as some of you already noticed, the laidback/intimidating and independent/collaborative stats have been overhauled from the game. don't be alarmed; it was a decision on my part. i've decided to get rid of them because i didn't feel like they added much to the story in terms of flavour text and also, doing this gives me space to focus on enhancing the other stats.

The first half of Moon Rising Chapter One has officially been completed! Totaling at around 14.5K Words– the second half is currently being worked on! Within this half you’ll be able to:

Customize your MC, more of the personality type customization will appear within the second half, which includes your appearance and even your preference on which blood you prefer to drink!

Interact with your best friend, Nico! Fallon and Sasha also make an appearance, but they’ll have much longer scenes within the second half.

hey everyone! How's everyone doing? I hope you're all doing great!

I have some exciting news to share. I've been working hard irl here and there, and I've finally managed to buy a laptop! My family and friends played a significant role in making this happen. I'm so grateful to them and all of you for the amazing support!

It was challenging to get things done without a laptop, but every day, things got better and easier. And despite the stress and pain I endured, I'm proud of myself for never giving up on writing, even if it was just a quick phrase or idea.

I'm also grateful that I had the foresight to save my work on a hard drive before all of this happened. It's one of the perks of having anxiety, I guess. I can't imagine what would have happened if I hadn't saved everything and lost it all.

Anyway, right now, I'm organizing files and my notes on the new laptop. Despite my senior year of college starting soon, I can't help but feel happy and excited to be back! :)

jokes aside (but is it really a joke? 🤪), SC has a cute side to them. They get surprised if MC takes their flirting seriously and dominates the conversation. Oooh. 👀

☄️ COMET - what do people assume about them? are they right?

Let's stick with the MC's perspective on them since anything else would be spoiler territory (🚨). In the beginning, with the knowledge that the MC had as a warrior, they thought they were a demon. However, in reality, no one had ever seen a demon before, other than in old books or in accounts of elderly scholars who had gone crazy after their experiences. As a result, their words could not be trusted. What if they were just hallucinating due to old age? Or could it be that they became insane because of their encounters with something else?

🎁 PRESENT - what types of presents would they be most happy to receive? are they good at gift giving?

I apologize to anyone who will pursue a romantic relationship with them. They try so hard, but they're the worst gift givers ever... 😔 But you know what they say, it's the thought that counts, right? 🥺They've never received gifts from anyone before, so anything they get, they'll adore. I mean, even a pair of socks. You'll see them wearing those socks all year long until they wear out. (They can be quite wholesome behind all that mischief.)

💥 COLLISON - what emotions do they have trouble dealing with?

Empathy towards people other than MC. For instance, if MC helps someone in need without expecting anything in return, SC might see it as a pointless gesture. They just don't understand why MC would go out of their way to be helpful when there's nothing in it for them. It's something that SC struggles with, and even though they might say they get it, deep down, they really don't. But at the same time, they don't want MC to think badly of them, so they'll go along with it, even if they don't really believe it.
