How to Ask Tarot for a General Prediction

Sometimes you have no specific question at all. But you find yourself curious about life in the long haul.

Step 1: Sort your deck.

Separate the Major Arcana (22 cards); the court cards (16 cards); the Wands, the Cups, the Swords, and the Pentacles (10 cards each). You should have six piles.

Step 2: Ask about life.

Overhand shuffle the Major Arcana, while asking, “What can I expect from life?” If a single card jumps out and lands face side up, that is your answer. Otherwise, put any rogues back in the pile and take the card on top. Read it.

Examples:

Justice – Life will give you whatever you deserve.

Death – Life as you know it now will change completely.

The Sun – Life will make you very happy.

Step 3: Ask about help.

Overhand shuffle the court cards, while asking, “Who will help me?” If a single card jumps out and lands face side up, that is your answer. Otherwise, put any rogues back in the pile and take the card on top. Read it.

Examples:

King of Wands – A Leo. Someone brave and protective.

Queen of Wands – An Aries. Someone strong and powerful.

Page of Cups – A Water sign. Someone emotional and loving.

Step 4: Ask about passion.

Overhand shuffle the Wands, while asking, “Where will I find passion?” If a single card jumps out and lands face side up, that is your answer. Otherwise, put any rogues back in the pile and take the card on top. Read it.

Examples:

Ace of Wands – In something you have not tried before.

Five of Wands – In sports or competition.

Eight of Wands – In communication or travel.

Step 5: Ask about love.

Overhand shuffle the Cups, while asking, “Will love find me?” If a single card jumps out and lands face side up, that is your answer. Otherwise, put any rogues back in the pile and take the card on top. Read it.

Examples:

Ace of Cups – Yes, a new love will find you.

Five of Cups – Yes, but it will not stay.

Ten of Cups – Yes, and it will last forever.

Step 6: Ask about demons.

Overhand shuffle the Swords, while asking, “Will I defeat my demons?” If a single card jumps out and lands face side up, that is your answer. Otherwise, put any rogues back in the pile and take the card on top. Read it.

Examples:

Ace of Swords – Yes, you will slay them.

Three of Swords – They will always stay with you.

Ten of Swords – Never.

Step 7: Ask about wealth.

Overhand shuffle the Pentacles, while asking, “Will I know wealth?” If a single card jumps out and lands face side up, that is your answer. Otherwise, put any rogues back in the pile and take the card on top. Read it.

Examples:

Ace of Pentacles – Yes, like never before.

Five of Pentacles – You will know poverty.

Ten of Pentacles – Definitely.

Step 8: Ask about time.

Put the whole deck together again. Overhand shuffle all 78 cards, while asking, “When will any of this begin?”

If two cards jump out and land face side up, they are your answer. Otherwise, put any rogues back in the pile and take the card on top and the one at the bottom. Those are the two possibilities. For meanings, refer to this.

You do not need to, nor should you ever manifest someone even if they are your twin flame. If they are meant to be yours they will be, if not, then not. It creates a toxic relationship. It takes away their free will. By the laws of the universe it is unethical, and will create negative karma.

TAROT TRICKS: How to Avoid Blanking When Reading

To truly master tarot, you have to put in the time to learn the cards’ traditional and evolved meanings. You cannot rely on your intuition alone. That would be cheating. But, when you are a total beginner, your intuition could somehow be your tutor.

1) Use common sense.

Read the room, so to speak. Observe the mood of the card or the spread. Look at the facial expressions. The colors. The setting. The atmosphere.

This way, if the question is, “Does he love me?” and you get the Nine of Swords, you do not have to remember that card’s meanings.

You only have to look at the card and see that the figure in it is stressed, not happy. The color of it is black – a shade of negativity. The background has a bunch of swords hanging on someone’s head, like a threat.

Does this card look like someone who is in love? Not at all. You have your answer.

2) Refer to the name.

The Major Arcana is a cheat sheet in itself. The cards’ names contain their meanings.

What is a magician? Someone who can do magic. Therefore, in most cases, The Magician means having magic in your life, such as a wish come true or a last-minute miracle. Anything wonderful.

Who is the devil? Someone bad and evil. Therefore, The Devil is usually someone who has sinister plans. You are being warned against a toxic person, a dangerous situation, or self-sabotage.

When it comes to the Minor Arcana, all you have to do is remember what each suit means. Wands are passion. Cups are emotions. Swords are thoughts. Pentacles are foundations. When looking at a card, replace the suit names with the above. Suddenly, the Ten of Pentacles becomes the Ten of Foundations. That is, someone incredibly stable.

3) Form a sentence.

Remember this basic sentence structure: Subject-verb-object. Jason drank juice. Andy bought books. Stefan punishes bullies. Read spreads as such. Below is a nine-card spread read from top to bottom.

Queen of Pentacles + The Star + Two of Cups. “A woman (subject) wishes (verb) for love (object).”

The Empress + Six of Cups + The Lovers. “She (subject) will receive (verb) it (object).”

Knight of Wands + Six of Pentacles + Ace of Cups. “A Fire sign (subject) will give (verb) it (object).”

This way, you do not need to spend ages on interpreting one card. Instead, you are allowing them to interact and give you one coherent message.

4) Turn to basic math.

If you do not know anything yet about tarot numerology, remember your lessons in kindergarten. The bigger the number, the better. Would you rather have five chocolate bars or ten?

It is the same with tarot. Bigger often means better. The Nine of Cups is the card of satisfaction. But satisfaction fades. The Ten of Cups is the card of fulfilment. Something full takes longer to be drained.

When it comes to negative cards, the same is still true, except “better” becomes “worse”. The Nine of Swords is ridden with anxiety. But the Ten of Swords is reeking of death. Anxiety can get better, but death is final.

This even applies to the Major Arcana. But for that to make sense, you will need a deeper understanding of The Fool’s Journey – how the cards, even the negative ones, progress in wisdom and maturity.

5) Zero in on a detail.

When you are feeling overwhelmed by the amount of cards and their meanings, focus on just one detail to get rid of your confusion.

If the question is, “How will my finances be for 2022?” and you pull the Queen of Wands, focus on the throne, for example.

Do poor people sit on thrones? No. Only royals do. Royals are rich. They own jewels, land and castles. Therefore, the querent’s finances in 2022 are looking positive.

Direct your thoughts towards one object within a card, and start speaking about what that object generally represents. Simply voice out your thoughts, and you will arrive at the message.

“I Sense Spirits”

You can meditate with this sigil over your third eye energy point or the energy point at the top of your head to develop the ability to sense spirits with time.

Or for a more immediate use, draw this (or draw it on a sticker or bandaid) on the back of your neck.

**So a long time ago I got a request for a sigil to help sense spirits, then months later I got a similar requests and forgot about already making one for the first one. So I now have 2 that I equally enjoy the designs of, so just pick whichever vibes with you the most.

Soulmate/twinflame connections in dreams

This isn't kpop related but I feel a pull to post this by my guides.

This is a list I put together of signs you met one of your soulmate/twinflame in your dreams. I've collected this information by hearing and experiencing these connections myself.

Not everything on this list will be the same for everyone.

Everyone's experiences are different so take this information with a pinch of salt please

Deja Vu

A sense of familiarity

A deep knowing (you feel assured on a soul level)

Or you just know its your soulmate straight up

You dream about them constantly

With my experience, I dreampt of them every night for about a week or so.

BE ABSOLUTELY CAREFUL WITH THIS ONE

For example some may have dreams about their favorite artist/idol and think it means that their soulmates.

Projecting your feelings is very different than a real dream connection. BE CAREFUL

When I first drempt of my soulmate I did not have any connection towards them.

No feelings or ideas about them until later on. (Does this make any sense?)

You Astral project to each other.

For me I could feel, smell, and hear things I couldn't do in my regular dreams

When you Astral project you can sometimes feel very tired when you wake up

Most people can not see the face of their soulmate while dreaming

Very very very few do (if you do your so luckyy)

The dream feels realistic

Not a crazy dream with many things going on

Other things that happen but not when dreaming

You go into a transformational phase

Most of the time it is dealing with your shadow self

The connection can be painful

You both are going through an awakening which is a major deal that's why it can be painful.

THESE CONNECTIONS ARE NOT ALL ROSES

I've gone through the most painful feelings when it comes to my connection

I've spent many nights crying

All I'm trying to say is everything isn't going to be wonderful and how you expect it to go

Some can contact telepathically

It's hard to tell with this becuase its a soft voice in your head you can mistake as thoughts.

But the voice(soulmate/twinflame) shows up out of nowhere

Telepathic connection is hard to fully understand

Like with many spiritual things you just know and can't explain it fully.

This one is also very important to make sure your not projecting your feelings

You can feel their presents around you sometimes

If they are thinking of you, you can feel their presence and/or if they Astral project to you too

Your connection will only happen when both of you are ready

The universe will not give you things you are not ready for

Self love

You need to know your self to a certain degree to be able to maybe have this connection

The universe will only aline you with things of your same vibration.

As I stated previously, it will not provide you information or gifts you are not ready for

I had to work on myself and self love for a long time before my connection

Maturity is a major sign too

You have to be mature enough to know the difference between real and fake.

Creating a story and using it for the benefit for yourself is not mature

This is a serious gift to be able to experience this connection

By projecting what you want, can mess up the real connection for others

So please do not take these things lightly like it is a fun mind game to play.

I don't want seem or sound scary but these connections are divinely gifted for us, so please respect others connections :)

another note to the twin flames and starseeds

When you want something, and you know it's right for you, then you know it will come to you. The only thing that can "block" it or slow it down are your subconscious limitations, which are now melting away with all this beautiful and difficult spiritual work we've been doing. When something is "blocked" or unfolding slowly, it doesn't mean anything is going wrong. This is the work.

Your success and happiness is inevitable. And it's important. Your happiness raises the vibration of the whole planet.

Going back to that feeling of want: Let each feeling of want that arises be immediately followed by a delicious sense of inevitability and gratitude. Wanting something is the contrast or vacuum that pulls new things to you. And keep working on unlocking your subconscious minimum allowances.
