3 Ways To Manifest Effectively

3 Ways to Manifest Effectively

Manifestation methods are like “vegan spells” or “unsalted rituals” to traditional witches. They are not agents of the occult, but they still are vehicles for magic. So if your faith is strong, then as long as divine timing agrees, you can manifest with ease.

Eat Your Desire

Prepare your favorite food in the world. A bowl of nachos, a slice of roast beef, a pint of ice cream. Whatever it is you crave the most.

Then talk to it. Transform it into your desire.

“You are a first-class ticket to Paris. You are the view from the top of the Eiffel Tower. You are every ride in Disneyland. You are a cute French guy giving me a box of macarons and asking for my number.”

As you say every word, believe it.

Finally, dig in.

Let your desire enter your body. Feel it merge with your soul. Enjoy every single bite, as if you are experiencing not only the taste of the food itself, but the taste of your desire along with it.

Claim Your Dream

Scribble today’s date on your diary.

Then write your dream as if it has already come to pass.

“Dear Diary, I am tired, but happy. The first day at work is always exciting but draining. My colleagues are nice. The guy sitting in front of me is pretty hot. I hope he’s single. My boss said I’ll have to work overtime this weekend. That’s fine. The pay is huge anyway. I hope you too had a nice day.”

As you write every word, imagine that it truly happened.

And then send over that job application.

How can they not accept it when you have already lived it?

Flush Your Fears

Fill a goblet with something dark. Cranberry juice, chocolate milk, red wine. Whatever you can easily find.

Then hold it in your hands, and tell it what you are afraid of.

“I’m 25 and I literally have never been in a relationship. All my friends had their first at like 15. I am an entire decade behind! I want to believe that my soulmate is delayed because the Universe is still writing me an extremely beautiful love story. But let’s be honest. I’ll die a hermit is more like it.”

Truly feel your deepest fears as you speak them out loud.

Now that it is no longer your heart, but rather that goblet, which is holding all your fears, flush its contents down the toilet. Then break the goblet and throw it in the trash for good measure.

The worst possibility has been eliminated. The best is about to be activated.

Do you have any book recommendations to learn more about roman paganism and roman festivals? I'm interestes as a neo-pagan witch expanding and changing their craft. This is where my inspiration led me but I struggle to find sources.

Roman books and writings, mostly. That's the most authentic you can get with Roman polytheism & festivals. No one knows their own religion better than the people who practiced it but you have to vibecheck them for political agenda because a lot of these writers lived under tyrannical rule.

Cicero, Livy, Varro, Virgil (with caution), Ovid (double checking), Plautus, Horace, Tibullus, etc. I recommend looking through NovaRoma, Perseus.edu, or Penelope.edu for original Latin texts. Latin Library works too but it usually doesn't have translations.

Some books that aren't Ancient but have decent information:

A Dictionary of Greek and Roman biography and mythology

Roman religion in Livy

Malevolent Gods and Promethean Birds: Contesting Augury in Augustus's Rome

Omens and Augury in Plautus

A Dictionary of Greek and Roman Antiquities

The Roman Festivals of the Period of the Republic

A Companion to Families in the Greek and Roman Worlds

I have PDFs/links to all of these sources, so if you can't find something, just ask me.

Hope it helped!

Tips for my closeted witches <3

-Pick up gardening or cooking so you have an excuse to buy/grow herbs/plants

-Do your big spells at night, so no one will intrude & the power of the moon will be the highest than too

-For making moon water just stick a glass of water on your window sill for a couple hours, it doesn’t need to be overnight

-Use symbolism & substitution, such as symbols that represent any deities your work with (if you work with them) this way you can represent them subtly

-Wear a black shirt for protection (use color magic for clothes or make up)

-Make paper book covers to cover your witchcraft books, put them behind other books, or place them with your school work

-Take advantage of windy days and use wind to cleanse

-Practice candle magick

-Research energy work

-Practice ring magick

-Work with essential oils

-Use pdf books and change the name of the file

-Start a crystal collection because they’re pretty

-Start a candle collection because they smell nice

-When making sigils, write them in moon water or in invisible ink so your parents won’t see them

-Store pressed dried herbs in books

-If you play an instrument you can turn spells into songs or melodies

-Use regular cards instead of a tarot deck for cartomancy (in the link down below is our discord server where you will be able to find how to use and play cartomancy), you can also make your own tarot!

-Use showers to cleanse yourself with water and visualization

-Create a cleansing spray and disguise it as an air freshener

-Make a travel alter in an altoids can or make an altar on a board/baking tray and store it under your bed

-Turn your room into an altar, a plant could represent earth in the north corner, a fan or incense burner in the east for air, a dragons statue south for fire and a fountain for water in the west (you can choose what represents each element, this is an example)

-You can also make your altar in a shoebox

-make a digital altar (a dedicated tumblr blog, pinterest board, moodboard, a crafted temple in a building game, etc)

-dedicate meals to them before you eat it, art, music, writing, etc

-Say your grimoire/bos is a book of story ideas or info for a game of dnd

-make digital grimoires/bos in notion or google drive

-Art magick!!

-Sigils as fancy doodles or a language for a fantasy setting

-Trace sigils in your food, in the shower, while applying skin care, in your notebooks, digitally on pictures in your phone, draw a sigil on your nails before painting them with nail polish

-Drinking tea and you’re bad at drawing sigils at the bottom with honey? Don’t like the taste of honey but want to incorporate sigils on your tea) use washable markers on your mugs, you can also use color intent

-enchant your jewelry, masks, clothes, etc

-Pass your pendulum as jewelry

-Make your own incense with kitchen spices/herbs

-If you need to get rid of the smell of incense or perfume or burnt herbs, you can make a solution of 50% water and 50% white vinegar in a spray bottle, also keeping a wet wipe or mini towel next to you can absorb some of the odor

-Hide stuff in plain sight and say they’re decorations (crystals, shells, feathers, etc)

-Spend time on nature so you can connect to the Earth

-If you want to have chalices, you can try to find a cup that you can pass off as drinking cup you keep in your room, if this isn’t possible, than even something as small as a thimble can work

-containers you can use, little pots of lip balm when it runs out, container ||sharpeners||, the containers of camera fills, use old makeup containers, sweet containers, lead containers (pencils, compasses, etc.), medicine containers, etc

-take advantage of being home alone!!!!

-candle wax can be replaced with glue (if you want it with color respondence you can put colorant in it) or melted crayons

feeling unworthy

is a self-inflicting punishment ‎

Feeling Unworthy

unworthy — If a person or thing is unworthy of something good, they believe they do not deserve it.

many of us get in that position of finally wanting to do something better for ourselves and start to manifest what we truly want but that feeling of empowerment becomes overshadowed by the feeling of unworthiness.

feelings of unworthiness can linger from time to time and impact our lives, they trap and imprison us from fulfilling any sense of individuality.

why do we feel this way?

this certain feeling can stem from many things e.g past situations, i know i felt unworthy for a long time because my self-worth depended on others

many people feel unworthy because they compare themselves to others and their own personal achievements or they feel used to settling because it became uncomfortable for them to want the best for themselves.

with these situations we take them with us to later punish ourselves with. for example i might wear a crop top and get laughed at, with this experience i take it with me and decide to never wear a crop top again.

how to stop feeling this way?

IDENTIFYING WITH THE INNER MAN.

when we feel unworthy it’s because we identify and think from, feel from and assume from our limited selves.

when we identify with the inner man, the inner man that has no form. the inner man that has no shame, no guilt, no sense of unworthiness and gives itself everything it so desires we can easily express what we want without an unwanted feeling in its presence.

the inner man is completely free. you allow that inner man to explore. you allow yourself to experience what it feels like to not be chained down to past experiences & past feelings.

I am told, "God is in heaven and does whatever He pleases." God speaks and says, "If I were hungry I would not tell you, for the world is mine, and all that is in it."

Do not be afraid but IDENTIFY yourself FULLY with the INNER MAN. The immortal you. The one that can do ANYTHING it wants. The one who owns the world and all that is in it. I am serious when I say this, I am not using hyperbole. If you identify yourself with the inner man, you will be free. — EdwardArt.

how to identify with the ‘inner man?’

when i say inner man, i don’t mean to turn this into some quick technique in “hopes” of identifying with the inner man, don’t overcomplicate and rather just be.

ASK YOURSELF: how would i feel if i was finally free? idk how you would feel because i am not you. this is your own personal realised feeling.

what i like to do is visualise running into the ocean and jumping in. i feel the coldness of the water, i feel the cold winds brushing past me. to me this is freedom.

"Identify yourself with the one within and give yourself what you want with FEELING." — EdwardArt

and my personal note to you is, don’t hold back because you’re so used to familiar patterns. you deserve to go above and beyond and dive deeper into things you want. yes, even when youre scared, even when you feel unworthy.

you are not a feeling, you are not a state, you are simply your imagination occupying states that you can simply leave & enter again.

you as the inner man are invincible. free. the inner man doesn’t ask for permission, the inner doesn’t fret about ‘is it mine?’ ‘am i doing if right?’ ‘am i worthy of this’ it just DOES WHATEVER IT WANTS TO DO.

it reminds me of this quote

everything is easier once you stop forcing control but allow yourself to just BE. identifying with the inner man enables you to no longer worry because everything is being taken care of.

if this concept is new to you id recommend reading this post of edwardart and also taking your time. you don’t need to immediately get this and understand it perfectly, test it. find out how to make this process more natural for you.

after all, this is your own journey and you will get there.

What kind of things should i write down when i record my tarot pulls? like obviously the day and the cards, but are there other things i should write that might be useful?

Things To Record About A Tarot Reading

The date

The deck or decks you used

Why you're doing this reading

What you asked/thought before pulling cards

Cards you pulled

How you pulled them, was it purposeful or did the card fall out, ect

If the cards were upright or reversed

If you do a more complex spread, list the exact positions of the cards, draw a chart if necessary

If the cards have been pulled in other readings, if so list when & any thoughts you have on what that might mean

Patterns & little noteworthy things, were there cards of the same number or suit? Were two cards looking at each other? ect.

Overall meanings of the cards

Meanings, words or lines from a guide book that stuck out to you

What you specifically think they mean/intuitive feelings you got about what they mean for you

Just some ideas! All of this has gone into my notes before & I've found it very useful.
