Back in April I got accepted to participate in the “Lily Pad: Lapidot Fanzine.”

The Zine is now completed and orders have been shipped out. As such I’ve been given permission to post the comic I made.

I thought, what if that song we see her listening to in “Back to the Kindergarten” wasn’t just some random sad sounding country song, but one that Peridot shared with Lapis and meant something really special to both of them. (Please keep in mind that this was made 4 months ago, before Lapis made her return to Earth to become a Crystal Gem.)
