Thinking About Defiant Whumpee Being Held Down While A Muzzle Is Forcibly Strapped Over There Face

Do you guys need reasons for someone to get bullied? because I have a few

Loyal bodyguard whumpee

And why the rest of the gang beats up on them

Stands near the boss looking attractive and cool and never talking--everyone's jealous and it looks like they aren't even working for it

Boss beckons them closer to whisper in their ear. Others are jealous of the attention from the boss. They try to find excuses to get bodyguard in trouble so they can beat them up

Blackmailing bodyguard with integrity --so now bodyguard knows exactly what is coming to them when they see whumpers surrounding them as they leave their meeting with the boss

Gang dragging off bodyguard to beat and rape them in revenge

Bodyguard pretending to be fine, to prevent further attacks in their weakened state. Until a friendly back-slap elicits a wince of pain.

Boss turning a blind eye to the bullying because they need the gang

Boss blaming bodyguard for conflict so there are fewer casualties

Boss punishing all those responsible, increasing the bullies' rage

lovers, captured together, facing each other in an interrogation room. one of them forced to watch as their partner is beaten, shot, cut, shocked—hell, even waterboarded— while they can do nothing but struggle against their restraints, they can’t touch, can’t offer any comfort. gagged— they can’t tell their SO sweet little promises that everything is going to be okay.

maybe:

a) they made a vow to each other long ago —the organization, the cause comes first. no matter what happens, no matter the pain, they wont talk.

b) one of them has been left in the dark —to protect them, to keep them safe— they genuinely don’t know anything, their captor demands intel they simply don’t have, they swear they don’t know anything over and over again but the captor doesn’t care.

c) they talk. they give up names, codes, locations, anything to make it stop. but their captor keeps hurting their partner anyway. eventually, all they can do is beg. please. stop. just stop. let them go. keep me, take me instead.

d) they’re ready to spill every secret, to end the torture until they meet their lovers eyes and see them shaking their head. don’t.

Heat Whump

As promised, Whump ideas that including heat. And as a person who hates heat with a freezing passion, this is gonna hurt to think about…

Hot showers, either to cool down after a nightmare or be forced into by a Whumper

A hot bath, same thing as the shower, may work as comfort or as whumping material

Boiling water, Whumper threatening to boil their limps, or maybe they’ll boil some kind of meat and tell Whumpee it was one of their loved ones, or maybe it was one of their loved ones?!

A fire place, many things can happen here, and fire alone can be terrifying

Put a metal poker in the heat and you’ve got yourself a really ugly weapon

Or maybe force our dearest Whumpee’s hands into the fire, or into the still gleaming ashes

Branding with a hot branding iron is sooo delicious too! So really, burn Whumper’s name into Whumpee’s flesh. Or maybe the company that owns them! Remind the little thing who is in control by steering it into their skin!

Hot days are torture too! Force Whumpee out on a burning out day wearing winter clothing

Or maybe it’s Vampire!Whumpee getting chained to a pole on a hot, sunny day! Whumper just wants to watch the pretty sunrise with his darling Vampire!

painful maintenance. robot whumpees who are too scared to tell anyone what hurts because they don't want to be taken apart again. they don't want the restraints, the forced shutdowns, the pain, it hurts so much--until there's so many errors in their vision, they can't stay on their feet any longer.

Caretaker cutting up whumpees food for them because it’s hard/painful for them to do it themselves

Whumpee wearing caretakers clothes because they don’t have many of their own or their old clothes don’t feel like they belong to them anymore.

Caretaker speaking up for whumpee in social settings because their anxiety is dialed up to 100 even just in a coffee shop or grocery store

Whumpee leaning on caretakers arm because sometimes it’s hard to stay upright/they’re afraid to get left behind

Caretaker offering whumpee their coat because they get colder more easily/the cold makes injuries new and old alike ache again

Whumpee and caretaker cuddling on the couch because they’ve been so touch starved for so long but caretaker is the only one they trust to be so close.

Caretaker leaning in close to hear and speak to whumpee, because they tend to whisper now, and/or loud noises spook them, especially voices

Whumpee and caretaker sharing a bed because they don’t feel safe alone anymore/it prevents nightmares

Caretaker opening doors for whumpee because it’s hard for them/their mobility aid gets in the way

Whumpee asking for caretakers opinion on everything because they only trust them/their sense of normalcy has been broken or is nonexistent

Caretaker complimenting whumpee as a way to combat their conditioning/boost their self esteem

Just, a somewhat pseudo romantic relationship between the whumpee and caretaker, made all the more complicated by any real feelings they may have.

"You don't have to feel this way anymore," the whumper cooed, holding the whumpee's head in their hands.

The whumpee whimpered softly, weakly struggling against their captor's grip, hands tied tightly behind their back.

"Tell me what I need to know," the whumper stroked their thumb across the whumpee's cheek, "I don't want to hurt you."

Tears trickled down the whumpee's face, "you... you're lying."

The whumpee stared back at them, eyes unblinking, "You're smart."

A kind Whumper who gives Whumpee everything they ask for

Whumpee asked for water, and so they were waterboarded/drowned. Whumpee was cold so Whumper either locks them in a burning hot room, or sets a part of them on fire They're hot? Ice bath for a couple of hours Tired? Sedate them constantly until they can't remember how many days have passed. Maybe play a sick game of twisting the world when they awake. " YOU'RE FINALLY AWAKE!!! THREE YEARS, WHUMPEE. I'VE WAITED THREE YEARS" keep on playing mind games until they start to believe you, only to shatter their new reality. Maybe they wake up with Whumper not around, believing they've been freed. WHumper's friends play into the delusion, just long enough for Whumper to get home before mocking a devastated Whumpee. Bored? Give them so much labour, they can barely walk after. hungry? force them to eat until they're puking lonely? Kidnap another person and keep gift them to Whumpee. Make sure they both know who's fault it is that they were taken.

I’m so disappointed to go back to my Pinterest board with all of the whump Bucky fanart and it’s not giving me brain damage like it used to 😭

Restraints in whump

Strapped to a metal table, staring into the luminescent lights on the ceiling.

Handcuffed to a hospital bed to prevent an escape attempt.

A leather muzzle strapped to the face on account of the subject’s “aggression”.

Ropes binding wrists and ankles to a chair, carving into skin.

A metal collar connected to a chain which can be used to pull the captive around.

Strong arms wrapped around someone until they stop fighting.

Chains around ankles or wrists, being pulled along by captors as they march a prisoner through the streets.

Confined to a straight jacket in a padded cell after lashing out against staff members.

A single chain connected from the ankle to a wall, limiting movement and serving as a constant reminder that there’s no escape.
