I got to tour the General Pencil factory in Jersey City yesterday. Here are some photos my friend Christine took!

Usually when I see an old business sign painted on a brick building, I think “Oh, that high-end condo used to be a factory!” But this building is still a fully functional pencil...

A while back I posted a lovely little email from my clients, Erin & Ryan, who were so excited to hang up their chandelier they put it up in their barn before they could get it in their dining room. Today they sent me this pic in an email titled, “here she is!” that read:

“A baby is born and has seen the light. Thank You, Caro!”

Looks like they got it up. I’m very pleased indeed. <3
