𧫠âThe essential feeling of naturalness can be achieved by persistently filling your consciousness with imagination â imagining yourself being what you want to be or having what you desire.â - Neville Goddard
⥠"My work is simply to trust my Imagination completely" - Neville
âIn the hardest times when I needed to manifest 'fast', what made me feel more calm, and even made me feel safe when doubts came into my mind, was an acceptance, yes, but most important, feeling natural, no effort. Let's talk about Naturalness, today.
âThe time it takes your assumption to become fact, your desire to be fulfilled, is directly proportionate to the NATURALNESS of your feeling of already being what you want to be⊠ of already having what you desire.â â Neville GoddardÂ
Naturalness, it just hit me how this is beautiful. This the law of being, and it's natural, normal, to have our desires. What brings our desires into material existence is our assumption of it's already existence. Accepting we have our desires in Imagination should be something effortless done, no stress, no overcomplication.
"Manifesting is not a process that requires serious concentration, vain repetition, or much effort. Rather, it's actually very, very simple.
God said, âLet there be light,â and there was light.
That is it. The entire process is simply decreeing that something exists nonchalantly and then moving on with no consideration. In the exact same way you can say with NO requirement for a second thought, that you are right- or left-handed, then not have to think twice (because you know its nature of truth already), and are able to move on â you should be bringing your desires to fruition.
â The reason so many people struggle to see results consistently is that it really is that easy, but there is a general tendency to overcomplicate things.
It is real now because you said so. You don't care to "prove it" or anything of the sort; you know its truth and you know you are right. That's all there is to it. Command that it exists now, then move on. It is that easy. It exists now, in your consciousness â nothing will come into the screen of condition & experience unless you command it to." via reddit âSo, assume it, and then let it happen in your world.â â Neville GoddardÂ
Sometimes when we desire something, we think that when we get it, we will feel different, happy, blissful. And yes, we do. But with time it just start to feel normal, natural. You wanted that thing, and you were excited, you got the thing and you were so happy when you got it, but then, with time, it becomes natural.
âThe fact that it does not feel natural to you to be what you imagine yourself to be is the secret of your failure.  Regardless of your desire, regardless of how faithfully and intelligently you follow the law, if you do not feel natural about what you want to be, you will not be it. â â Neville Goddard
That's why when we are forcing ourselves to get something, change something, we fail. Trying this, trying that. You feel depressed, drained. I felt it too, I know how it feels.
"The feeling of naturalness comprises of 2 factors:
Naturalness -> believing a certain thing to be true, real, fact, usual, nothing specialÂ
think of something you really wanted in past, how you feel now that you have it? Relaxed, right? You have it, it's natural, normal. Nothing to worry since you have it already.
your goal is to assume you have it in Imagination only.
Having or 'not having' what we want have no 'realness' as long as we give it 'realness', nothing is real before we assume it as real. The 3d is the reflection of the past assumptions, so we can't look at 3d and say 'this is real', it's but a reflection of old assumptions, it is not real, it is past. "Everything You See Is From 15 Seconds in the Past, New Research Claims", this research also explains why the 3d is not actual, but 'past'. That's why you can assume what you want to be real NOW, Imagination is the real reality because what you identify as having or being in Imagination is reflected by the outerworld. The 'facts' are only facts if we assume, and if we assume different things, the outer world will transform to conform them, 'circumtances does not matter'.
âYour imagination is the creative power that can and will accomplish the end without effort and in a natural way.â â Neville GoddardÂ
Manifesting is a natural process. Then why overcomplicate things? Affirming all day to get something that you already have? Listening to subs overnight to impress your subconscious? Methods, techniques ONLY exist to make you remember YOU ALREADY HAVE IT, they only exist to make you feel like having your desire, only to make it feel natural. Nothing more. The power is in your assumption, acceptance, of that which you claimed.
âOne technique which helps with this is to view the current 3D unwanted or undesired reality as already past, and to recognize that the only true reality is that of Imagination.â â Neville Goddard You don't need to "try", make it happen, 'do a little more', do that one more time 'so that it works'. As long as you identified yourself as having the desire, you can already feel the relief because NOW it is yours. So everytime you second guess if it is 'enough', know that it is. Now you can let it be, without worring. It's easy, don't try, be. Remove effort.
âTo get into the nature easily, general amnesty is necessaryâ â Neville GoddardÂ
"Be perfectly indifferent to the evidence of the senses, so that you may feel the naturalness of your desire, and your desire will be realized."
"You cannot force anything outwardly by the mightiest effort of the will. There is only one way you can command the things you want and that is by assuming the consciousness of the things desired."
"You arenât called upon to make the things. All things already are. The whole, vast creation is already finished; I am only becoming aware of it. Any state that I can imagine can be occupied. The whole thing is finished, and all I do is adjust to it and âfeelâ myself there until it becomes natural."
"when you can drop the thing desired in consciousness, confident that it shall appear, you have done all that is expected of you."
"The idea must be maintained in the mind without any sensible effort on your part. You must, with the minimum of effort permeate the mind with the feeling of the wish fulfilled."
"When you assume the feeling of your wish fulfilled it is with a minimum of effort. You must control the direction of the movements of your attention. But you must do it with the least effort."
"Make no effort and it will work"
"If I use no effort, then it works, not indifference, I don't mean indifference, I mean NO effort. You accepted it, and you have confidence in your Imagination and cannot fail"
"When you are not working to make it so you are in the Sabbath."
"We must, with the minimum of effort, permeate the mind with the feeling of the wish fulfilled."
"The essential feeling of naturalness can be achieved by persistently filling your consciousness with imagination â imagining yourself being what you want to be or having what you desire."
"The time it takes your assumption to become reality is proportionate to the naturalness of being it."
"It is done without effort."
"(manifesting) is, above all things, easy. Its greatest enemy is effort."
"Serious confusion arises insofar as men identify the state of prayer (manifesting) with an act of will, instead of contrasting it with an act of will. The sovereign rule is to make no effort"
"if I assume that itâs done and make no effort to make it so, I am living by faith. By faith all things were made"
"And man canât believe itâŠhe doesnât want to believe it. He thinks all of his efforts are simply in some strange way changing things. You donât change it this way, you change it only by an inner attitude of mind"
"From then on, he will not be concerned with making an effort to bring his desires into reality; he will know they already are real." "The law operates by faith. If you believe, no effort is necessary to see the fulfillment of your every desire."
" When a man does not live in his Imagination he will become impatient of the outcome of what he desires, and finally he will become violent in his effort to get things."
Naturalness is one of the most important concepts of the law in my life, for I mostly needed to manifest in hard times, and claiming my assumptions as real no matter who I emotionally felt, made me get all that I needed. Being free, being safe. I hope you understand that it is normal to have what you want, I won't call you crazy.

Reader Namkha: I struggle a bit with this idea of returning to being. I canât seem to find it, if that makes sense.
Answer: You're absolutely right, Namkha. You canât "find" being in the way you might look for an object.
Trying to find 'Beingness' is like a gold ring searching for gold. The ring, as it appears, is merely a form, and it cannot locate the gold it seeks because it is looking from the perspective of its own form. In reality, it cannot find gold because it is gold.
Similarly, consider a wave trying to find the ocean. The wave may believe it is separate, yet it is actually an expression of the ocean itself. It cannot exist without the ocean, nor can it separate itself from it to find it.
In another analogy, a clay pot cannot search for the clay it is made from. The pot is simply a shape formed from the clay, and it cannot stand apart from it to observe it as something distinct.
Just like a gold ring cannot stand apart from gold, a wave cannot find the ocean, and a clay pot cannot find the clay, you cannot find your own Beingness as if it were an object to be discovered. You are your Beingness.
What we perceive, including what you call a body, thoughts, or feelings, are appearances â seeming appearances â not Actuality. Actuality, or Reality, is the "Awareness" , "SELF", "Namelessness", that is ever-present, never perceived as an object.
Just as you need distance to see an object, all knowledge within the effect of your mind, seem to work in a subject-object relationship. We can only know something if we stand apart from it. This is true for everything in experience: thoughts, feelings, sensations.
We can know them because we stand as the Knower, seemingly apart from the known object. However, this relationship is part of the world of appearances â itâs not the "Reality".
The "exception" is the "Knowing of Being" â "Awareness". This "Knowingness" is beyond the subject-object split.
When you say, "I know myself," the "I" that knows and the "SELF" that is known are not two. Thereâs no distance between the two because they are the same. This is the direct, non-conceptual experience of "Beingness", the "Actuality" of "Awareness".
So, when you say, "I canât find myself," youâre correct in that you canât find yourself as an object in appearance. But at the same time, "you" do know yourself as the pure "Knowingness."
For example, if I ask you now, "Are you aware?" what would you say?
Reader Namkha: Yes, I would say I am aware.
Answer: Exactly. And what is it that knows you are aware? Itâs simply "awareness" itself, not an object. "SELF" knows "itSELF". This is the "Knowingness" that doesnât involve any concept or object. Itâs the "Actuality" of "Awareness" â "Awareness" being aware of itself. Just like the sun illuminates the world, it also illuminates itself â but not by standing apart from itself.
This Knowing of Being is non-dual; thereâs no subject and object. There is only the direct "Knowingness", the "Actuality" of your own "Beingness". Thatâs why you canât "find" yourself as an object of perception. But you do know yourself, directly and clearly, through this self-illuminating "Awareness". This is the "Reality" that must not be mistaken for the appearances we seem to experience.
Reader Namkha: So, do I need to step back from the intellect in order to understand this?
Answer: Yes, you need to step back from the intellect because the intellect operates within appearances, within duality. The intellect can only conceptualize things in terms of subject and object, but it cannot grasp the "Actuality" of "Beingness". When I ask, "Are you aware?" you might formulate the response, "Yes." But this response is just a reflection of your direct experience of "Awareness", which is beyond concepts.
Even without the words, "I am aware," the experience remains: you are aware. This is the essence of Non-Dual "Knowingness". It is not a thought or a concept â it is your actual "Beingness". Itâs not something you think about; itâs something you are.
Reality beyond the intellect and appearances.
Reader Namkha: I see. Can I ask something else about the meditation I did this morning? When I was meditating, I felt a heaviness in my chest and a coldness around me. This often happens, and Iâm not sure how to make sense of it.
Answer: You mentioned feeling a heaviness in your chest and a coldness around you. Now, these are sensations you are aware of, but they are just appearances. There are two parts to this experience: 1) the appearance of sensation (heaviness or coldness) and 2) the fact that you are aware of these sensations.
Instead of focusing on the sensation itself, letâs shift focus to the "I" that was aware of the heaviness. What do you mean when you say, "I was aware"? What is this "I"? Is it also an appearance, or is it something beyond?
Reader Namkha: Iâm not sure. I feel like the "I" is awareness, but I canât fully describe it.
Answer: Exactly! When you try to describe the "I," you realize thereâs nothing objective there to describe. The "I" you refer to is not an appearance, not part of what you experience as sensations or thoughts. It is the "Knowingness" itself. This is why you paused â because "Awareness" cannot be objectified. It is not part of the world of appearances.
This pause is important. It is a recognition of your true nature, which is not something objective or conceptual, but the "Actuality" of "pure Awareness". When you try to "look" at yourself, there is nothing to see, because the "I" that is aware is beyond all appearances â it is "Reality" itself.
Keep "exploring", but do so through the direct "Knowing" of your "Beingness", not through the intellect or appearances. This is where the "Real" is noticed.
Reader Namkha: Thank you.
Answer: Youâre welcome.
Keep going in this way, focusing on the direct experience of the Actuality of Beingness, not appearances :-)
Dissolve into Nothingness
If you're not going to ask me how to breathe or blink, then don't ask any "how" questions related to "dissolving into nothingness or being", just do it. You know how. All i've been reading is how how how, are you guys not sick and tired already? Step out of your own way, you're glued to one narrative, to suffering, just move.
Chen.
đđ all you need is trust.
shifting content.
i think many people may not have been able to shift because when attempting they subconsciously start checking the physical plane. "are my surroundings changing? am i in my dr room? am i feeling any symptoms?"
this action just shows that you don't trust yourself, that you still don't believe that shifting is within you.
allow me to explain:
we have been shifting ever since we got out of our mothers' wombs. existing = shifting. the difference is that now you're aware of that, but essentially, you HAVE shifted before. countless times. shifting IS within you.
so, why is that, when attempting, your first instinct is to check your surroundings & look for symptoms? in other words, look for any sort of reassurance that you are shifting. and then panic and feel discouraged when you don't find it.
that's the problem. you have been shifting for years and years now, every decision you made was a shift. AND, whenever you made a decision, you didn't look for reassurance or proof of that decision happening, did you?
moving your consciousness to an alternative reality is the same, it's a decision. you just need to trust yourself, because you know you've done it before, so why wouldn't you be able to do it now?
when you trust yourself, you're letting your mind simply step into something that has always existed. like when your eyes blink without you questioning it. when you're walking and your legs are moving without you questioning it. you re letting it know it's a decision. you're certain of it. there's no "why?" or "how?", there's no "proof" either.
so, next time you attempt, lay down or whatever, and KNOW you are in your desired reality. just let go. let your mind fully acknowledge that you are there. trust yourself by simply knowing.
that's it. that's literally all you need.
ok goodbye go shift
đŒ DONâT WORRY, YOUR SUCCESS IS INEVITABLE đŒ
If youâre down in the dumps about still being where you donât want to be, Remember itâs already done. Take yourself to the wish fulfilled and stay there.
My favourite analogy is The Train Between Two Cities. I saw this a while ago {whether it was pinterest or reddit, i have no clue} and it really opened my eyes. Iâll pick two cities like i did in a post a while ago. Letâs say youâre on a train to Milan from Paris. Once you get on that train you know being in Milan is inevitable, youâre basically already there. No matter what, you can read on the train, talk to other passengers, eat to your heartâs content, no matter what, youâre going to end up in Milan.
You are on the train. No matter what the 3d shows you, itâs inevitable, you will end up in your dream life. This analogy has really helped me to remain in the sabbath state aka the state of the wish fulfilled when it comes to any new desires I may have. They are no longer desires they are just mine, theyâre yours.
This analogy can be applied to vacations too, once you get on the plane to Greece, youâre practically already in Greece. You donât doubt for a second no matter what that the next time you step off the plane youâll be in Greece, in fact, youâre not even thinking about the how, you just know that the pilot is taking you where you paid to be. You sit there without thinking, your just there, eating, talking to whoever, reading a book, staring at your new aeroplane crush, you donât care about the how or why youâre just enjoying the ride because you know that trip in Greece is yours.
Thereâs already apart of your mind soaking up the mediterranean sun, with a colourful drub in your had. Thatâs why youâre so excited. There is a part of your consciousness already living the life you want, there is a part of you there. Take whatever method youâre using on a pedestal, whether it be inducing the void state, waking up with everything with SATS, or whatever, itâs shouldnât matter to you so much because you know itâs yours already.
Once you take it off a pedestal it will be 100% easier for you. Especially pure consciousness, itâs just a measly meditation when you arenât obsessing over it, and youâll realise that. Itâs not the ticket to your dream life when youâre already there. Why would you crave a ticket to a place youâre already at?
The train will stop at Milan NO MATTER WHAT. The plane will land in Greece NO MATTER WHAT. Your desired life is yours NO MATTER WHAT.
Itâs inevitable, just place your awareness there.
sorry if the question is silly, but - i am manifesting my dream life, but it's a total change in appearance and relationships. i feel more comfortable affirming, so can i just assume "i have my dream life" and that's it? D:
Yes, you make the rules in your reality.
