So apparently some people new to Tumblr think a repost and a reblog are the same thing, so when they see creators asking for people to not repost, they're thinking the creators are saying to not reblog đ
Y'all, a repost is when you copy/download the work and create a new post using the work making it seem as if it's yours. A reblog is you using a site provided feature to share the creator's post directly from the creator so that it's still credited to them and they still get all of the traction/notes from the work.
Please, reblog fics/art/etc. that you enjoy! Reblogging is not reposting! Creatives need support too, and reblogging is a way to do that!
People loooove complex characters until theyâre women
- youâre gay - can read - support gay people - want to hold a match between your fingers as you wander the halls of an ancient castle because itâs your only source of light amidst the ghosts of people long past - are an antelope - or want a chocolate bar.
No one will know which applies.
I think I'm late to the party but I'm still here too!
Is there any Agent Carter/Cartinelli/Carterwood fans in 2024 CAUSE I STILL LOVE THAT SHOW AND ALL ITS CHARACTERS
must a fictional relationship be âhealthyâ or âfunctionalâ? is it not enough to simply watch two made up people destroy each other, hand in unlovable hand???
was originally doing this as a test but it has ended up being one of my favourite drawings I've done like all year đ (has anyone watched the show?? Lol)
Anyways when I was sixteen I wrote a story about a spaceship's communications officer (think Uhura) who was given a brain implant when he was a baby that automatically translates every language in the universe, but which interferes with his ability to perceive and process subtle changes in tone. He hears an emotionless automated translator voice inside his head rather than hearing the real voices being physically carried by air vibrations. So he has the ability to interpret every word in every language, but he can never interpret tone of voice. And the ultimate message of the story is that understanding every possible text isn't enough -- if you don't understand subtext, you'll be isolated. The "communications officer" actually struggles to communicate more than anyone else on the ship.
You'll never guess what they diagnosed me with a year later.
Your gender is now the first randomized wikipedia article you get. No rerolls.
