Monthly reminder that Trump's presidency is unconstitutional according to section 3 of the 14th amendment. This means that you don't have to acknowledge his (nonexistent) authority, and elected officials who took an oath to uphold the Constitution have a duty not to.

The always option would be similar to "breathing manually" don't worry tho this won't affect sleep-
Much
Since you will always be thinking about something it may be harder to focus on other things, accomplish tasks, etc. You will have complete control of your breathing at all times, so things like swimming (or running, I think) would be a lot easier.
2. The never option makes your breathing not consciously controlled at all, like your heart or kidney or something. Thus, you can focus on stuff without ever thinking about breathing. For better or worse. But since you don't control your own breathing you cannot do things like hold your breath or switch from breathing with your mouth to with your nose. So you cannot really avoid inhaling harmful gasses or liquids.
