how long do I have to keep noticing self/ " "? because I do keep noticing self and I understand exactly what y'all are talking about but as I move on with my day or as I stop "becoming aware of being aware" I again start identifying with this body and mind, I just want to know, will my identification with this person naturally go away as I keep noticing self more and more?
Quoting @illusionaurie ;
It's up to you. How long do you think it will take? What are you waiting for exactly? There is no process at all, there is no person going through a continuity of trying, just Notice now. Itâs not a gradual process, thereâs no âhow long do I need toâ, itâs not a long thing that eventually shows you. You just notice / go within / see for yourself Now and thatâs it. If you wait and think itâs a gradual journey youâll be waiting a long time.
It appears to take as long as you decide. If you noticed how everything around you is just you humoring yourself, " " experiencing " ", why did you feel the need of sending this ask? What I'm trying to say is, don't think it's a process with a set destination. There is no enlightenment waiting. No one to be realised.
Who's the one that needs to know HOW LONG? Aren't you being SELF right now? What exactly are you waiting for?
To answer your question in short; "Will my identification with body and mind go away as I keep noticing self more and more"
You're still thinking that Self and this "I" are some separate entities. But is there anything to reach, or wait for, when SELF is all there is? What are you seeking exactly. It's ONENESS. And that's it.
There is nothing to get rid of. No place to reach. Just BE, right now. Noticing is not a task you have to repeat over and over again, no. Once is always enough. Just notice the perfection of this very moment, in this very moment, because this moment is all that will ever be.
An Empty Appearance.
You read it. Everything around you is an empty appearance, nothing more. Empty appearance, because it holds no meaning and importance. Not unless you assign it one.
It's all " " appearing in different forms, experiencing itself. That makes everything, " ". Nothing more, nothing less. And when everything is THAT, what difference is left between a castle and a hut, if not for labels.
A certain image might have popped up in your *mind* (sorry for the lack of better word) when I said castle and hut. But who decides what is what? Take away all the labels, if it's all THAT, who decides experiencing X is harder than experiencing Y?
All notions are made up. All rules are made-up. There is no right way for anything. You exist, and your existence is the absolute TRUTH. And that truth can only be experienced directly, which you are doing right now. You just need to notice.
Stop complicating this. There is no body, just an appearance of one. There is only THAT, which being formless can take any form it wants. Which being limitless, can expand in whichever way it wants, unfolding into countless experiences, with no bounds at all.
The experience is THAT. The experiencer is THAT. The experienced is THAT. It's an eternal Play with yourself, you make the rules and you break them if you will, it's as simple as it sounds.
You just need to notice it.
No form is better than other form. No form is Harder to experience than other form. They're all empty momentary appearances, equally dependent on " ", the formless. The one who gets to pick and choose. The only one that IS.
Formless, Limitless, The ultimate intelligence. That's you. If you want to impose rules on yourself, it's your choice. If you want to limit yourself, it's your choice. There's no one to dictate your experience but yourself, it's a choice. Free will. Do whatever you want with it.
That's all I have to say to you.
Ponder on this if you want. Ignore it if you want. Get off Tumblr and create a beautiful dream for yourself if you want. It's a free will and your Decision at the end of the day.
Have fun with it. Sending loveđЎđ
NOTHING. Period
Nothing can stop ur manisfestations unless you let it.
Your emotions? They don't affect your manifestations.
Doubts? They don't affect them either.
So next time you're having a bad day or your head is filled with doubts,
persist
and keep on persisting, knowing that in the end, you will get what you desire.
Act like one.
Readers often describe feeling trapped in a loop: searching, chasing, doing more to get somewhere. Hoping for progress, proof, or an improvement that justifies all the effort. But hereâs the real question:
Has it brought you anywhere?
Take a moment. How long have you been seeking? Months? Years? Have you "found" anything, or is it just more seeking, more questions, more frustration? You run in circles, chasing shadows, hoping the next practice, insight, or realization will be "it."
Itâs not wrong to feel this way, but consider this: the very act of searching implies you think thereâs something missingâsomething you lack that needs to be attained. But what if the assumption itself is flawed? What if the one seeking is the very illusion youâre trying to unpack?
Letâs step back and look at the nature of a "dream".
When "you" seem to "dream" at night, no matter what the "dream" looks likeâwhether itâs exciting, terrifying, or mundaneâ"who/what" is always "present"? Who is there in every "dream"? And how do you even know itâs a "dream"? You can feel sensations arising, hear the sounds, and even "think" within the "dream". Sounds familiar, no?
Now look deeper: where is the dream coming from? What gives it its apparent existence? When the dream ends, where does it go? And in those moments of so-called deep sleep, when you say, "I didnât dream at all," how do you know that gap was even there? What remains?
In every dream, thereâs an undeniable Knowingâa "presence" that holds it all, isn't there? The dream is fleeting, but the Knowing of it isnât. Itâs there whether the dream is "vivid", "faint", or "absent" altogether. And that same knowing is "present" now, reading these words, isn't it? You don't have to use any thoughts to notice.
So.. what are you really searching for? The next âahaâ moment? A tangible shift? Something to confirm, âYes, now Iâve got itâ? But who would "get it"?
All there is, is thisâthis effortless "awareness" in which everything arises and disappears.
All seeking starts to dissolve when you see that what youâre looking for isnât "out there." Itâs the same presence thatâs already aware of the seeking, the frustration, and the loop itself. Just like in a dream, youâre chasing answers without realizing youâre the space in which the entire dream unfolds.
Hereâs the thing: I can tell you this over and over again, and I can write endless words about it, but at the end of the day, you have to see it. Nothing I say or anyone else says will make it clearer to you than seeing it directly.
Think of it like this: imagine I tell you about the taste of a "Tsampa" (tibetan foodstuff). Let me try to describe itâTsampa has a simple, earthy tasteâkind of nutty and a little smoky because itâs made from roasted barley. Itâs pretty dry on its own, but when you mix it with butter tea (bo cha) or milk (or water), it turns into a creamy porrdige thatâs super satisfying.
Do you now know how it tastes based off of this short description? No matter how much anyone tries to describe it, you wouldnât really know what itâs like until you actually try it yourself. You might feel like you âget it,â but until you actually taste Tsampa (-Porridge) for yourself, itâs all just words. The actual direct experience is yours to have, and words will never compare to it.
Itâs the same here. Look at the loop you feel stuck in. Look at the dreamlike nature of every experience. Look at whatâs behind the looking itself. And notice: the seeking, the searching, and even the apparent struggleâwhat is all of it arising in?
The dream at night is your perfect clue. Whoâs been there in every dream, in every scene, in every story in and out of it? Whoâs the constant presence beneath it all? If you truly see that, will there be any questions left?
Your consciousness is not in your body. Your body is in your consciousness.
You are not in your reality. Your reality is in your consciousness.
You are not within time or space. Space and time are ideas within your consciousness.
You are Water.
Water stands independent of wave. It was before a wave came to be, it is after the wave subsides, and it'll be for as long as the wave is.
A wave on the other hand, cannot be without water. It is water.
That water (awareness/that) is your true nature. The wave (an appearance) is this body you think yourself to be.
So you are never not Awareness. THAT. Consciousness. You're always that. No matter what you believe yourself to be.
No self realisation exists because there is nothing to realise, only to remember and Be.
'I want' is a thought of limitation itself, if you're water (THAT) and know no wave (no appearance) stands independent of you what is left to want? The moment you incline towards 'I want' you are limiting yourself to the person.
'I want'-> Is of the person. (Illusion)
'I am' -> is of your true nature. The knowing. That nothing is independent of you, while you yourself are independent of it all.
You Exist. Is the TRUTH.
Everything else is just a byproduct of that truth, an appearance. This so called physical body's existence is as unreal and unbelievable as existence of Elves and Voldemort and unicorns..etc.

Most of you donât realize that a huge chunk of the asks we receive are just repetitions of whatâs already been saidâjust with "Understood?" or "Is this correct?" slapped onto the end. If it wasnât our understanding, we wouldnât have posted it. So whatâs the real reason behind these questions? Itâs not clarity. Itâs not understanding. Itâs reassurance. Itâs validation. And that is exactly why so many of you are stuck.
You read something, rephrase it, ask if itâs right, get an answer, and then repeat. And repeat. And repeat. Do you see the trap yet? You think youâre getting somewhere, but all youâre doing is looping through the same useless cycle over and over again. Whether we say "yes" or "no" doesnât change a thing because the issue was never about finding the "right" answerâitâs the fact that youâre addicted to seeking itself.
Letâs be real: if you actually stopped and looked instead of endlessly asking, you wouldnât have anything left to ask. But a lot of you donât want to stop. Youâre too comfortable in the cycle. You get a little dopamine hit from receiving an answer, and then you move on to the next question, the next blog, the next concept to latch onto. But where does that lead? How many more months, years, or even decades are you willing to waste running in circles?
Youâre free to do so. No oneâs stopping you. Keep seeking if thatâs what you want. Keep refreshing your dashboard, sending in asks, and hoping that the next post will finally âclick.â Just be honest with yourselfâif all of this effort was actually working, wouldnât you be done by now? Wouldnât you have seen what you claim to be looking for?
At some point, you have to face the truth: no one can give you what youâre looking for. No blog, no answer, no post will ever be enough. The more you read, the more tangled you get. The more you ask, the more you reinforce the illusion that thereâs still something to get. The only way out is to stop.
BUT, if youâd rather keep running in place without stopping, do so.
Again, there is no enlightenment, nothing to detach or get rid off, you are always you. No matter what is appearing it's still you. Oneness. Now it's your choice if you keep seeking and trying. But it's still ONE.
That's why we drop all concepts, even non-dualism, when we know. Because there is no one to be realized and nothing to find. It has always been the same.
Even though there are great pointers to self in non-dualism, in posts, in videos I share here, it's still meaningless. So don't take everything seriously and word by word. Even in my words and the content of others that I share, there is no right or wrong, if anything is limiting then it's not real. The only absolute Truth is you exist and are "THAT" ( even that seems like it's limiting, when you know you know).
One with everything, but bounded by nothing, because all is only you seemingly appearing as all. Don't forget that pointers just hint who you are, when you notice it, you'll see by yourself that all is meaningless because you always had been "THAT". Even if you don't notice it (would be hard not to tho) , oneness, emptiness, pure knowing, awareness, " ", is still already a fact. So either accept that now, or keep waiting for realization of nothing and limiting yourself.
Everything that is in your awareness, no matter what labels and meaning you put on it ( like real , unreal, impossible, imaginative...), is just an illusion , they are never real in themselves , it's just you appearing as such, experiencing, but there is nothing there. Limits, time, matter, space, don't exist, they have no impact on you. Since it's in your awareness it means "they" are dependent on you ( because surprise it's you making up concepts for experience, "THAT" playing with "THAT", pretending to forget its true nature just to experience fully the illusion )
A pot is not really a pot, it's clay appearing as a pot. The pot( a form) is only clay, we cant seperate the clay from the pot, meaning it can't exist without clay. But clay is not only a pot (not limited by it). You are the clay and everything else is you in different form but never seperated from you .The difference is you're made of no-thing so you can appear as anything. As you already are appearing as the whole seeming universe and every possible things and details you can think of. Limitless is not enough to describe you.
You can try to think about anything that is not you, but you can't, cause even the fact that you're thinking of it means it's in your awareness so it's you and it never exists outside of you.
Even the "unknown" is in you as "unknown" , you'll know it when you do, if you want. It's still you.
How I shift/manifest *ŕŠâŠâ§âËŕźşâŕźť*ŕŠâŠâ§âË
I would like to preface this by saying: This may not work for you, but if you want it to work for you then it can. Assume that it does and persist.
. Ýâ âš . ÝË . Ý
I follow the Law Of Assumption, and although Neville Goddard is my favorite guide and teacher when it comes to it, Iâve added my own little twist to his teachings. And since everything I assume as fact is fact, my method perfectly works for me. It has no choice but to work.
My foundation for manifesting and shifting is the deeply rooted knowledge that I am limitless. That I am the endless awareness, projecting my desired state onto the 3D, and that everything physical is entirely flexible and conforms to my will. Once you understand that as fact, you have what you need to build your own desired method of manifesting/shifting.
Some examples: You can create spell jars/sigils to make your desired states physically manifest. You can make offerings to deities or pray to them. You can visualize, you can robotically affirm, you can do any of those fancy meditation methods.
What do I do? I choose what I want for my physical reality to show me, and when I want it, and then I intend for it to show up at that moment. Why does it work? Because I acknowledge that I have all the necessary information in the 4D already, and that the 3D is an instant, flexible reflection. Once again, it has no choice but to follow my instructions. And thatâs it, itâs that simple.
Example: I would like to have 1000âŹ. I can either intend to receive 1000⏠in a week, or I can intend to awaken in a reality in which Iâve already received the money. Whatever works best.
The only thing youâd have to persist in is your foundation. Thereâs no need to spend any more time doing methods, affirming for something a dozen times, etc. you KNOW the physical reality is a reflection of yourself, you KNOW that time is a physical construct and therefore also entirely dependent on you, you KNOW that your physical reality aligns instantly, and you have the ability to choose a time buffer. You KNOW that you are truly infinite. So why make it more difficult? Just remember that, and choose which information youâd like to project!

Your beliefs, thoughts, reasonings, limitations arenât beliefs, thoughts, reasonings, limitations.
Theyâre empty and donât exist, stop choosing them. Remove the idea of them which is easy when you realise they never existed in the first place.
Youâre perfect just as you are now, perfect Divine Intelligence / God / Infinity.
As THAT you know everything is always perfect here and now.
There is nothing to worry about. Every apparent experience is you and you choose it in this present moment now.
Naturally, any thoughts of searching, obtaining, desiring or needing go *poof* because they never had any fundamental validity, Truth or meaning in the first place.
The only Truth / Power here is God and you are That.
