Arkham Asylum: Kingdom Of Madness - Mad Hatter
After the inmates are freed from their cells and start a riot in Arkham Asylum, Batman has to journey in and resolve the chaos. To take back the asylum and save the guards and doctors taken hostage, Batman has to fight off a lot of his villains. He has to fight Poison Ivy in the Greenhouse, Scarecrow in the Medical Wing, Mad hatter in the Cafeteria, Two-Face in the Security Wing, and The Joker in the Movie Theater, where Joker dresses in drag and sings "I'm A Sweet Transvestite" from Rocky Horror Picture Show. However, it's revealed that the person who set the inmates free is none other than the head doctor, Hugo Strange. Hugo is revealed to be a complete nut case who's obsessed with Batman, and his plan was to see how he's able to defeat his rogues gallery. Revealing he's figured out who Batman is, his ultimate goal is to replace Batman, planning on trapping him inside Arkham Asylum. He'd then taking up the mantle of Batman, thinking that he'd be a better Batman than Bruce ever was. In this story, Mad Hatter overtakes the cafeteria by broadcasting his mind control frequency over the intercoms. He now has a decent sized army composed of both inmates and guards, with Batman being forced to fight all of them. When he finally confronts Hatter, Hatter has set up a tea party in the cafeteria, and proceeds to drug his two henchmen, Tweedledee and Tweedledum, with Bane's venom.

Heroes: Joker (Anthony Lincoln)
Anthony is the younger brother of Jonathan Lincoln, a.k.a. The Prankster. Whereas his brother is a sadistic troll who gets joy from humiliating people, Anthony is a crazy Butt-Monkey, someone who makes himself the butt of the joke. Either way, they’re both comedians who seek to feed themselves on the spice of life; humor. Anthony is more book smart than his brother, as well as a lot more mentally put together, though not by much. The day Jonathan caused an explosion at the school’s Science Fair, Anthony was one of the students who survived the explosion, unfortunately at the expense of his left arm. While his brother was in the Belbridge Mental Institution, Anthony was dealing with PTSD, physical therapy, as well as survivor’s guilt, since he blamed himself for not confronting his brother about his psychotic behavior before it was too late. He was later enrolled into an upstate college, where he took up residence on the campus, and became an alcoholic to cope with his trauma. After his brother broke out of the asylum, killed their parents, and went on his reign of comical terror, Anthony felt it was his responsibility to protect everyone from his psychotic brother, as well as prevent his brother from destroying himself. He began to train himself in combat, engineering, and overcoming his trauma, rather than suppressing it. He later made himself known to Harking City by showing up to save Bonfire, Ryuko, P1X1, and Black Streak from Prankster’s latest death trap, and was granted membership into P.E.A.C.E., as well as becoming the team’s therapist.

The worst criminal of them all is The Laughing Man, a flamboyant psychopath who loves violence & art. He also leads the most violent gang in Gotham. He now has a new trajectory: find a way to spend time with this weirdo.
The Valeska Brothers: Two Halves of One Joker Jerome is the maniacal and murderous maniac. Jeremiah is the flamboyant and stylish criminal mastermind.

Harleen - Cast
Harleen Quinzel is an ambitious psychologist who's had a rather checkered past, due to her sleeping with one of her college professors. During her research of sociopaths, she develops a theory that could potentially be the key to understanding and curing people who're potential sociopaths in the making. Seeing potential in her research, Wayne Enterprises decides to fund her research, and grants her the ability to continue her research at Arkham Asylum, home to Gotham's most insane and mentally complex villains. During her time at Arkham, she's continually having nightmares about the Joker, due to her having previously met him during one of his fights with Batman. However, she simply can't stay away from him, and the two begin to fall in love. But which way is the love flowing?
