Dear Tumblr, please stop showing me the ad for men's underwear. I am very sick and tired of seeing a man in what is basically a pink thong with his CGI junk bulging. @support
Sincerely, a girl who does not need men's thongs. Ty.

So.... I have a controversial thing to say... I have no respect for old people. I mean, not any more than I do for the average human. Maybe less, simply because of they way they treat other people. Especially people in customer service, like me. They are so egotistical and downright disrespectful and, dare I say it, crazy. I have been screamed at, spoken to like a child, told how to do my job, I've had items thrown onto my counter and been told to do stuff rather than asked. All by people clearly over the age of 50. I think it is insane that we are taught to 'respect our elsers' when they hold no respect for us at all. I'm supposed to respect you after you just blatantly ignore me and then get mad when something doesn't work? No. Absolutely not, and I'm not even sorry about it. If you respected me, then yes, I'll be respectful back, but when I'm treated like shit, do not expect me to be kind or happy in return. I will not respect you just because you've walked around a little longer than I have. And don't even get me started on old men in particular. They absolutely disguest me. I am simply doing my job and a customer looks at my older male coworker(whom I really like and did not expect this from) and they begin talking about how I'm going to replace him and he's "training me" and my coworker goes "at least she's one of the pretty ones". Mind you they have not looked at me once. Another time an old male customer spoke to my young male coworker about me saying "Wow, you look just like my niece, so beautiful," and then looked at my coworker with a smirk and said "The kind of girl I'm looking for". Ex-fucking-scuse me? Are you being so serious right now? What the fuck? You just said I look like your NIECE????????????? And, also, the amount of times I have been barked at, cat called, and even screamed at while walking down the sidewalk is absolutely fucking insane. I am only 18 years old and I don't turn 19 for a long while yet. This has been happening since I was a minor. A young girl. It is ridiculous how society accepts these things. Disgusting.
Anyways, to the request marinating in my inbox, I'm trying my best but I've been extremely busy and tired, I hope you understand.
I'm 154 cm, or 5'1", just a little shortie

Request from @mysterylilycheeta ;
"Can I ask for a 2k-5k words for a oneshot with Hatori Sohma(Fruits Basket) and female oc/reader? Probably something that describes the development of their relationship from strangers/enemies to lovers? Would absolutely love it if it were from hatori's pov with angst/fluuf and happy ending? Really hope you'll write it. Thanks a lot!"
We hope you enjoy this. The ending is slightly corny because we weren't sure how to write it 😅
You were just another maid that did the estate’s bidding. Cleaning, cooking, tending the garden, whatever was asked of you. Hatori didn’t mind when you came in to clean his office, it happened on a weekly basis. What he did mind was when you began to speak to him. You started off with small greetings, a quick hello, a shy good morning. Rarely did he entertain these moments, often brushing you off or ignoring you completely, only ever speaking to let you in. He had no interest in being your friend. He didn’t deserve it. Despite this, you continued.
“Good morning, Hatori,” your voice sounded from his door way where you stood, pushing your little cart of cleaning supplies. Hatori looked up, glancing at you briefly before looking down at his papers.
“Come in.” He sounded bored, as he usually did, going back to writing something down. He expected you to go on cleaning silently as you usually did but he nearly jumped when you spoke again.
“What are you writing about?” You had asked, causing him to look up again and stare at you for a second.
“Nothing.” He didn’t need you snooping around his work, but you spoke up yet again.
“I don’t bite, you know,” you said good-naturedly, smiling at him. Hatori just sighed and stood up, gathering his items and going outside to work. You were a distraction he didn’t need. He needed to work on Akito’s documents, not get preoccupied by some girl.
And thus, it continued. You would try to start conversations with him, cheeks heated slightly, and he would ignore you or leave. He saw no issue with it, you didn’t seem to mind, until he heard you speaking with your friends.
“I really don’t think he likes me at all.” Your voice said.
“You just have to wait, he has friends here, he’s probably just shy!” A girl said encouragingly.
“No, I really think he hates it when I talk to him.” You sounded sad. “He just leaves the room when I enter, I swear, it’s like I have the plague.”
“Just try more, I mean you really like him, don’t you?” Another girl asked. Hatori frowned. You like him? Why?
“Fine. But if he keeps this up, I’ll stop talking to him. I don’t want my heart broken.” He heard you say as you and your friends began to walk away. Hatori sighed and ran his fingers though his hair, thinking. He didn’t hate you. Honestly, he had begun to like your little greetings. He hadn’t really realized there was more behind your words. Probably because of how little he paid attention to you, just trying to avoid getting closer to you. He sighed again before leaving the building.
The next morning you came in with the same smile, the same hello, and another question.
“Morning, Hatori,” you said as you turned to grab your broom.
“Good morning,” he said slowly, staring down at his papers but not really reading what he was looking at. You were quiet for a moment before speaking again.
“How has your morning been?” You asked, beginning to sweep but looking up at him occasionally.
“Good,” Hatori cleared his throat before really looking at his papers. You looked up at him, staring for a second before he noticed the corners of your mouth curling up slightly. You didn’t say anything for the rest of the time that you cleaned, seemingly satisfied with the conversation.
As the mornings went on, Hatori grew more inclined to participate in small talk with you, entertaining your questions, and responding accordingly. You were cute, he thought as you talked about your friends. Your love and respect for them was one of the many traits he thought admirable about you.
If the two of you passed each other in the hall, he would nod at you, or, if he was in a particularly good mood, a hello. He figured it was worth it to see your smile, even if he heard you giggling with your friend as he walked away.
Eventually he realized why he wanted to see you smile, listen to you talk. He had fallen for you, however quickly. He said nothing about his revelation for the next few days, trying to think of the best way to tell you. He thought you had fallen for him as well, but he wasn’t positive.
“Morning!” Your cheerful voice said from the doorway. “How was your night?”
Hatori looked up, tilting his head to the side. “It was alright. Yours?”
“Good!” You began talking about how you and some friends had played games most of the night. Hatori’s gaze never left you as you cleaned and spoke, but he only realized when you addressed it.
“Are you alright?” You asked, pausing to look at him. He cleared his throat, looking embarrassed.
“May I speak to you about something?” He asked. A look of concern crossed your face and you nodded.
“Of course!”
He cleared his throat once more, fixing his tie. “I... think I’ve fallen for you,” he says, looking away, a slight pink tinge on the tips of his ears.
You were silent for a long moment, one that felt like hours to Hattori, before you spoke up. “I fell for you a while ago,” you admitted with a soft laugh, a bashful expression across your face.
Hatori looked up, smiling hesitantly. “Then be mine?”
You couldn’t seem to hold back your own smile. “Yes!”
