it's more than a little bit green around here...
I built these yesterday, but I don't like them for this corner of the town and I wanted them to blend in more with the style of the Resident lot. My favorite part of that lot is the community feel between the units, especially as I play it as a residential lot. Some of those characters will be moving out soon, and these are very similar in design but with more space that they need.
So these are 8x double bedroom units and have a bit more space than the other lot, and still has the garden design that I like. Albeit the driveway only has 3 parking spaces but better than nothing.

and they fit in so much better! 😍 😍 😍
I came back to The Sims 3.
And uhm... Hello?
I guess I'm having guests.
The first building in my magic town, Twinkle Hills, is the house of a good witch.
Interior pictures: here, here, here and here.
I forgot to add few birthdays that are important.
Landgraab twins are toddlers now! Happy birthday to Mirosław and Matylda! I love the mix of Landgraab, Caliente, Dreamer and Goth's blood.
I also felt really old when the children of unborn baby Broke grown up. It's realizing that I spend unhealthy amount of caring for that game but I just love to play with further generations of premade sims.
Happy birthday, Natalia and Ewelina! You were just born and you're kids now. Time goes fast.
I'm building again!
I have more elders in my gameplay and I thought that for some of them I could find a new place where they could not be alone. That's why I've built a retirement home.
It has a garden where elders can sit and enjoy weather, prepare bbq or work in garden.
On the ground floor there is a reception, toilets, big living room, big dining room with place to dance, kitchen, sauna and massage and workout room.
On the first floor there are 6 rooms. I thought I will have two rooms with double beds and other rooms with one so 8 sims can live there but in the middle of the furnishing I decided to create only single rooms. All of them have private bathrooms.
The reception has desk, some clutter, sofa and computer.
I didn't have a place to make photos of toilets but those are simple appliances, nothing spectacular.
The dining room has a big table where all sims can have meals together. I placed the bar and stereo system in case if sims will have a party.
The kitchen is simple with a lot of appliances. I see now that one counter changed place, I will fix it later.
The living room has a huge library, pool table, mahjong table, piano and easel so sims won't be bored with the same activity.
I even placed an Xbox. I thought that when our generation will be in retirement home, there will have to be some kind of console haha.
Glass corridors lead to all bedrooms.
The sample bedroom has a bed, a nightstand, desk, built-in wardrobe, armchair and small tv. Sometimes you need privacy and watch beloved soap opera just by yourself.
The bathrooms are simple: shower, toilet, sink, mirror and towels.
If sims want some fresh air, they can sit on the bench outside or do some gardening.
Sometimes they will need some relax, that's why they have sauna and next door, room for massage and fitness.
I know I'm not the best in the clutter yet but I'm trying my best. I hope you'll enjoy the photos :)
