If you're expecting your employee to fix a mistake that's costing you millions, then they deserve a very significant cut of it.

If they were being fair, they'd ask for half, which would be $9 million. But they didn't even ask for that. They asked for a raise, which would probably be a few thousand a year. And you couldn't even give them that.

I don't know why people think sex work has to be only one of these two:

Completely banned, where pimps, buyers, and prostitutes are all legally held responsible

Completely legal, where pimping, buying, and being a prostitute is fully legal and government regulated

A better solution is a compromise between the two. Buying sex work, and selling sex workers can be illegal, but being a prostitute can be legal.

Also, I got this when I tried it. The rest of the results are also pretty similar for each.

how would you stereotype the female panther?

and this question is meant sincerely. what could this panther do to be more “feminine”? how many octaves does she have to raise her roar for you to hear her as a female? does it matter when she’s chasing you at full speed?

is she less violent with less melanated fur or skin? is she more violent the darker she is? does it change her existence as a female panther? does it change how she scales a tree in search of prey? does it change her love for her cubs, or the way she loved her mother when she was a cub? does it change the sharpness of her canines?

do you look at her and see her as a female? or do you see her as a panther first, with her femaleness being secondary?

and why would a human be different?

why would a human female be stereotyped the instant she’s perceived? why does her skin correlate to violence or docility? why is she female before she is human? why is her existence inherently sexual, inherently meant for consumption?

it doesn’t have to be this way.

better housing conditions, better working conditions, better healthcare (not a woman-only issue but definitely improve womens life)

maternal leave

welcoming refugees (including women)

other parts of the left are also the only part of the political spectrum that support

abolishing surrogacy

abolishing prostitution

abolishing religion

like at some point if "the left" (not a monolith. also you often just mean liberals) supporting self id is a deal breaker for you you have to realize you must be very privileged when it comes to class race and disability imo. bc poor women, disabled women and woc need leftist politics if we dont want our lives to become absolutely awful. not to mention "the left" isnt a monolith and there are parts of the left that dont support transactivism

but sureee keep saying "the left is just as bad as the right" at a time when the far-right is on the rise pretty much all over the world (or is already in power) and religious fundies are repelling women's reproductive and human rights as a result. i'm sure this is a very responsible, smart and feminist thing to do
