Actually there is only one Ronald McDonald. They don’t have multiple actors or suit changes like at theme parks, just one guy.
I know conservatives generally hate any protests and any form of speech they disagree with, but they will take their guns with them wherever they go - especially protests. So, it really bothers me the insanely hypocritical nature of most conservatives right now. More than a few people have been arrested and threatened with deportation for doing nothing more than protesting or saying something that the people in power disliked.
There are some very obvious signs of tyranny and dictatorship that are recognized world wide. Arresting people for doing nothing wrong but saying something the people in power don't like is a major red flag. When I was a kid examples of Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn and unnamed dissidents in China were obvious examples of why our country was so much better. We may have not liked people burning the flag or any other protected speech, but we didn't arrest and imprison people simply for their speech.
Those days seem to be gone now. If you were part of the protests last year against Israeli aggression in Gaza you can be arrested and thrown in a jail far away from home while you wait to be extrajudicially deported to a foreign nation. You can be an important scientist who happens to say something unflattering about the president on social media and be refused entry into the country for a conference. Or you can be an ambassador from another country and say that what is happening here is similar to the racism that existed in their own country under apartheid, and suddenly find yourself persona non grata and immediately deported back to your home country.
None of these people were violent. None of them were criminals or are criminals. They are just people speaking their mind, and for some reason the government is violating their first amendment rights of free speech. IT is a marked and definite step toward the end of democracy. It isn't long before we have masked and unmarked police forces removing people from the streets or having "concerned citizens" snitching on their fellow countrymen because the government asked them too. Oh wait, that is already happening.
All I will say to many of you who are happy about the cruelty and law breaking of the government, sooner or later the lawlessness of the government will be focused on you. If it can happen to those you do not like for not doing anything illegal, it will certainly happen to you when you decide to exercise your rights. Dictators will not tolerate nonconformance. Maybe you will be the next one to win a one way trip to the supermax prison in El Salvador.
There is only one way to end the war: put pressure on the Russians. The Trump people did the opposite: put pressure on Ukraine, and relieved pressure on Russia. They have made the war worse while talking of "peace."
Bro absolutely COOKED with this.

NEW YORK, NEW YORK—On March 8, Department of Homeland Security (DHS) agents arrested Mahmoud Khalil, a Palestinian activist and recent graduate student at Columbia University, at his place of residence, an apartment building owned by the university.
The DHS agents said that the U.S. Department of State had revoked Khalil’s green card.
At approximately 8:30 p.m. ET, Khalil and his wife, a U.S. citizen who is eight months pregnant, had just unlocked the door to their building when two plainclothes DHS agents forced their way in behind them. The agents initially refused to identify themselves, instead asking Khalil to confirm his identity before detaining him without explanation. The agents proceeded to threaten his wife, telling her that if she remained by his side, they would arrest her too.
Later, the DHS agents stated that the U.S. Department of State had revoked Khalil’s student visa, despite the fact that he has a green card, not a visa, and is a lawful permanent resident. An agent showed Khalil what he claimed was a warrant on his phone. Khalil’s wife went into their apartment to retrieve his green card while the agents remained with Khalil downstairs. When she returned, advising them of Khalil’s legal status and presenting them with Khalil’s green card, one agent was visibly confused and said on the phone, “He has a green card.” However, after a moment, the DHS agents stated that the State Department had “revoked that too.” Khalil’s wife then phoned his attorney, who spoke with the agents in an attempt to intervene. When Khalil’s attorney requested that a copy of the warrant be emailed to her, the agent hung up the call.
Khalil is currently being detained in U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) custody at 26 Federal Plaza pending an appearance before an immigration judge.
This significant deviation from normal immigration proceedings comes in the wake of increased and abnormal scrutiny concerning the actions of students alleged to hold pro-Palestine views. Axios recently reported that the State Department, Department of Justice, and DHS were launching a “Catch and Revoke” effort to identify alleged pro-Palestinian activists based on artificial intelligence screening of social media.
Khalil has been specifically and discriminatorily targeted by Columbia University for his Palestinian identity and outspoken activism on multiple occasions over the last 17 months. He served as a lead negotiator during the Gaza Solidarity Encampment last spring. He has frequently appeared in media interviews and press conferences. The university suspended him while he was on a student visa and reversed it within the same day.
Columbia University has published guidance on how best to collaborate with federal enforcement, including advising faculty and staff “not to interfere” with ICE agents even if those agents are unable to present a warrant. Over the last few days, there have been several reports of ICE agents approaching pedestrians and students in the neighborhood surrounding Columbia University’s Morningside campus, creating unsafe environments for students (particularly students of color), regardless of their immigration status.
Columbia’s continued acquiescence to federal agencies and outside partisan institutions has made this situation possible. A Palestinian student and member of the community has been abducted and detained without the physical demonstration of a warrant or officially filed charges. Like many other Arab and Muslim students, Khalil has been the target of various zionist harassment campaigns, fueled by doxxing websites like Canary Mission. This racist targeting serves to instill fear in pro-Palestine activists as well as a warning to others.
An activist familiar with Khalil’s solidarity work said, “Mahmoud is foundational to our community. The state has escalated its repression of student opposition to the U.S.-backed genocide in Palestine, in which Columbia and all American universities are complicit.” Despite the chilling effect of this repression, the activist said that students “will keep fighting for Palestinian liberation and against state violence.”
Today, activists in solidarity with Khalil launched a petition demanding his release from ICE custody. The petition can be found at https://shorturl.at/Lm86S.

BREAKING - AND NOW THERE ARE THE EMAILS TO PROVE IT.
Trump has been on a vendetta against the State of Maine, in a personal revenge campaign against Governor Janet Mills.
Trump clashed with Mills at a White House event for the National Governors Association back on February 20th.
As he boasted he was ending the participation of transitioned students in women's sports, he singled her out and demanded that Maine comply with his order. There is only one such student athlete in the entire state.
Mills replied that Maine's schools were complying with all State and Federal Laws.
GASP. A WOMAN. Speaking back to TRUMP. He was furious.
“Well, we are the federal law,” Trump bawled. “You’d better do it. You’d better do it, because you’re not going to get any federal funding at all if you don’t.”
The Governor was not impressed. She is a former state attorney general and district attorney.
“We’re going to follow the law sir. We’ll see you in court,” she said sternly.
Something like this was like nothing Trump had ever seen before in the history of the world. It was catastophic. It was disgusting. It was NASTY.
“Enjoy your life after governor, because I don’t think you’ll be an elected official afterwards,” Trump snarled.
He could not let go of it. He seethed for the next two days, and even golf at Mar-a-Lala could not distract him. In a late Saturday night rant on X he demanded "a full throated apology" from Mills.
She ignored him.
"This will not end well for the Governor and the people of Maine," said a statement from the White House.
It has not.
. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
Trump’s Department of Education head, wrestling queen Linda McMahon, launched an "inquiry" against Maine's Department of Education last week.
This week, The New York Times reported that Trump’s Department of Agriculture said that it had “frozen federal funding for education programs in Maine, the latest in a barrage of actions targeting the state.”
MSNBC reports that "in case that weren't quite enough National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration sent a letter to Maine cancelling funding for Maine Sea Grant."
Maine Public Radio says that in recent days, both the U.S., Department of Health and Human Services and the U.S. Department of Education have declared that Maine is violating Title IX. The agencies have given the state 10 days to come into compliance with the Trump administration's interpretation of the law and make other changes or risk referral to the U.S. Department of Justice for additional potential sanctions.
. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
But besides all of this - from the safety of his chair behind his desk - Trump ordered acting Social Security Administration Commissioner Leland Dudek to don the armor of Truth, Justice and the American Way and had sent HIM for a holy joust against the fearsome Dragon of Maine.
Dudek decided to take out Trump's revenge on new parents and grieving families in Maine.
Leland asked his staff about what contracts Maine had with the Social Security Administration, and he cancelled them.
He ordered the cancellation of the online electronic program that allowed babies to be given Social Security numbers right from the hospital, and the program allowing the hospitals to register deaths by electronic verification.
Huffpost reports: According to their emails, the Social Security staff informed Dudek that canceling the contracts “would result in improper payments and potential for identity theft.”
Dudek told his staff to go for it anyway.
“Please cancel the contracts. While our improper payments will go up, and fraudsters may compromise identities, no money will go from the public trust to a petulant child,” Dudek wrote, referring to Governor Janet Mills.
. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
Canceling the vital records contracts would not only make it more difficult for families to register births and deaths IN PERSON at Social Security offices, it also would make it more difficult for the federal government to track births and deaths in Maine accross ALL GOVERNMENT AGENCIES, all of which use Social Security records to prevent improper payments.
And all the agencies let Dudek know it.
Dudek reinstated the contracts in less than 24 hours amid an outcry the agencies, AND from pediatricians, hospitals, funeral directors and Maine’s congressional delegation. He said he hadn’t "intended" to create an “undue burden on the people of Maine,” though his internal emails expressed exactly that.
. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
Wednesday, those emails were obtained by Rep. Gerry Connolly (D-Va.), the top Democrat on the House Oversight Committee.
Rep. Connolly has called on Dudek to resign immediately.
“The acting commissioner of the Social Security Administration should serve the American people, not create waste, fraud, and abuse on the taxpayer’s dime,” Connolly wrote in a letter to Dudek laying out the email traffic.
. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
Dudek is only a Trump appointee, and has not received any official Senate confirmation for the important post he holds.
He had been only a mid-level IT staffer at Social Security when he helped Elon Musk’s DOGE team access sensitive databases inside the agency, which he bragged about on LinkedIn. He was put on administrative leave.
But when the Social Security head resigned in protest, and more senior officials refused to cooperate with Musk’s team, Trump tapped him to lead the agency as acting head.
Last month, Dudek threatened to shut the agency down altogether after a federal judge ordered DOGE affiliates to withdraw from Social Security databases containing sensitive personal information about Americans.
Dudek knows NOTHING about the contracts the federal governments has with the states. He knows NOTHING about what they mean, and he cares NOTHING about the consequences. And he cares NOTHING about making OUR information safe.
He also obviously cares NOTHING about Trump's and Musk's purported crusade to prevent fraud and waste in government.
So far, the Social Security Administration has not responded to calls by the news media for comment.
Neither has the White House...
Oh, greatest king of all the Earth, this lowborn cobbler of no worth attacked me in the square today...shall we take his head away?
