Shinso 'proposed' to izuku with 25 cent rings he got from a coin machine on random Tuesday morning

At this point in time they were still just friends and were only playing around, still they both wore the rings proudly on their left hand

They didn't even fit, they had to cut the cheap metal with scissors so they could stretch the ring over their fingers. They also asked mina to borrow clear nail polish to coat the rings in because the cheap material was staining their hands green

They jokingly referred to the other as their fiancee and when they got into small playful arguments they would occasionally 'call off' the engagement only to immediately apologize and 'propose' again

During this time Shinso realized how much he loved the sight of a ring on his finger. It was a toy ring that definitely looked the part but he just fell in love with the way the painted gold caught in the sunlight

He loved talking to izuku and seeing their matching rings together. It's stupid but his little joke about proposing with 25 cent rings made him realize his feelings for the other boy

So shinso began to save up money, and when he finally had a good amount he went out and bought two rings. Rings made out of silver that actually fit and wouldn't stain their fingers. Promise rings.

He presented them to izuku on a weekend when they were hanging out in one of their dorms just talking. He prepared a whole speech about how the toy rings made him realize how he really felt and that he wanted their relationship to be real

I'm imagining a scenario like "I'm not ready to get married right now, were too young to even be thinking of marriage right now, but one day I hope to propose to you with real rings made out of real rings. For now, I hope you'll take these, a promise of a future together."

I’ve been rewatching ultimate spiderman it’s one of my favs but rewatching it gives me the desperate need to read a fic with MCU Tony meeting ultimate spiderman Peter because he’s sooooo opposite, like love him but he’s a little shit. He’s had multiple episodes interacting with avengers which he just spends absolutely dogging all over them cuz he can meanwhile MCU Peter is the kinda guy who apologizes when you bump into him who has an almost unhealthy level of hero worship for Tony. Just thought it would be silly for him to meet this douchey quipy bratty ass version of his wholesome (basically)son who’s basically just Tony in a different font

Spiderman : "You seem tired, Mister Moon Knight."

Moon Knight: " …Steven is keeping us from sleeping."

Daredevil : “Why ?”

Moon Knight : “He wants to play his video game.”

Deadpool : "Oh ! Little Stevie is playing video games?!"

Moon Knight : "Steven. And actually no, he asks Jake to play because he's not very good, but he watches and gives directions."

Daredevil : “What game ?”

Moon Knight : "Assassin's creed origins."

Spiderman : “The one in Egypt, right ?”

Moon Knight : "Yeah… I told him we could go to Egypt, but he wants to see ancient Egypt, with the pharaohs, while Jake shouts in Spanish because he has to be discreet to kill his targets, and Khonshu is screaming because it's not realistic at all."

Deadpool : "I see. Hard to sleep with all the noise."

Moon Knight : "…No, I could, but I want to see the endgame."
