We absent ourselves today in honor and remembrance of the victims of femicide and trafficking for whom tomorrow will also be a #daywithoutwomen. For women lost to intimate partner violence; for girls lost to parents who wanted a boy; to the bones found or forever lost in the deserts of northern Mexico; to the native women lost in Canada along the highway of tears; to the women and girls fleeing war zones captured by traffickers. Our list is in no way exhaustive. But we hope for a brighter day. A day when 'female' is not a risk factor.

The official Tiki Papier professional debut! The World's Most Fashionable Paper Doll is posing in Lesley Ware's new book - How To Be A Fashion Designer! All of her outfits were expressly designed for this project. Lesley's writing is wonderful. She is incredibly chic and generous and endlessly enthusiastic about fashion. The book is as charming as she is. We are so proud and grateful and humbled to have been part of this. It was a wonderful project and a delightful way to spend the summer.
