In general, I rarely draw non mcyt related art, but I’ll draw the occasional MCR or magic the gathering fanart. However, I do take requests, and they don’t necessarily have to be Minecraft related! If you send in a drawing ask, as long as it’s within reason, I’ll draw it! Unless of course tumblr eats the ask, which it has already eaten five of them and I have no idea how to retrieve them, so, to anyone reading this post who may have sent in any sort of ask, but I haven’t responded, please try sending it again! Anyway as soon as I figure out how to draw cars it’s all over for you guys I will project my very specific vision that is essentially a combination of danger days good omens and back to the future onto you all I have so many thoughts!!!!! I will elaborate in the future, I will elaborate so much that you will say “Ian, shut up with your elaborating” and also I have an au based on session seven planned because the superpowers happened to coincide with an overly complex magic system I’ve been developing for about five months now lol slowly in the background. Also maybe an animatic if I can figure that out maybe possibly don’t hold me to that…? At least I know no one will take the song I’m planning to use in the meantime lol because the MCR and trafficblr fandom overlap is fairly small.

I know I have not been posting as much, and that’s because I’ve decided that I’m not gonna drive myself insane trying to get a real following for fandom art, which unless you are selling your fanart, which I am not, is a purely recreational engagement. I am also going to give myself the freedom to shitpost somtimes as well, because I seem to have forgotten that this is in fact my blog, that I can post whatever I like on lol. Like, have any of you considered that Joel’s laugh at the end of wild life is the same laugh as jack from last kids on earth??? Like I heard it and was like immediately “is that jack lkoe?” (Idk if other people abbreviate it, that’s a long ass title I’m not typing that out lol) I’ve decided that I literally do not care how many notes I get anymore because willful ambivalence is better than extreme anxiety and burn out lol. So, I’ll still be taking art reqs and stuff, but expect a LOT more sketch pages, OCs, fanart for other fandoms, and long rambling paragraphs. Hopefully. Or I’ll vanish for months at a time. Who knows? The point is, this is a personal blog, so I want to use it more as a space to be. Just a person. Anyway, bye!

I’m bringing this back even though I drew it forever ago because I think it’s funny, and I’m still kind of proud of it. I forgot I used to draw noses like that lol. And also Ethos. I forgot I used to give him a little, like, swoopy thing. Hah.

Thank you @falconearring, your comic was the first time I had ever seen a fan comic, and I spent an unjustified amount of time last year reading and rereading it. I never would have had the courage to even make fanart without it. I love the story and the art, and I aspire to make comics like you. Your art taught me a lot, and I still am in awe of the way you tell such a cohesive and immersive story.
