some wl tips that helped me lose almost 10kg
- don't tell people what ur doing- it's easier to lose weight without people trying to tell you it's worthless and you look good anyway.
- one fav food per week- pick one day a week and eat one of your favourite foods as a meal.
- don't eat till ur full- eat till you're satisfied, not until your stomach feels as if it's about to explode (even if it means wasting a portion of your food)
-when going out for a walk or with friends don't bring money- even if you wanted to buy a snack, you can't.
- weigh in morning and evening- if your evening weight is higher by at least 1kg than your morning weight- you ate too much, if it's more by less than 1kg- you ate a fine amount.
- burning it off does not mean it disappears- yes you lose fat, but it doesn't take away the responsibility of eating.
-build control not just by food- sit through a cold shower, do something that you really don't want to do, add extra 5 mins to your workout- teaches you discipline without taking your mind to food.
- don't try to distract yourself from food by doomscrolling- it'll end up just making your cravings worse, instead practice your hobby or go for a walk.
- fasted cardio at least once a week- does much more than just a normal workout, even if it's shorter.
- a quick cardio session after muscle training- even 5 minutes on the elliptical will make your body burn fat for a longer time.
i use mma fighters as my inspo cuz they just gain and lose weight in literal weeks just to match the standards of the match or sth

got an elliptical yesterday and i swear give me one week and imma be on my ugw, spent like 40 mins on that and burned 250 kcal with like no effort
I‘m not even hungry anymore. But living with my parents I have to eat, and then once I start eating, I start wanting. I am convinced I could fast for a week if no one stopped me.
