hiiii, saw your recent posts I felt like you should be filled in on what all Hannah has done. without getting too into the gritty details– you can find most of the drama & kaflama on here or twitter– basically Hannah displayed extremely gross, racist, and fatphobic behavior in her teen/young adult years, both in her personal life and repeatedly on Twitter. posts that's she's since deleted and apologized for, yes, but which felt like a very half-assed and non-genuine statement to most of us. also, not long after people called her out for those tweets, when a school shooting occurred in Tennessee she proceeded to make a "statement" on the matter and... basically used a tragic and traumatic event to promote her upcoming single. Those two incidents is what personally made me dislike her, because I used to feel like you. Like "why are we giving this so much grief and basically bullying her" then when I did a tiny bit of digging... yeah. She might also be homophobic?? Not 100% on that

All in all I'm not trying to change your mind or tell you what to think or who to support, I'm just relaying info I know about her that maybe you didn't know since you're knew to the fandom. And pointing out that she's proven time and time again that she isn't a good person, and that while she might've changed somewhat (who knows if she genuinely has, we don't know her. nor do we know Sam) she definitely hasn't shown any true growth, just apologizing after getting exposed for being a jerk.
