“Kyojiro! Stop” you giggled while pushing your boyfriend away from you, your boyfriend Kyojiro and you are currently on a mission together. He is the flame Hashira and you his tsugoku, you competed in the final selection 2 years ago, and you caught his attention. He helped sharpen your skills, but he also fell for you, the two of you agreed to slay demons together. You both were currently in the woods looking for some wood demon, the two of you were cracking jokes with each other when you suddenly heard something coming from the distance.

“Y/n!” Kyojiro yelled through the woods as he ran around looking for you, the both of you separated in the woods, and he heard your screams. He continued running as far as he would go until he came across a demon laughing over you, “What the hell!” He shouted, the demon turned its attention to Kyojiro with a smirk. “You’re too late.” He spoke while laughing. Kyojiro wasted no time cutting the demons head off. “Y/n! Please wake up!” He spoke softly with tears streaming down his face, he pushed hair out of your face as he placed his head in your chest sobbing. He noticed you still felt warm and you were breathing, it was just faint. He picked you up bridal style, grabbed your sword, then he began to run back.

When you opened you eyes they weren’t the same as before, instead of your normal pupils you had cat like pupils. The worst thing that could happen to a demon slayer happened to you, and your boyfriend saved you. You looked around feeling a hunger in you, you quickly suppressed the need you felt the best you could pulling yourself to your feet. You noticed you had something in your mouth, it was bamboo, just like nezuko. You felt tears begin to fill your eyes as you frantically looked around for Kyojiro; the last thing you thought about before you got hurt. When you spotted his yellow and orange hair you ran toward him, he turned hearing the footsteps rushing toward him. “Y/n!?” He spoke with a look of surprise on his face. You took a moment to take in the man before you wrapped your arms around his waist and placed your head in his chest; he reminded you of what it felt like to be human… he was warm and so lively.. “I’m so sorry I wasn’t there for you!” He suddenly fell to his knees sobbing, you couldn’t speak, so you just pressed his head against your chest as you ran your hand through his hair. He fought for you just as much as you fought for him.

It has been weeks and Kyojiro has started to loosen up; he’s a demon slayer, so I know it’s hard living with a demon. It took him a little bit to get situated, but after the master held a meeting allowing me to still fight under the demon slayer corps , he loosened up. “I’m not sure what to give you to eat love… would it be dangerous to try human food..?” Kyojiro asked you with a questioning look on his face, you shook your head slightly amused. You haven’t felt hungry since the first day you woke up, so you’re not sure what’s good and what’s not. He looked at you before bringing his hands behind your head, he pulled the strap holding the bamboo in place and took it out slowly. “I trust you..” he spoke softly placing the bamboo behind you, he then slowly leaned in to place a soft kiss on your lips, you had longed to feel his lips once again. “T- Th-“ you coughed out attempting to talk, “you don’t have to speak dear! Take your time!” He spoke placing a kiss on your head, you just nodded happy with the progress made.

It has been a month, Kyojiro is now helping you figure out how to fight in your new form. You have gotten very far from where you once were, “Keep trying dear! You’re so close!” He spoke watching you attempt to beat Nezuko, you huffed before charging at the girl. You both landed on the ground, but you finally won. “Good job dear! You did it” he beamed jumping up to congratulate you, “I did it Jiro!” You suddenly spoke out, it was a little raspy, but it was a sentence. Kyojiro stood there in shock before running toward you, he hugged you picking you up off the ground. “I’m so proud of you dear! I promise we will get you back to the way you were!” He spoke looking at you with determination. “Thank you babe..” you spoke placing a kiss on his lips wrapping your arms around his waist. “Anything for you dear, I will stay by your side no matter what!” He spoke with one of his bright closed eye smiles, god you loved this man, and he loved you too.

Tanjiro-

He would shower you in compliments

He would give you a lot of affection

Tanjiro and you have been in a relationship for serval years now, you’ve been with him through his journey of becoming a demon slayer. You were already a demon slayer when he was brought to the corps due to him fighting with Nezuko, you work with shinobu and the other girls that are medics. Though Tanjiro gives you a lot of compliments, you never quite understand what he sees. Your self esteem is quite low, and you bash yourself often, you just do it in your head.

Today was different for some reason. Tanjiro was home with you, which was always good, but you were emotionally feeling terrible. Tanjiro was currently with Inosuke and Zenitsu while you were in the bathroomroom you shared with the boy looking in the mirror at your nude body. [this won’t be sexual]

“Why won’t I ever be good enough..” you sighed before looking away from the mirror. You stepped into the shower and began to wash your body, silently feeling tears stream down your face.

You hear someone step in behind you before you feel Tanjiro’s arms wrap around your waist, pulling you closer. “What’s wrong babe?” He whispered in your ear as he began to lightly press kisses on your jawline and neck, “I just don’t feel like I’m good enough..” you whispered as you sniffed looking down. Tanjiro stops giving you kisses suddenly, he uses two fingers, lifts your head, and looks you in your eyes. “Why would you say such things about yourself love…” he whispered with a frown on his face. You felt tears run down your face as you bit your lip, trying to prevent yourself from crying. “I just don’t feel like I’m good enough for you or to be here sometimes.” You spoke with your voice cracking toward the end.

“My love.. you mean so much to me… without you I’d be lost.. you are more than enough for me. Nobody else treats patients the way you do, the butterfly mansion wouldn’t function the same without you, you are more than enough for everyone here.” He spoke with a smile before giving you a long affectionate kiss. You kiss back with tears streaming down your face, “I’m sorry for saying it babe… I should’ve known..” you spoke before snuggling into his chest, Tanjiro always knows what to say and when to say it, you love him so much for it.

Inosuke-

He isn’t fully sure what you mean at first

He ASSURES you, you are infact worth it.

Inosuke and you have known each other since the final selection, for some odd reason he helped you, and ever since then you’ve had an attraction to him. The two of you got together shortly after the train mission, he had feeling for you, he just didn’t know how to express it. Ever since you have been teaching him how to love, how to be loved, and so much more.

Inosuke was currently confused about what he had heard you say to yourself earlier in the day, he heard you say you’re not good enough for anything or anyone, and he didn’t quite understand what you meant. His natural instinct was to go to Tanjiro and ask him for help, “Kentaro! I need help!” Inosuke yelled as he approached the boy, Tanjiro smiled as he turned to look at him, “ Hey Inosuke! What’s wrong?” Tanjiro beamed looking at the boy. “(Y/n) has been down all day, earlier she said that she wasn’t good enough for anyone or anything, what does that mean!?” He yelled again, getting more confused saying it aloud. “Oh no Inosuke! You should go check on her and assure her she is! She’s feeling like she doesn’t deserve you or anyone else… does that help?” Tanjiro frowned at the thought of his friend feeling the way she does, Inosuke stood up straight before running in the opposite way.

“(Y/n)! Babe! Where are you!?” Inosuke yelled as he ran around your shared apartment. “I’m in here!” You spoke from the room as you laid on the bed you shared with him. He walked into the room and stood infront of you, “what’s up babe?” You asked looking up at your boyfriend who stood over you. “Why would you say you’re not good enough for me!” He spoke taking off his boar hat, looking down at you.

You signed looking to the side, “I didn’t know you heard me..” you whispered. He grabbed both your wrist gently pulling you up, he tilts you head up to meet your gaze. “Please don’t say that about yourself baby… if anything I feel like that… I’m the one who came from the mountains” he spoke with a small chuckle, trying to lighten the situation. You felt your lips tremble before you respond, “I’m sorry babe.” You whispered feeling a tear fall down your face, he whipped the tear with his thumb before connecting your lips. “Don’t cry beautiful, you are more than worth it in my book baby, you’re alway going to be good enough.” He spoke feeling you snuggle into his toned chest. “You’re so perfect.”

Zenitsu-

He would reassure you right away

He would be genuinely shocked

Zenitsu is known to obsess over girls, yet he took it slow with you. He wanted to get to know you, and he wanted you to get to know him for him. The two of you got together under a couple of cherry blossoms trees, it was quite romantic, it’s kinda what zenitsu wanted.

You have been down in the dumps here recently, and Zenitsu can smell it. Though you have been telling him you are okay, he knows you aren’t. “I’m so ugly.. I’m not good enough for him.” You muttered looking at yourself in the mirror before turning to meet your surprised boyfriend, “what’s wrong babe?” You asked wondering why he looked so shocked. “How could you!” He nearly yelled as he dropped to his knees infront of you crying, “you’re so beautiful! You’re more than worth it! How could you say such things about yourself!” He yelled before jumping up to his feet, he then placed many kisses all over your face, finally kissing you on your lips.

“Please don’t ever say such things.. you’re so fucking beautiful… I wouldn’t want any better because you’re the best girl I know..” he whispered wrapping his arms around your waist. “What’s me without you? You changed me so much… I don’t know what I’d do without you.” He spoke feeling you kiss his chest hugging him.
