No, it's not deja vu. The new Canon G16 as twin brother looks like a G15. The only thing that distinguishes the model is in a different placement of the thumb for a shortcut button, which freed up space for the Wi-Fi antenna.
Wi-Fi and video 1080/60p Those could have been great news in the past year. Somewhat ironic that this was used as the main argument today. There is nothing particularly new in the Wi-Fi implementation. Canon places emphasis on increase of performance, but based on the technical characteristics of this is not quite true.
G16 really makes continuous shooting faster 9.3fps and longer queue than the G15. Digic processor promises better ISO 80 - 12800, but this is nothing more than using the old 12.1MP CMOS sensor with new algorithms.
Canon G16 camera will be released in 2014, when the cameraphones will make it uncompetitive. Pay at $ 549 for the lens? In any case it can't compete with Sony RX100 for $650 and Sony A3000 for $400.
Canon G16 with too overpriced deserves attaching to first passing comet, which will carry it away.

LG rolling out new flagship G3
A few month ago the flagship smartphone LG G2 was announced. No doubt that the company follows the semiannual cycle for new super flagship LG G3 which significantly surpass its predecessor.
The main feature of G3 will be the new quad core processor 2.5GHz Snapdragon 805 and an Adreno 330 GPU. It is expected this particular CPU will move to smartphones with flexible display G-Flex next generation. New model will get 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal memory and there's microHDMI support too.
In late August was a preview of the new 5.5-inch Super AMOLED Quad HD display with a resolution of 2K (2560 x 1440 pixels). As did you might have guessed it has pixel density of 538ppi. Moreover LG G3 will be accompanied by a sapphire glass which is several times durable than the widely used GorillaGlass. The manufacturer also decided to equip the G3 with a fingerprint reader.
LG G3 will come with 13MP camera with optical image stabilization system and video recording in Full HD 1080p resolution and 2MP front-facing camera. The battery capacity is 3000mAh that is 12% more than in G2. Smartphone has all the contemporary communication skills such as: support for 3G/4G LTE networks, Wi-Fi 802.11, Bluetooth 4.0, NFC.
LG G3 is available now. The expected price of the device with starting operating system Android 4.4 Kit Kat is $649.

There is a pop-up flash, integrated GPS-module, depth gauge, altimeter and electronic compass. Interfaces of coupling: USB and miniHDMI.
Weight of Nikon 1 AW1 with battery and memory card is 356g and its dimensions are 113,3 x 71,5 x 37,5 mm. The manufacturer focuses attention that the protection from moisture and dust is provided only with new lenses NIKKOR AW 11-27.5mm f/3.5-5.6 and NIKKOR AW 10mm f/2.8 (with other lenses deliberately drown the camera is not worth it)

Samsung has launched a new Chromebook
Samsung has announced the launch of the second-generation notebook series Chromebook. Chromebook 2 has become more productive, long-playing and more interesting in its capabilities. It will be available in two configurations of the screen: 11.6-inch and 13.3-inch.
