today I was thinking about the fact that i've drawn romano as the son of ancient greece once, implying that he was the magna graecia... and that would mean that he and ancient rome have more or less the same age

i'm trying to understand my own headcanons now

dear people who follow me, a heartfelt thank you for all the support you have given me this year!! i do not have a big audience, but i’m honest when i say that i am extremely grateful for how thoughtful and kind the one i have is. i read every comment and message that you leave under my paintings, and they really make me feel happy about my art and comfortable with experimenting with new subjects and styles. i feel that in this moment of my life both my art style and the concepts behind my pieces are switching to something more deliberate, and i’m excited at the prospect to explore this new creative path in 2024 and to share the results with you

anyway it just occurred to me that i forgot to say that the essential inspiration for this drawing has been this image

wtnv again, this time charles and donovan! i’m still not sure about their design, but for now let’s try this one… kevin hasn’t mentioned that charles looked exactly like carlos, so i just supposed that he doesn’t? 

(also yes, charles is wearing a bracelet of human teeth. kevin made it - he claims that it brings joy or something)
