what a shame doctors don’t prescribe vacation to secluded seaside towns like they used to

with my one and only..

I want to be able to sit on a beach on a warm evening with my one and only so that we both hear the rumbling of waves and experience the temporary'ness and mess of our lives.

So that he looks at me as the wind makes a few strands of my hair cover up my face and he lovingly kisses my lips.

I wish to be able to hold his fingers and experience the warmth of his palm that sadly no body on the planet can compensate for; not even the sun.

I want to walk and walk and walk as the sand covers our toes and then walk some more as we talk about everything that is just 'us' and leave out everything that includes other people.

I want to come back to our allotted room in the night and make the softest love with my one and only as I taste the ocean in his sweat and he hears the waves in my moans.

I want to sleep in exhaustion as I bury my face in his armpit knowing that even though our time on earth is temporary; I'm happy to be alive at the same time as he and that I've lived an eternity in these small moments with him..

It was a rainy day today! I took a snap of my mixed coloured bougainvillea yesterday because they were so pretty and it started raining today and the coloured foliages fell off within few hours🥲. This is why I believe in 🧿nazar🧿 .

2 years ago if I told myself that I had to revise an entire subject in one day I would have fainted but look at where we are now. Happy with the progress I have made. But I will still have a huge chunk of topics uncovered for the exam but it is okay compared to where I started.

February is right around the corner, which means it’s soon time for Funguary 2023! the drawing event where we draw a bunch of mushroom based characters during the month of feb.

Here’s how it works:

Each week of the month will have a theme with seven different prompts, draw something mushroom related within that theme in order to join. The themes are Weird, Mystical, Malicious and Friendly. You don’t have to complete all the prompts, just one mushroom per theme/week is plenty!

If you’re hardcore you can definitely try and finish all the prompts though ;). The challenge intensity is adjustable to what suits you. This is a chill event where the goal is to just have fun and vibe, and honor the fungi kingdom with some really cool art🍄
