The relationship Maddie and Mr. Anderson had will never cease to make me cry. He was like a father figure to her. Because he knew hers was taken from her too soon. And he knew what was going on at home because he had an alcoholic parent too. I am so mad that he lost his job and went to jail even though what he did was wrong.
