other family members to do this.

She manages to get the other bats (and even Alfred!) to agree on this prank.

Steph has a plan. She has a new friend from school, Danny, who Bruce doesn’t know about yet.

She’s going to Gaslight Bruce Wayne into believing he has an extra child.

This is a good plan.
