Azazel, our water flight correspondent and figure head, has written back some exciting news from his recent trip back into the ocean waters.

"In light of the recent chaos with the cryptic message from Tidelord, many of the fathoms have begun to settle down! Truely a rare and even slightly worrying sight. tensions are high and worry over the still missing deity has made daily life in these waters rather awkward."

in the corner of the page a small drawing of Azazel in his pond bed showed his homesickness. You cant help but miss the lively water snapper. He continues on the back.

"Now speaking of the fathoms I will admit I have never seen them more than a drawing on a scroll. While exploring the colder waters under the twisting crescendo, a pair swam past. They are HUGE! Ive havent seen such large dragons in a long time! Hammerhand and Rainwater are the two I spoke too. A lovely couple whom settled due to their 3 eggs, they thought travelling to deeper waters with the current news would be too dangerous. I explained how our clan was just above the waters, though a tad more inland, and they were quick to accept my invite."

"But sadly we realized that they are better living within the waters than to try and fit into our windy field camp. So instead of living with the rest of the clan I decided an honorary member status was the better choice. I also plan to move my water school into the western waters, at least for a little I know the cold will be a complaint."

Sadly the rest of the letter was torn and soggy, but you could faintly see another drawing.

Completed my first ever dnd campaign! Where i stumbled through dming lmao. Who could deny a good dragon fight tho. Fireballs were being thrown, death saves flying about, tabaxis pushing statues into the water. All the good stuff

its been a long while since ive done anything serious with them. my little alien babs. ive always liked the thought that blackholes were portals to other parts of the universe so I used that here.

Mavshoon, which sounds very similar to mushroom, is a tiefling rogue who -might- be a bit of a criminal. Mavshoon takes on jobs as they come by to make money. This is how he and Vanya meet. Mavshoon is like a walking gps he knows exactly where to go and the short cuts to get there. Mavshoon is constantly correcting vanya on the pronunciation of his name.

Mavshoon doesnt follow many of his family's traditions nor many laws. One family tradition that runs in his blood is the protectiveness over his possesions and things he cares for like his devil dog thor ( dedicated to my old pitbull thor miss you bud <3)

Mavshoon is helping Vanya find the dragon that will give her the gem shes searching for with the promise of a hefty payment. though he wont verbally admit it, he enjoys a good journey. He also enjoys having someone who can actually talk back instead of just staring back with beady eyes.

False volcano

The skywings have been claiming the mountain near them has become a volcano. Saying that the nightwing volcano must have woken it up... highly doubtful to me, but when the tremors began the rumor grew more widespread... Which is why im now in this cave.

Toad stuffed the scroll back in his bag as the mountain shook again. He managed to pin pont the exact mountain the tremors were comming from. So far it was just a boring old mountain.

"You hear that? She says youll be released soon." The voice shouted with a nervous chuckle. Toad hesitated before following the voice.

"I... I was so worried she wouldnt believe me and she'd have me killed..." The voice continued as Toad curled around the dark stone corners. His thick mudwing scales scraping against them, the heat was rising. "Imagine what we can do once your out... Like we can go flying and hunting and and you gotta see some of the festivals!" the dragon stopped falling into a coughing fit.

The cave opened up... suffocating smoke filled the belly of the mountain. Chains scattered the walls all connected to somthing in the middle. It would shift and send a chorus of clangs echoing off the walls. Claw marks of varying sizes lined the walls among charred bones and ash.

Toad crept further out trying to see what was behind the smoke.... A dragon... a giant one...

He struggled to hold himself up from the weight of the chains. Anywhere he places his talons melted, even the mountain itself. He shifted toward the ant like form of the other dragon, a wing flew over toads head sending smoke swirling past. Toad bit his tongue to prevent himself from coughing.

"I cant wait..." His voice hissed. his tongue flicked out running it over his teeth "I need to stretch my wings and get this rope off..." his neck and wings were squished into the mountain. To toad this cave was giant but to him it was a cramped cage. "revenge will be sweet I promise you that little brother..."

The dragon below gave a whimper "I wish you wouldnt think of revenge. Let them ruin themselves... the war certainly isnt going in her favor.." The large dragon reared up, he slammed his wings and talons into the mountain. The treamors... it was him...

"Dont you DARE tell me what to do." He roared, another tremor, his jaws struggled against the rope "Once im free I will do what ive been wanting to do for CENTURIES..." The small dragon whined and whimpered apologies under him. The large dragon gave a sigh, rolling his eyes "but I also wish to hang out with you...I have plans but I do wish to catch up on our lost dragonet years..."

Toad had many questions. How could a dragon of his size stay hidden. How was he burning so much? Why dont his ropes or chains burn? but he was also terrified... he needed to leave. now.

Toad turned to escape but the large dragon moved his wing, it slammed into toad. Toad heaved as the wind left his lungs, he stumbled to catch himself in the air. The two whipped around to face the eavsdropper. Toad froze. It was like starring into the sun.

"Who whos that?" The small one yelped

The large dragon opened their mouth as much as they could with a hiss "An unlucky visitor..."

First flight

Imogen and her father tomb. Tomb had kids before but they went on their own pathes rather quickly so he vowed to spend more time if he was ever given another chance.

tomb met volcano and the two fell in love and had one hatcling. Imogen is their spunky daughter who is in love with the clan. Being the daughter of the heir to the clans leadership she is treated with a lot of respect. she also has the best teachers to feed her hunger for knowledge.

Another man for the vanya and mavshoon world. This is Zudrig the odd. Zudrig is apart of the colossal dragon covey. Due to coloassal dragons being so large they adapted the ability to shift into smaller forms. Forms range from smaller dragons to humanoid forms.

Zudrig loves his human form and socializing with all the creatures of the land. He is known for is large floppy ears and overall joyful nature. Zudrig loves love and is a hopeless romantic. Zudrig has had many crushes but no true relationships.

zudrig has a magical compass, each picture he adds to the compass locket thing a new arrow shows up. the arrow points to where said person in the picture is.

Zudrig helps vanya and mavshoon on their journey.
