Hecatic (dervived from the Greek goddess Hecate) means when you’re bisexual + sapphic, I’ve seen many bi sapphic combination flags and just wanted to make my own :) Hecatic is all bisexual sapphics regardless if they have a specific preference or not, and regardless of relationship status (or lack of) <3

I wanted to make it pink and purple to showcase bisexuality and sapphicism :3 and the flower in the centre is a moonflower! It felt fitting with moons being a bi symbol and a flower on the sapphic flag!

Bi dykes and bihets are going to break into your house and steal your lava lamp (as we should) There is no insult or slur that you can throw at us that’ll change the fact that we are bisexual <3

note: bihet is just reclaiming the insult, it is not an identity or romantic/sexual orientation. bisexuals are not hets <3

Controversal opinion, I don't think it's really ever appropriate for people to theorize about groups they're not apart of.

That's how you get things like "non binary people aren't oppressed" and "trans men are exactly like cis men in every way and therefore have male privilege" and "asexuals aren't LGBT" and "bisexuals have straight privilege" like maybe like, include the group you're theorizing about to talk about their experiences because it always ends up exclusionary otherwise.
