His creator gave them up, again. After tries and tries, he grew tired of them. Again.

One by one, the will to draw not succeeding became a chore.

And he watched, powerless as he was thrown away, screams and pleading silent under paper.

He was in a prison.

His unfinished home.

Either emotioneless or giving up on their fates, his companions were already lost in deep numbness, while he stood in denial.

They were now forgotten doodles.

Unappreciated concept sketches.

Luka finds out about Marinette's alter ego pretty quickly, since two empaths stand out like the sun to each other, but he doesn't find out in a very... pleasant way. Luckily Nooroo updates him on everything, but it doesn't help how he feels much. Now, his anger is just redirected.

Hm.

Idea: Max's parents aren't physically or verbally abusive, and because of that Max thinks that (because he's seen some depictions of abuse in shows and movies and stuff) that it's nothing past them not caring about him and not actual abuse

He has no idea that the severe neglect he's been subjected to actually makes him an abuse victim and when someone (probably David or Gwen) tried to explain it to him he immediately gets defensive and angry, before it hits him that it's the reason he acts the way he does, and he breaks down

Alador, having been a dad for 16yrs:

- Controls family image & friendships

- Only interfered in a bad situation because he's thinking of potential future boons

- Controlled what the kids can & can't do to the point he needed to get told off using his own words against him

- Kids are unhappy to see him/disappointed in how he reacts to the situation

- Has to have another fucking adult tell him to go fucking talk to his kids after a big incident

- Pays such little attention to them he's apparently not even talking to them anymore, and has to be told all of this by one of his kids he's ignoring

Darius, having been an uncle/dad figure kinda guy for like a couple weeks tops:

- Gives Hunter a phone, the first and only means he's ever had to contact people outside the castle, and openly encourages he do so

- Covers for Hunter on multiple highly illegal accounts

- Both encourages him (which helps Hunter develop his sense of confidence again) and fixes up his prized possession for him

- Immediately after telling Raine they couldn't go interfere for Eda & Luz's sakes, gets hyper-protective over Hunter

So yes, Alador, you are a hack compared to Darius, professionally, morally, and now as a guardian too.

Just… Hunter was so afraid of Belos. This whole time, he’s been scared of being cast aside and disappointing him, and after Hollow Mind he’s been afraid of getting caught. Knowing he’ll be killed, knowing Belos will murder him just like he did to his previous clones, he’s been running because he knows how terrifying Belos can get. Seeing his memories only increased the panic in him. Belos has had such a huge effect on him and it’s so clear

And to see someone who was his entire world, who he worshipped, who had so much control over him, who ruled like he was some kind of god over the Boiling Isles, be reduced to this

Is just a real eye-opener. Somebody who Hunter saw as powerful and merciless and at one point unbeatable is now just… a puddle of sludge. Splattered against the wall in a single second, blink and you’d miss it

If The Collector could defeat Belos so quickly, what could he do to his friends? To Hunter?

One of my personal favorite venti headcanons is that dvalin calls him mom. Like just calls him mom. And like when people even mention venti he turns to you and is like

"You touch my mom and I will fucking kill you."

I just love the idea of that, I also love the idea of after the stormterror incident venti is *extra* protective of dvalin, he turns to you and says

"You touch my son and the knights won't stop finding pecies of you until Jean is 80."

Additionally with this is also hc that dvalin doesn't cuss and only does so when mad on the other hand you can't get venti to stop cussing, but when hes mad the proes of woe that come from his mouth will make you run in fear

You know, I was wondering if I was going insane throughout the episode, seeing how Lucifer's eyes are a little... I think duller is the right word, than Charlie's. I thought I was reading too much into it. NOPE, they are, and that's just such a heartbreaking little touch, he's so lost in depression- has been for thousands of years, likely (keep in mind charlie looks 20 but is actually like 2000 years old, and he was already like this when she was a kid) It really feels like he's given up hope- but the moment he sees who Charlie has become, he's so utterly proud that for a moment the light slips back into his eyes. It doesn't last long, and that's fine, he's clearly dealing with a lot. But just that little touch really shows how much he cares, made him one of my favourite characters in a heartbeat
