Villains: Prankster (Jonathan Lincoln)
Jonathan was born into a wealthy family that owned a very successful toy company. Despite his parents loving children, they were rarely ever around to give their son any attention. Starved for attention, Jonathan started to pull large scale pranks at his school. He didn’t do stupid whoopee cushions, though. He instead took all of the books in the library and hung them from the ceiling, and put dissected frogs into the gelatin salad at the parent-teacher banquet. During his time as the school clown, Jonathan slowly began to grow mentally unstable, as he constantly tried to get bigger and better with his “performance art”. When the day came for the school’s science fair, Jonathan snuck into the school the night before and tampered with the student’s inventions. Everything went according to plan, until it came to the unlimited energy device created by the school’s prodigy student. He didn’t completely understand what he was tampering with, and he accidentally caused it to explode when it was being demonstrated, killing 20 people and setting fire to the auditorium. He was then sent to a mental institution and was promptly disowned by his parents. While in the institution, Jonathan fell into a catatonic state because he was so bored. During a blackout two years later, Jonathan broke out of the asylum thanks to the power outage, and the first thing he did was return home and burn his family’s house down while leaving his parents tied up in the basement. He then went to their toy factory and stole a massive amount of their toys, reverse-engineering them into deadly weapons. Having been inspired by seeing superheroes and supervillains in the outside world, he decided to become a member of this new wave of villains. Directly after the blackout crisis was solved, Prankster made himself known to the citizens of Harking City by embarking on a spree of comedic crime. He robbed a bank and replaced all of the money with Monopoly money, hurled a 50 ft gumball at a candy factory, and switched around all of the street signs. Having shown off his cunning nature, he was approached by Illusionist and asked to join his supervillain team W.A.R, which he gladly accepted.
Carmilla Carmine Tribute (Power & Control)
This is a song I found that I think fits Carmilla Carmine, the Swan Demoness, from Hazbin Hotel perfectly. Give it a listen!
For about 300 years, the Murakami Family was a part of Japanese royalty, with many of their descendants being raised to be kings, lords, and queens. Himiko was raised to be one of these nobles, and was given everything she ever asked for on a silver platter. When she turned 15, her narcissistic, abusive and self-righteous father decided he wanted to humble his family by living amongst the commoners, much to the dismay of everyone else. Given that Japan had been ruled by the rich 1% from the comfort of the flying city of New Tokyo and the poor had been left to decay in squalid conditions, the commoners saw an opportunity to release their rage on one of the former nobles. The family was constantly harassed by everyone, when all they wanted was to live a peaceful life. Eventually, Himiko’s mother succumbed to illness and died within a month, and she would’ve survived if they’d been living in their palace with the finest doctors. Then one fateful day, the commoners laid siege to their home, strung Himiko, her father, and her sister to the wall, and burned down their house. On that day, something inside of Himiko snapped, and she swore that no matter what, she’d get back at everyone, and burn down everything and everyone they love. She then killed her father, changed her identity, and joined a powerful Yakuza mob, gradually working her way up the ranks until she was the right hand assistant of the leader. She then poisoned and killed him by sprinkling a poisonous lotus flower in his food. Overtaking the crime family, she turned their headquarters into an underground network of assassins called "The Lotus Network", taking the name Lady Lotus. In a year, she was able to take over the entire criminal underworld of Japan, making herself one of the most powerful people in the country. Having established true order in her country, Himiko became a better leader than most of the politicians running Japan, so much so that she became a member of Japanese high society, though she had no desire to join New Tokyo's society, seeing it for the shallow garden of narcissism and apathy it truly is. She ran Japan better than anyone else, as she actually gave a shit about the people living under her. When she took control, she made the economy stable, provided free health care, and made sure everyone in Japan was happy and content. Unfortunately, she made things better through a lot of shed blood. Deciding that Earth would be a better place with her as its benevolent queen, Lady Lotus set her sights on the entire world. No matter the cost, she'll make the world a better place.
Villains: Eternity (Ramsey Rossmo)
In an attempt to travel back in time to visit his dead wife, Dr. Ramsey Rossmo uses an experimental time machine to relive his happy years with her. Unfortunately, he winds up finding out that him traveling back in time is the reason why his wife died. While trying to adjust history to fix his mistake, his machine malfunctions and sends him back to the beginning of the universe, wherein he was frozen in stasis, just watching time pass him by. He couldn’t go forward to when he was born, nor back before he got caught in stasis. All he could do was watch time pass him by. He saw the birth of the first organism, the first fish to crawl onto dry land, the first homosapien walk on two legs, the first decipherable language spoken, the first war, the first civilization, and everything that led up to where everyone was in the future. During his time in stasis, he realized that there was no god, and he came to the conclusion that every religious war was completely pointless. He finally fell out of stasis when he caught up to his time period, that being 2179. After coming out of stasis, he claimed to be a time god, and that he was here to prove that all of our petty squabbling over religious beliefs were all for nothing. He then gained a massive amount of followers, and they proceeded to lay siege to all of Harking City’s religious institutes, burning down every church and religious gathering. After they massacred an entire hate church full of Neo-Nazis, his “Religion of Eternity” gained a massive cult following. They even beheaded the Archdeacon of the Christian Church, and hung all of the priests from the roof. They were eventually stopped by Bonfire, who was an Atheist, too.

Villains: WiFi (Varian Montoya)
Varian Montoya was a child prodigy who grew up in poverty in the Dominican Republic. He had a passion for computers, and was extremely gifted at hacking. He also had an amazing understanding of human behavior, knowing that information is the true power in this world. He used this to get him and his family out of poverty and into the upper crest of society. It wasn’t merely a passion he had for hacking. It was an addiction. He was so good, he hacked everything from politicians, to corporations, and even governments, moving from country to country, and changing his identity along the way. He felt as though he were invincible, that no one could stop him. Until the fateful day when someone noticed him: The Illusionist. He visited him in his penthouse, and persuaded him into working for him, promising him the world, and access to all of the information he needs, but he would need some changes to adapt to the road ahead. When your hardware is obsolete, it’s time to upgrade. By the time all of the surgery, injections, and amputation of limbs was done, Varian was gone, and Wifi was born. Now the internet is his home, and he’ll find out who really runs the world, their weaknesses, and how to exploit them, and when he does, he’ll be the one pulling the strings. After all, in a land of locked doors, the one with the key is king, and honey you should see him in a crown.
