From Rules for Dating My Daughter
From the beginning scifi has been used to examine society’s issues. Mary Shelley’s “Frankenstein” asked of people to take responsibility for their actions, to consider the impact of one’s legacy, and to have compassion for one’s fellow human.
come to louisiana and buy your fingernail polish, funions, and hard liquor in any walgreens you come across. it's a cesspool down here. revel in it.
Abandoned farm home outside of town. There were 8 cars left there (The blue one pictured has a pitch fork in the windshield). There was still toilet paper in the bathroom, and pictures littered the counter. The basement wall had caved in and I couldn’t really go down there. All the mirrors and windows were broken, everything was left there. I have no idea what happened.
can we, as a society, start to realize that having a phone does NOT mean you HAVE TO BE accsessible to anyone and everyone at ALL times??
My mom threw a fit at me for not answering my phone while i was at my friends place. Kinda hypocritical too, given how much she complains that “youth these days spend to much time on their phones”
My boss was very CLEARLY not satisfied that i only got back to his text hours after he sent it. My friend didnt speak to me for weeks once bc she thought we were having a FIGHT??? bc i didnt reply to her message on facebook? till the day after she sent it??
i HAVE a phone, that doesnt mean i HAVE TO BE availiable whenever ANYONE decides they want me to be???
what the fuck
can people stop assuming they are entiteled to my attention 24/7??
Feral Billy keeping a horde of Steve’s things.
He doesn’t have no memory of Steve, but he becomes obsessed with him all over again. He watches Steve by his house, mumbling the word “pretty.”
When Steve drops something, Billy immediately goes to get it. Steve once dropped his watch and billy takes it, another time Steve left his jacket in the yard and billy takes that too. Another time it was his wallet, luckily for Steve there was no money in there when billy took that.
Billy brings all those things back to a cave in the woods and hides under a pile of leaves. Except for the jacket, he clutches on to it tight when he sleeping.
