I think all of us heard many times about new and full moons each month. We are always given a theme of what they will bring in our life and that they are very important as to how our day that evolve.

Full and new moons always affect the relevant signs they are formed in more than the others moon signs. For example if we have a new moon in leo, this moon phase will affect leo and aqua moons the most, and then all the other signs.

I. New moon: πŸŒ‘

Keywords: new beginnings, a new fresh start, clear slates, new goals and wishes

During the new moon, make sure to make a plan of what you want to achieve and do this current month. Its the best timing to throw all unwanted thoughts and negative emotions or people that bring you down. Its the beginning of a new lunar circle and the end of an old lunar circle, so lets not forget to learn the lessons of the previous circle even if there were hardships and let downs. You need a mental rebirth and not to erase all the experiences you have gone through. Regain all your strength and clear up that head of yours for whats to come. New moon wants to prove you that despite your wrongdoings in the past, you can start again stronger than ever.

Astrology explanation: The current transit sun is in conjunct with the current moon, showing us that our ego and spirit is in the best time to align with our inner emotions and heart. However, remember to praise yourself no matter the amount of things you did since the new moon. It is indeed a self reflection day but no need to judge or step on yourself.

If you feel emotions of dissatisfaction, disappointment or pitifullness, then you have been slacking off and have reached a point you are feeling lost. If you feel satisfied with how things are going, then you surely do something the right way. If you feel more in a bad mood or in the void, then sth is going slightly wrong with the way you handle or work towards your goals. You may also feel things are getting more intense since the full moon is right after this moon phase. Thats why the need to do things right is very strong at the back of your head.

During the full moon, there is a very high tension in energies. You will be in some sort of conflict, trying to understand if you should side with what your mind or heart says. As a result you may struggle to come in terms with how you feel, either if its good or bad. Full moon is a day (okay night but whatever) where you will be more critical of yourself. The effort and hard work you put these two last weeks will be revealed. We are at thw climax of this Lunar circle so if you worked hard, you will be rewarded. If you didnt work hard and decided to push aside this lunar circle, you may be much more sensitive and judgemental than usual.

Astrology explanation: The current transit sun is in opposition with the surrent moon so we know everything will be so hypersensitive. There is a split between your spirit and your feelings. Try to keep them together even though i know its so hard to do so. Dont let the full moon doubt all your skills. You may take things much more at heart than other times. Be careful also not to be critical with others cause other people will also be more sensitive this moon phase and your words could hurt them.

During the waning gibbous moon, if you feel like you have been rewarded for what you have done these weeks that passed, you will get the responsibility to pass down this enthousiasm you feel to others. Make sure not to over do it because this is a period you should calculate and tale notes in what you have done. For my babies that feel down or empty after ths full moon, take this opportunity to evaluate what has happened and what was the reason it went wrong. Meditate and try to tame down the disappointment. Realise that its never too late to start all over again even from this point. The disappointment you feel right now is because you expected more from yourself and knew you could have achieved those goals. SO DONT GIVE UP! Set new and easier goals; goals that you will surely do so the confidence and belief in yourself will appear again. You just need a small push to stand up right now. Surround yourself with the right people but make sure to focus on yourself.

Astrology explanation: the current transit sun is in sesquiquadrate with the current moon so that means that this is a period you should focus on you and only you. Sesquiquadrate focus on the change a person goes through after a disappointment or a failure so right now, may be a period like that for some of you that you have "failed". Some of you may hold some anger, grudges or regrets. This is the perfect timing to let go of this type of emotions. Forgiveness is the key. To my babies that felt satisfied with this full moon, remember how and why you accomplished what you just did. It wasnt an easy period for you as well. Let yourself relax and release all stress and anxiety you felt in this Lunar circle. You deserve it most than anyone.

Many things come in question but the point is to learn to overcome every hardship and pain we have experienced. Let yourself regain all the energy that you have wasted. Dont beat yourself up cause we really cant give our best all the time. Learn from your mistakes,pick yourself up proudly and get ready to set new goals you truly want to achieve in the next Lunar circle. If you are from the ones that feel they achieved most of the goals they set this month, CONGRATULATIONS BABY. Make sure to also regain your energy cause a new circle is coming and you will need it. You can give yourself a break but if you want to set new goals, meditate right now and then give it your all just like you did this Lunar circle.

Astrology explanation: The current transit sun is in semi square with the current moon which means that you should prepare yourself what is about to come. Semi square, square and sesquiquadrate have a very similar energy as i have mentioned in another post of mine, so coming to a close, semi square wants to reassure that things are coming to an end with the wounds getting healed and ready for the next Lunar circle.

I don't see a bunch of writing about angel work in general, and what I do find is often heavily Christianized! I wanted to talk about what angel work can look like from a Jewish perspective.

(Gentiles may interact and enjoy, but understand that this is for educational purposes and not an invitation to appropriate! 🀍)

A Jewish-Specific Perspective

Judaism views angels in ways other traditions may not share! Some examples:

Angels aren't former humans. They are their own distinct beings just like demons, cows, land spirits and butterflies. People who pass away, even children, are not considered "angels returning home." These angels have specific forms and looks depending on the type, some more humanoid than others.

Angels don't have free will. This does not mean they are held hostage or can't have their own personalities, but their will is an extension of HaShem's Will, serving a specific role in making that Will manifest. Kind of like employees in a corporation doing their tasks!

They don't have names. Or at least, they don't have names we're supposed to know or ask for. They may be incomprehensible to humans, or maintaining a level of anonymity as to not distract from HaShem. Either way, asking for a name is often discouraged in traditional texts.

They AREN'T all here to help you. While it all serves a Divine Will and is therefore Good in the grand scheme of things, many angels serve completely neutral functions from a human perspective. Some could even be considered harmful to humans, the most prominent example being HaSatan. (Even still, HaSatan isn't seen as a true villain. He's just doing his job.)

Some of them are ONLY here to help you! Historical Rabbis were big on the concept of guardian angels. The Talmud says "Every blade of grass has its Angel that bends over it and whispers, 'Grow, grow.'" (Midrash Rabba, Bereshit 10:6.) Every living creature, including you, has a guardian angel to help you along your path. Some translations say the angels hit the grass, and that's not the only story of angels smacking things, so that guidance isn't always gentle, but it's always in the right direction.

Types of Angel Work

Spirit guides. Like mentioned above, guardian angels can help encourage you to "Grow! Grow!" and keep you on a path in line with spiritual health and lovingkindness.

Communing with HaShem. Gd is extremely esoteric. Angels help us send and recieve messages in an easier-to-conceptualize way! Meditation and prayer can also play into this. Beyond every-day applications, angels can also appear unexpectedly with important messages.

Communicating with other spirits. As angels are often messengers, I also think it's helpful to call upon their aid when working with other spirits!

Working with angels of various functions. Modern day Rabbis often marry angelic theology with scientific phenomena, with angels overseeing the process. By that extent, we could ask those angels for help/guidance when relevant!

Protection. Psalm 91, often recited for protection, depicts HaShem commanding angels on your behalf to guard you in all ways. One bedtime prayer names the four archangels to surround us.

Shalom Aleichem is traditionally sung on Friday nights before Shabbat dinner. It invites angels of peace to basically come and hang out with us during shabbat, then to leave in peace once shabbat is over. Many arrangements also make a good lullaby.

Other Notes

Metatron (ΧžΦΆΧ˜ΦΈΧ˜Φ°Χ¨Χ•ΦΉΧŸ) is a specifically-Jewish angel who gets appropriated a lot in spiritual circles. He does not appear in the Tanakh, but is mentioned in the Talmud and largely fleshed out in kabbalistic literature! (Islamic literature does mention him by different name, Ω…ΩŠΨ·Ψ·Ψ±ΩˆΩ†, Mitatrun/Mitatrush. Solidarity.)Lots of people recognize Lilith as closed, but the same attention hasn't been given to Metatron. He's a very complex and ambiguous figure worth a whole post of his own so I won't get into it here!

This post is by no means comprehensive! This is just a very "quick" overview of a very rich field of study.

Hey guys! So I've rewritten this post about 5 times but I think it's now exactly how I want it to be. Keep in mind that this post is about my personal journey with doubts and how I overcame this hurdle and my opinions on how to overcome it yourself. Take what resonates with you and I hope this helps you πŸ’— I also apologize about how long it is, I really tried to make it shorter πŸ₯Ί

The purpose of this post is make you stop doubting the void. It's going to be split into 4 parts:

1. My Own Personal Journey and How I Dealt with Doubts (This section is to share my journey since a lot of people found comfort in knowing that I also struggled with doubts and was still able to enter the void and also show how I personally overcame it)

My Journey

I think the best place to start this post is with my own journey just so you guys know that this post isn't just me preaching randomly, but what I've learned from my own experiences.

I learned about the void state when it first started to gain popularity through Angel's (@divineangelbee) blog. Prior to this, I was in the subliminal community and had spent a few days scrolling through r/nevillegoddard and loatumblr. When I came across Angel's post about the void, I was so intrigued and excited. I think we all know the appeal of the void state. This state that you can easily enter and have any desire of yours instantly granted. I was stuck in really hard life situations before and this just seemed like a dream come true. I wanted to learn more.

Other blogs began to pop up talking about the void and I also did my own research. I found out that the void state was documented even before Neville, was present in multiple religions, was a common experience amongst the meditation community, etc. I began to grow more and more excited. It was real!

I began documenting my journey on tumblr on a previous blog and attempting the void myself, although it wasn't as easy as all the blogs said it would be. However, I didn't lose hope and was willing to fail a few times if that meant I was going to get all my desires. I also really liked to read success stories because I felt like they motivated me. However, I started noticing some things about a few success stories. People saying they manifested a gazillion dollars or saying they're dating a celebrity sp when their sp would confirm that theh were in a relationship with someone else (granted they could have been cheated on but how would that happen if you went into the void and manifested your desired relationship with someone?). I wouldn't call these success stories out but it began to sow doubt in my mind. However, I found comfort in Angel's blog. I was one of her anons and she would always reply to me on any questions I had and would always make the void seem so real, so easy, and so attainable.Β 

Then, Angel was exposed and my doubts went wild. Not only was Angel my favorite blogger but she was the one who introduced the void state to everyone. If she was lying the entire time, who's to say the void state is even real? What if it's all some big lie made my narcissistic, attention seekers on tumblr.

I entered a period of time where I was just very stagnant. I didn't really believe the void anymore, I deleted my own tumblr blog documenting my journey and just scrolled through tumblr aimlessly.Tumblr, especially void tumblr, turned pretty hostile and I remember success stories were being called out, void bloggers were being exposed left and right, and it just became this very negative, very angry place. And all this just made me doubt the void even more.Β 

But like Uzi said, "You'll get over it." And I did. But it didn't happen naturally, I had to really stop and take a look at myself.

What happened? What REALLY happened? I ultimately came to the realization that all this wasn't even about the void, but Angel's betrayal. I am really embarrassed about this now but back then, I was so obsessed with Angel. Like I wanted to be her so bad, I wanted to enter the void as easily as she could and I loved to keep up with her and send her asks and be her anon. Like I had notifications on for her and would genuinely get so excited whenever she posted, I cringe at the thought of it now.

Not only did I have this parasocial relationship going on, but I also had this association of Angel and the void. For those of you who don't know, Angel would always going around calling herself the it girl of loa tumblr and talk about how she introduced the void and I ate all of that up and in my head, I genuinely had this mental association of Angel to the void.

So when one was exposed, I just believed the other was fake as well. But that's not really the case, is it?

I realized tumblr was doing more harm than good and I deleted it. I'm not going to lie and act like I deleted it and just moved on. I had relapses and i would get so frustrated as to why I was so addicted to tumblr and I had to constantly self reflect. I watched a few videos on YouTube on being addicted to social media and I think that's what eventually helped me delete it and keep it deleted. After deleting tumblr for good, I went back to my initial research that I did when I first found out about the void. I reread everything. I did even more research. I began finding people talking about the void in various fields during various time periods. I was slowly rebuilding my understanding of the void as well as my trust.

I also indulged in a lot of things I didn't before. I remember listening to a lot of subliminals for the void state, limiting beliefs, and self love. [I know people will ask me which ones and I didn't have any playlists or anything but there were a few I really liked and felt like they made a difference so here they are: 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8]. I loved (and still do) watching self care/mindfulness content like how to overcome doubts and become your dream girl and stuff like that.

During this time, I came to terms with something else. Taking accountability and blaming myself. Up until this point, if you had asked me why I began doubting the void, I would have blamed tumblr or the lying bloggers who were exposed. But honestly, that's not the case. It was my fault. The truth is, we all know that some bloggers are lying. Whether they're doing so to live in the end or just to get attention, it's something that happens. I know I got hated on for saying this before but I've literally gotten asks where people told me they got scammed by multiple bloggers who claimed they would enter the void for them and we've seen multiple bloggers get exposed so I think it's time we accept that this is just something that is going to happen in this community.

But other people lying should have NEVER affected me the way that it did. One tumblr blogger should have NEVER completely shaken up my faith in something as proven as the void as it did for me. And I couldn't just sit and blame others, I had to take accountability. I had Void Tumblr and Angel especially on such a high pedestal when it should have never been like that and that's why one blogger lying was able to have such a massive impact on me to the point where I was genuinely depressed.

I couldn't continue blame lying bloggers because that puts my faith in the void in the hands of external factors that I have no control over so I had to take accountability and blame myself for putting tumblr and Angel on such a high pedestal and just attaching my entire faith to tumblr and being so parasocial and obsessed with "the community" and Angel.

Also, I touched on this before but I definitely had a mental association in my head that:

The Void -> Tumblr/Angel

Deleting tumblr and indulging in my research helped to breakdown that association but in order to make sure this never happened again, I had to completely reframe how I viewed tumblr.

Honestly, void tumblr is such a good resource when used correctly. There are so many amazing bloggers who put a lot of effort into helping others and share really good techniques and advice and I wanted to capitalize on that but to effectively do so, I had to really accept that some of these bloggers might be lying so to not depend on any success story for my belief.

Also, I promised myself to not engage in anymore loser activity. What is loser activity? (1) Being a parasocial fan and tying my entire faith in the void to a freaking social media app and a random blogger who I didn't even know as well as (2) hating on lying bloggers. Yep, both of these are loser activities. The first one is self explanatory but for the second one, the only reason I was hating on lying bloggers is because I was more obsessed with drama than me entering the void and was putting my entire faith into tumblr which is something I should have never done. Energy flows where attentions goes. Was I scrolling Void Tumblr for motivation or to learn tips and techniques to enter the void or to engage in drama? I wanted to enter the void and engaging in drama only increased my doubts so I had to cut that all off once and for all and I've stuck to that since.

I did end up downloading tumblr again after a while but this time, the way I viewed tumblr was completely different. By building up my faith in the void through research and by removing void tumblr off the pedestal I previously had it on as well as reframing how I was going to utilize it, I was able to use tumblr in a more effective manner as well as overcome my doubts and eventually enter the void.

Identifying Triggers

So you might have been reading my personal journey and been like "why is this girl talking so much about tumblr?" Well, the reason is because tumblr was my trigger.

I remember watching this YouTube video that basically explained how almost everything that we do is a habit and our brain basically creates these habits to optimize our daily lives, including negative thought patterns. And our habits are triggered by something aka a trigger and then our brain basically creates a habit feedback loop, meaning whenever you come across that trigger, that habit will follow and if your habit is a negative thought pattern, you will spiral.

For me, the habit was a negative thought patterns of doubting the void and the trigger was tumblr and I would just spiral like crazy, doubting the void. I go really in depth to how I combatted my trigger above but I believe that everyone is different and I highly encourage you to sit down and really examine and understand yourself, identify your own trigger(s), and create a personalized plan for yourself because the thing is I can present all the evidence that the void is real to you but if you come across your trigger, you're just going to start doubting it again and it'll just be an endless loop until you actively combat it.

The best way to combat a trigger is to avoid it altogether, such as deleting tumblr in my case. However, sometimes people have triggers that aren't easily avoidable so it's really different for everyone and it's really up to you to plan it our for yourself because breaking habits is incredibly difficult so not only are you going to have to create a plan but the hardest part will be actually sticking to it but only by doing so will you be able to stop spiraling into doubt.

This section compiles a lot of the research I did [that I could still remember] that helped me overcome my doubts in the void, with some contributions from my lovely anons. I especially recommend the first 2 but keep going through all of them until you totally believe that the void state is real!

This ^ should be enough but if you're still curious, I would highly recommend browsing reddit and amino for void state success stories. You'll find a lot in shifting and ap (astral projection) communities as well as meditation communities! Browsing meditation communities is pretty beneficial as they don't really put pressure on themselves to enter the void so they end up entering it pretty easily and they have such good advice and shifting communities tend to have a lot of good motivation.

The Real Truth about Doubting the Void

To summarize, my opinion on how you overcome doubts in your void state journey is by removing/combatting triggers that are causing you to spiral and doing your own research and learning about the void so that you can understand that it's a very real thing, not just something that exists on tumblr or in the loa community.

But I want to let you in on a little secret. The truth is I doubted the void up until I actually entered it and manifested everything. Not the void state itself. After all that research, I knew the void state was real but in the very back of my mind I was like "but will it guarantee all my desires?" But honestly, the truth is no amount of success stories or proof will convince you fully other than you actually entering in yourself and manifesting whatever you want. So don't be so obsessed with doubting holding you back. Focus on entering the void and once you enter, you'll find out for yourself if it's real or not. I love and believe in you and I know you got this πŸ’—

UA here, I’m not very sure. I’ve always been able to just tap in and out of the astral realms. My mother says it’s because I’m made of the stars so it’s easy to leave this fleshy meat suit and crawl into the heavens/astral realms. I just kinda, sit/lay down, tell myself I’m ready to fly and I do. It can be a bit scary and I deffo don’t recommend others to do so with out first learning how to protect their energies and how to properly come in and out of AP, but it is fun to do. I actually-πŸ›πŸ¦‹
