It's been decades but I still don't understand why Rafa and Roger were coming out of the same stall while Rafa had a towel on his shoulders WHEN HE DIDN'T EVEN TAKE A SHOWER
Whenever wherever i just love to see Roger with Rafa together
Roger has said it all 😭😭😭😭
Fellas we're asking the wrong question, it's not WHY he's there it's HOW he's there NOW.
Nadal's last match in Brisbane was on the 5th, we knew he actually did fly to Melbourne cause that's where he got his injury checked. Meaning he actually intended to play AO.
He made the public announcement on Jan 7th, that's when he knew for sure he wasn't gonna compete, which was about a week and a half before today.
We know for certain that Federer was in UAE last week up until a few days ago. And it's at least a 7h flight from there to Spain even if you have a jet 🥲.
Federer wouldn't have come and visited the academy unprompted. He could and did made personal visits to Nadal, (like he did once last year in Mallorca), but with this level of media coverage, it would've been at the request of Nadal's team or at least an agreement between both.
He would've needed at least a couple of days to plan this travel and with media coverage this COORDINATED (i.e. across channels posted at around the same time??), their two comms teams would've known way before.
Which means, Federer would've made his plans already by the latest last weekend and Nadal would've spoken to him IMMEDIATELY after he knew about his injuries, or around the time he decided to not play AO.
Not sure why they need this media cover, but they both rarely met in person unless to discuss important topics, and the dates are too close to be unrelated to Nadal's injuries/pullouts.
SO WHAT'S THE TEA BOYS?? 😭

Rafa almost sending that camera guy to the afterlife with that serve and blaming Roger for not taking the hit 💀
It's been 2024 and I'm still crying over this🥲🙏
I thought I was dealing just fine with Roger stroking Rafa's thigh and then deciding to hold his hand until I noticed Rafa's surprised and delighted expression in the fourth gif, he genuinely wasn't expecting the hand-holding either.
