Ok first of all, I'm so so sorry for not replying to any of the asks or comments, for the last few weeks I've been down with food poisoning and low blood pressure and it's not helping that my college semester 2 is starting. I've been bed ridden just sleeping the whole time for the last week and am just getting better now. I feel so tired and unmotivated i could barely write this announcement even though I've been meaning to for a while. Again I'm so sorry for not active at all but my body just goes nah bitch on me so I cannot do anything about it for now. I might start responding to asks after a few days, so I want to thank anyone and everyone who have sent me those wonderful asks and I'm sad that I cannot answer them right now

Anyways that's it for now, I'll post updates later when I feel better

Oh a rare Caesar appreciater cameo! That's rare! To be honest with all the attention of E., V. and Nikita, he had ALMOST slipped out of mind, but thankfully you reminded me about our poor (and traumatized) single father here, good to know he has someone to love him too (p.s. I love the memes, they're hilarious 😂)

And oh boy, MC may have become a little tame now but back in their past they were one of the BIGGEST red flags to walk on the earth, but who knows after getting their memories back they might end up reverting back to their previous self (hopefully not) but I'm sure Caesar will domesticate them just fine (and hopefully not end up causing an even bigger disaster than they already are)

AND OMG THAT SCENARIO IS JUST TOO CUTE FOR MY HEART AND THIS IF TBH (tho it could be a possibility in the late, far far future) - and here's their responses! (Sorry for being late- college has been kicking my ass lately)

Twenty : They are a late sleeper, and a very heavy one at that so it take MC a while to wake them up with some gentle nudges, but when they do they'd probably throw a little tantrum like a petulant child be forced to wake up (they're joking of course) and possibly throw a pillow at MC for waking them up, telling them to get lost with a big grin on their face. Not a very big fan of physical affection, they’ll just answer with a lazy “Morning to you too.” and later help MC with the cleaning up and other chores. They're more used to showing their appreciation with acts of kindness rather than verbal or physical means. They'll go on shopping trips together, cook together and watch movies in each other's arms, in a future where neither of them is dead, in a future where things never went wrong.

Nikita : Being the lazy person he is, Nikita will just pretend to be asleep the whole time MC is trying to wake them up. Then when their back is turned he'd pull them in bed and give them a morning kiss on the cheek, with a rather cheeky smile of course. Not only would he refuse to get up from bed he'd also refuse to let the MC go so they'll probably just lie in bed in silence, enjoying the warmth of the bed and eachother company. In the past they wouldn't even have thought of sharing the same bed much less sleep in one as mortal enemies, but here they are, in an unexpected yet welcomed future. Nikita feels a warm feeling in his gut that he can't quite put a finger to, it's not uncomfortable but it's not familiar either. He has never felt this emotion. He's not sure what it feels like to feel one, but now as he lays in bed with MC he realizes what it really is. It's joy.

Victor/Vanessa : They’d just lie in bed in absolute shock at how adorable and cute MC is, they'll return their greetings with a cheerful “Good Morning to you too [pet name]!” Wanting to help the MC and not be left alone they'll quickly wash up and try to help them with the morning breakfast, despite their lack of expertise in cooking. It would probably lead to some hilarious (albeit cute) moments where batter splatters around them and they have to clean up the mess, with V. apologizing all the way. They'll also compliment the MC about their attire and secretly plan to buy more such cute aprons for them. And maybe a cookbook for themselves to prepare some treats for MC.

Emir/Evara : An early riser, E. and MC would get up together and while E. is busy taking a shower MC would be preparing breakfast. Imagine E’s surprise when they see MC in an apron, greeting them with a smile they hadn't seen in so long. They wouldn't even bother to dry up and straight up hug MC, ignoring all protests about being wet etc. After a while they'd let go and just say, “You look beautiful, love.” and with a quick kiss would walk past them to get their tea bags. A more expressive person they'll likely hug and hold hands with MC out of nowhere in the most unexpected times. They just like the feeling of being close with them, after losing them so long ago it feels like a forgotten nightmare.

Leo : Used to being served all the time by servants and attendants, Leo would be less than impressed and would instead quietly frown to themselves, thinking someone has forced MC to do the household chores when they shouldn't. She thinks that since her and MC are together there is no need for MC to do the hard work when they have everyone they need at their disposal. But upon MC’s persistence, she'll eventually relent (albeit hesitantly, and then fire the chef for not doing their shit properly) and then do it. She won't help the MC with anything, simply watching them cook from afar while going through the phone, occasionally slipping in some compliments along the way. Later she'll take them on a date for the entire day to make up for that.

Caesar : He'll be a little flustered, and touched too. Looking at MC he would see a brief, but similar image of his wife next to them which would make him very emotional. MC would not be expecting a grown man to tear up at their attire and probably be more flustered on their behalf. It takes them a while of coaxing and patting to get him to calm down, he does and Caesar feels embarrassed now. They talk about him and his wife for a while then, with Caesar sharing some sensitive details about her death. But their heavy talk is interrupted by his daughter, Chiara waking up. The rest of the morning goes well with them sharing breakfast, and Chiara complaining about having to drink milk. They make the picture of a perfect family to any outsider, one with no future to worried about because their present is more important.

Gael/Gwendolyn : An early bird, G. would be the first to be up, because they need to train and exercise early, just like they always do. Though they're used to being alone by themselves, so they would not be expecting MC, their once mortal enemy now lover, in a cute apron welcoming them with a smile that could blind thousands. Had they told their past self about it, they would've been spat at. But now here they are, sharing their breakfast on a single table, across one another in a comfortable silence. Honestly, they like it more than the loud hustle or bustle of the headquarters. There's nothing much to talk about, and they don't need to anyways. They always know what the other wants and needs, and that's all they need.

You needn't worry about the ask being out of place! Infact it's such a welcome scenario away from all the chaos XD I love them so please don't feel burdened or concerned when sending such asks! I love them!

Oh a fellow true crime lover I see 🙈, hello to you too! And I have a long list of true crimes that I find interesting, but here are my top three!

1. The Burari Deaths : this case really shook me to the core, especially after watching the Netflix documentary. I wasn't quite aware of the extent of its case as the media here likes to embellish things quite a lot, but really behind all the mysteries and unfortunate deaths was the sad truth about society demonising mental health to the point talking about it becomes a taboo. Sometimes I wonder if the perpetrator(not gonna mention his name) had gotten help with his mental health maybe things could've been different. Plus this was my first case about the topic of shared psychosis, which in itself is so intriguing!

2. The case of Taylor Parker Morton : this was my very first (and possibly last case) related to fetal abduction that made me more madder than I had ever felt in my lifetime. And although the topic is itself very interesting (albeit horrifying) the case surrounding it will make any empathetic persons blood boil

3. The case of India's (and the world's) youngest serial killer : really brings out the age old debate on Nature vs Nurture when you go through this case. And idk what's more terrifying, the fact that this kid did it when he was 8 or that he's out and living his best life rn, with a changed name and all that. Makes you wonder who the person you're walking or sitting beside really is and how many skeletons they are hiding in their closet

So there are my top three true crime cases that I found really impactful and interesting 🤔, feel free to tell me yours 😁

HMMMMMM- dunno whether it could be considered too spoilery, but YES there was ONE instance when an inmate did escape from Tartarus, although there is little to no information on them as everything has been erased from the system to hide any traces of this rare humiliation from the so called best prison in Elysium. This inmate, who had been sentenced to Tartarus for being involved in anti-government activities would escape by the skin of his teeth and later become the leader of the biggest rebellion in the New World's history. Too bad they failed and were publicly executed to set an example for the rest.

Wow this place is a mess. My MC will be 100% rebellious and be a menace and an annoyance to everyone

But that just makes the ROs love them more I'm guessing 💀

😳 Anon you're going to be the death of me one of these days, now that you've mentioned it I cannot get it out of my brain! But indeed that is something Nikita certainly can do if he wants to, the thought of MC being like his obedient pet that faithfully follows his orders is enough to make him giddy at the thought. He'll probably day dream about it and then giggle like some teenage girl does about their crush, all alone in his office, meanwhile the guards outside be sweating bullets 😂

So the cells are mixed in Tartarus? How do they prevent pregnancy?

Indeed they are mixed, with each cell hosting up to 2 people maximum, and they're called buddy pairs where each has to look after the other lest they make a mistake in which case both will be punished for the mistake of one. As for pregnancies, although not encouraged there are little to no measures regarding them. Besides, anyone who is found to be pregnant will be quickly snatched away and taken away to god knows where, and they never return so that's a warning. If one does manage to deliver the baby them they will be immediately confiscated (for lack of better word) and will not be permitted to meet the mother at any cost. No one knows what happens to the infant, and they don't want to think about it as well, fearing the worst.

I also love Nikita solely for the fact that he’s a walking red flag. The pet play is just a huge bonus for me.

EHE red flags may be scary in real life but in fiction they are too tempting to resist 😔 I understand your feelings as a fellow Nikita admirer dear anon, and i hope that you continue to show your love for him in the future as well ❤️

The MC has no known family of blood relatives, and though they did have some allies and friends earlier, all of their connections ended and were permanently destroyed after the failure of the rebellion was put on their shoulders and they were branded a traitor by the rebels. Plus a majority of their allies were executed after being caught. So now they're well and truly alone and isolated

Hello~ I was wondering if the character creation is going to be diverse, in the sense of our MC's personality. Because all the characters seem so tragic, erotic and stoic to me in a cruel and dark world (I may be wrong), and then we have my MC, a social misfit with anxiety, with mood problems and making jokes at the worst times (similar to Jack Sparrow) XD hahahaha. And I thought: the characters are going to hate my MC.

So, my two questions are: are we going to have the opportunity to develop an MC with a varied personality with stats that give us various reactions (extroverted, stoic, adorable, joking, etc)? Or will it be something more default? And what kind of reaction or impression could the RO's have with such a different MC?

Nikita and Gael definitely have a good grip on me at this point ajsjdhdjsj AHHHH I can't not fall into the arms of a walking red flag and an anarchist who wants to kill me. XD

I keep having this scene in mind where Nikita asks my MC to wear this cute necklace around her neck, nothing suspicious, obviously...and my MC responds like: Uh~ kinky, I like it.

Or being with Gael and he pointed a gun at my MC, for some reason, and my MC was like: you know? I charge for having a gun pointed at me, but since you're so hot, I'll let you have it for free.

The character creation is going to be diverse, with options like STOIC vs EMOTIONAL, CAREFUL vs RECKLESS and many more to be included as it goes! So you needn't worry about character diversity 😊

For your first question, yes the MC will have a varied range of personality stats that will range from stoic to reckless to extroverted and etc. there will be no default settings as according to the story the MC will have lost all their memories and therefore they will not be acting the same way they did before. Secondly, the RO’s reactions will range from pleasant surprise to maybe even disgust? Depending on your choices ofcourse. The ROs who have known the MC before, like Nikita and E. will be quite surprised by the new change, the former will be more welcoming to it meanwhile the latter will have some mixed feelings on it. Leo on the other hand will be disgusted, they quite liked the previous MC and their sassy attitude. Caesar and V. who don't know the MC will be more or less welcome it as they don't know who MC was or how they acted earlier. Meanwhile, Twenty and G. will be originally disgusted thinking that the MC is faking it, but soon realise that they aren't so they'll slowly grow used to this new MC, albeit being a little wary.

Hi! I must admit, I'm having a hard time imagining any of your characters so far, so I have to ask - are you planning to commission ROs portraits in the future? I didn't ask for ArtBreeder because I understand it's not everyone's cup of tea, pinterest boards would be fine too, if you have any!

OH NO- IM SORRY I DIDN'T KNOW IT WOULD DIFFICULT FOR PEOPLE TO IMAGINE THE RO'S WITH THEIR APPEARANCE DESCRIPTIONS ALONE- (honestly as a reader I'm more used to just imagining the characters by descriptions alone rather than just looking up pictures for them so I just assumed the same for everyone 😅)

~ He likes smoking, and that too the best quality cigars

~ As a child Zhenya wanted to be a writer, maybe even a journalist. He liked journaling his days as a kid, writing small stories and frequently narrating details of his day with his father, uncle and Ash before the incident with his dad, following which he discontinued writing indefinitely. He never touched his little journal after that.

~ Once had a bucket list containing all the things he wanted to do as a kid. These included bungee jumping, going to the seven wonders of the world and hell, even riding an ostrich (overall he just wanted to do every crazy thing one can possibly do). One of the wishes in this list included going to Disneyland with his dad. Unfortunately it never happened and he refused to ever go there

~ is very fond of daffodils. Ash regularly buys daffodils to be put in a vase in the middle of the room where he can see them

~ he is very fond of Donna tartt's books, especially the secret history

~ during his (cringe) puberty phase, when emotions and hormones run high and teenagers become the biggest menaces alive, Zhenya had the misfortune of stumbling upon Twilight. Following that fateful encounter he became a hardcore Twilight fan, especially as a firm member Team Jacob. He even went as far as to get a wolf tattoo and got his ears pierced as a form of his teenage rebellion. Thankfully he got over his cringe phase quickly, and now everytime he thinks about it he can't help but feel embarrassed to the core. (I can say this with a guarantee that Rin tries to pull his leg every once in a while by mentioning his horrific past, just for the sake of seeing Zhenya blush furiously.)

~ also likes reading books and historical research papers on medieval punishments and torture methods, for science ofcourse he says

~ is a pretty decent cook

~ although he can only cook dishes related to chicken, Zhenya is experienced enough to debone a raw chicken blindfolded holding some of the sharpest knives ever. The countless scars on his hands and arms are a testament of his perseverance. Apparently he's ‘practising’...

~ “a balanced diet is very important.” also him, proceeds to carefully remove all the peas from his food

~ has never lost a single match of rock-paper-scissors, even against Rin. However, one cannot say the same for his terrible luck and history with UNO. My guy here can get almost all the power cards at the beginning of the game, yet somehow always manages to lose them all and be defeated brutally. It has come to the point some believe he's intentionally losing, he's not.

~ likes watching and listening to true crime podcasts

~ Zhenya has a very bad habit of smiling whenever he's lying, making it impossible for anyone to figure out when he's lying or not (except those close to him who can see the discrepancies between his real and fake smiles)

~ can hold his liquor very well. The most he can go with, is 23 shots, which is his highest record so far, until he eventually passes and wakes up to the absolute worst hangover of his life

~ will call you a moron if you were to ask him the classic “would you still love me if I was a worm?” but still answer with a yes

~ sorry no Pixie cameo this time 😔, on another note, Zhenya actually adopted Pixie from the streets when he accidentally stepped on her on his way home. Feeling guilty he brought her home and the kitten that was barely a month old became a part of his small family. Now refuses to let anyone even touch her without his permission, talk about being overprotective

OFCOURSE!

1. V. was first introduced to MC by the rumours surrounding them, they though MC was just another criminal who pissed off some higher officials and got thrown in, imagine their pleasant surprise when they found that MC was nothing like that

2. Then their interest was piqued even more when they realised that MC had amnesia and their entire background was wiped clean, so they decided to stick around MC to learn more about them (and perhaps collect some dirt in the process as well)

3. In the beginning they saw a reflection of their siblings in MC as they taught them the ways of Tartarus

4. Then MC, who they previously thought was naive, got involved with the Warden and actually saved their overall curious ass twice

5. So now that interest now turned into attraction, V. would never admit it but they do like acting like a damsel in distress every once in a while to have a prince/princess in shining armour save them, guess who showed up hm

6. Long story short, V. ended up head over heels for MC

7. Too bad, their love would never reach MC because

so i dont want to be rude cos i love your ocs (nikita has my heart fr fr) but is this game actually planned? ive seen a lot of choice of games that got me all excited about the characters but i guess the author didnt realise how much work the whole game is or got busy and then it never happens. i mean im not trying to pressure you or anything but i dont think you have a demo yet so im just wondering if you like have a plan or not?

Oh please don't worry about rude or anything, i absolutely understand where you are coming from! And yes although there's no demo out yet that's because it's my first time making an IF so I'm a little confused, but I have some friends to help me who are more experienced that I am. I understand that you are worried about the demo never coming out, but I'll do my best to make it work. Though that might take a while with all the pressures coming from college and my upcoming exams. I'll do my best to not fail you 💪😭

wELL, that may indicate a very "interesting" chain of events for MC who was fwb with E. but then falls under Nikita's influence after losing their memory. it literally feels like he's playing with their subconscious, which checks out with what you have written about Nikita before. (me? building a whole damn theory from two separated sentences? more likely than you think)

but the whole thing with E.! fwb with feelings or not - you don't play house with just anyone, and a plant is not a bouquet of flowers. it's something more permanent - E. could as well gift MC a puppy to be more blatant about their desire to put something lasting in their daily routine.

..and Nikita is toying with it for what? to trigger a "positive response" from MC? HOW DID HE EVEN KNOW ABOUT THIS CLEARLY PRIVATE PIECE OF INFORMATION?! he looks more devious by the second, istg.

Ooooh that's a very interesting theory I must admit! Although I won't confirm or deny that theory, I really really like it! And yep yep regardless of whether you take the FWB route or not E. will have some sort of positive feelings for MC, and AHEM I cannot really reveal it BUT- I'll just let you know that Nikita knows more than one might think, about MC and E. 🤭
