One thing about WoF I really love is the variety of female characters and their roles in the books. Like they feel distinctive from each other and their characters and personalities are treated with a lot of respect and care. Like the books certainly don't feel like they're misogynistic or reduce the female characters down to basic stereotypes in order to focus on the cooler, much more developed male characters

I get SO much overwhelming support on here, discord, and instagram - especially combined. It blows my mind, all the kind people who engage with my characters/story and even read and enjoy it. It’s so unreal. It feels like a dream come true. I can’t express how thankful I am for each and every one of you. Every funny response in hashtags, every comment, every time someone notices smth in my writing, any engagement at all. I’m so sappy and cringe but seriously
I’d love to do some sort of event- maybe for 200 followers here? If yall have suggestions lmk somehow. Either events or something with my ocs yall would wanna see to celebrate
If there could be one f-bomb in the WOF books who would say it and what line would it be?
I think that once the mind control was stopped, all the HiveWings and SilkWings and LeafWings turned on Wasp and ripped her to shreds. There's two reasons why:
1. That arc's main villain (kind of? Like besides the plant) deserves a graphic and iconic death like that
2. It would mean the paintings that Lady Scarab was working on in Book 12 was foreshadowing. One was of a wasp being eaten by ants, and the other was a bunch of beetles dragging a wasp into the dark
Also it's just way more satisfying than the genocidal dictator just being thrown info prison

She encouraged him to make the storehouse so she could look at all of the hornsent corpses, but then he started preserving their culture in it, and then he had to kick her out of it becsuse she wouldn't stop biting and messing shit up.

I remember once talking to my partner about the Dragonslayer book (which I have not read myself). I told him I hope there is a scene in there where Sunny does something normal and non-threatening and somehow ends up misinterpreted as a horrifying nightmare creature by a bunch of clueless scavengers with overactive imaginations.
I've sat here for about an hour now, trying to decide whether I should tag this as "violent" or not. On the one hand, it really isn't; it's just strawberry juice after all. On the other hand maybe the evocative imagery in the first panel is transcending the actual reality of the situation. I've decided to leave it as is for the time being. If this imagery upsets you though, please let me know so I can figure out a way to deal with that in the future. Maybe I can make up a new tag or something.
