I feel like Winter probably lives off just field rations on missions and whatever the academy/base served while she was there. So if Jaune ever made her 'home-cooking' she'd just melt.
I wanna see 12 Sun Wukongs backed by 8 Flynt Coals with Jaune off to the side playing guitar again.
There’s also 5 Blakes, but none of them want to be there.
Sun uses his Semblance to just form a whole barbershop quartet of just him
He can’t sing, he’s just very loud
But he’s got a lot of heart
He’s very enthusiastic, but nobody can get him to stop because he can’t hear them over his own screeching
Faunus!Zwei is terrified of thunder, and wakes up just as a storm rolls in. The only other one(s) awake is Jaune (and Ruby?). Brotherly bonding time? (Not sure if Jaune is staying on Patch over some break, or if he comes over from Vale.)
A loud crack goes across the sky waking up the fanaus boy from his sleep, a loud Yelp coming out of his mouth. He looks around his room in fear. He thought about running to his sisters or his dad, but then frowned. He wasnt a baby. He was a big boy! And boys dont need sleep with other cause they were scared! To the second CRACK changed his mind and he ran into Ruby’s room and dive under the covers. Jaune open his eyes at the movement and lift the cover to see Zwei shaking like a leaf under it. Ruby snored, pretending to sleep at the moment. Jaune knew she wanted this to he a chance for him and Zwei to bond someway.
Jaune sighed and pulled up Zwei.
Jaune:Hey buddy. You okay?
Zwei:……
Jaune:Got scared of the thunder?
Zwei nods his head slightly.
Jaune:Hey it’s okay bud. You wanna stay in her with me and your sister?
Zwei look up Jaune, tears threatening to fall from his face.
Zwei:Can I?
Jaune:Sure.
Zwei began to smile before a another thunderclap and he clutched Jaune tightly. Jaune ruffled his hair telling him it was alright and Zwei began to fall alseep, light snoring coming from him. Jaune look toward Ruby to see her smiling at him.
Ruby:Good job Jaune.
She kissed him and cuddle up to him both slowly falling alseep.
Yang doesn’t know how to flirt okay?
(Seriously, who thought those pants were fine? In a tundra even. What the fuck.)
Yang: so jaune do you have any turn ons?
Jaune: thighs
Yang: really?
Jaune: yeah
I’ve always loved a theory I saw that the vault isn’t even in Beacon either.
There’s some logic to support this, but it isn’t concrete:
The relic of choice getting hidden right under the spot where where partnered students choose their teammates.
The relic draws grim to it. The forest has more grim than we ever saw in the wild in Anima, for instance. But it would be regularly cleared out by students training in it.
The forest is wired up with cameras, supposedly just to monitor initiation, but Grimm Eclipse up and calls it a security system.
It’s not perfect, but I do love the idea.
So we know that the Relic of Choice is hidden differently to other relics, but I think I may have an idea on whereabouts it may be, or at least the door to it.
There’s a lot we can discern from the Vault under Haven Academy and later Atlas Academy. Each Vault is accessible via a tall, thin trapezium door which is unlocked by the touch of a maiden.
The Spring Vault is that of a dreamlike desert landscape, a single biome that stretches to the Horizon - a pocket dimension of sorts. The fact that it is a desert is to make it abundantly clear that this is not part of Haven, nor even Mistral.
I would say it’s easiest to assume that Atlas and Vacuo’s vaults have similarly contrasting biomes to the kingdoms they’re housed in - for example, Atlas’s may be a green forest, while Vacuo’s might be comprised of waterfalls and lakes. Being magical, these vaults probably aren’t beholden to the whims of time and therefore likely stay as they are, year around.
You’re probably wondering where I’m going with this.
Each vault is an almost unnatural biome.
Each vault stands out against its home kingdom.
The vaults probably don’t change based on natural-world time.
Now where have we seen something like that around Beacon?
Oh yeah, Forever Fall.
There’s a place in Vale that is noted to literally be always Fall. Not beholden to the passage of seasons or time, for no particular explained reason. (Unless…)
Volume 3 shows us fall, and its trees aren’t as bright red as Forever Fall’s are - they’re a more natural orange. Volume 1 makes a point of showing us this place twice, once in the Black Trailer and again in the Jaunedice arc, and yet never explains why it’s how it is. Jaunedice could have just as easily (if not more easily due to budget) occurred in the Emerald Forest again. But they choice to show us Forever Fall.
Forever Fall. Beacon’s vault needing the Fall Maiden. Forever Fall looking somewhat more fantasy than the rest of Remnant.
I’m not sure whether Beacon’s vault is located in Forever Fall, or if it is Forever Fall, or if it’s even goddamn open already and has leaked out into Forever Fall, but it’s something to do with goddamn Forever Fall.
You have to respect the fact that the entire FNDM just agreed Fem!Jaune would be tall and stacked like PowerGirl. But I forgot how cute Fem!Ren usually is.
He’s already tall, and tal and stacked is a wonderful combo. Also, Ren is cute, period.
(that last opinion is sponsored by Nora Valkyrie)
Topaz is Jaune and Emerald.
Don’t worry about it, I forget them too if I’m not constantly seeing people use the names.
Ghost Pyrrha reacting to sudden post-whale Topaz developing?
What’s topaz again? Still bad at Remembering all the ship names...
I was gonna joke Pyrrha might have them, for this exact reason. She toys with them using her semblance. Often when she studies or trains with Jaune.
Like others said, Weiss would want them, for rebellion. But she’d probably be terrified to actually go anywhere to get them done. In case she’d get recognized and ratted out.
And yeah Blake might have them, broody riot girl energy and all. Bonus points if she had Ilia pierce them while they were in the fang. That poor gay lizard.
Harem Protagonist Blake should have kept a save from the start of the Beacon chapter like all the guides said to.
Now she either has to start over and skip the Adam and Early Ilia routes again, or get the best ending with Yang to unlock the chapter select.
Harem protagnist Blake Decided not to go with the Illia or Sun route and instead go with the Yang route, and was really liking it. But currently she's having regrets about not going the Ruby route
Winter: Sister, do you realize what you’re doing?
Weiss: Yeah, I’m winning.
Winter: Winning? At what?
Weiss: Life.
I know Whiteknight doesn’t work in V1-3 because it flies in the face of Jaune’s and Weiss’s developments, but you have to consider that’s when it’d be funniest. They’re both at peak dumbass when they’re at Beacon.
Like, Weiss announces to everyone that they’re dating, and Jaune is just as shocked as their friends. He wakes up every morning wondering how the hell he got a girl like Weiss to fall for him because he has no idea, and frankly, Weiss doesn’t either. His pickup lines are terrible and his dad’s advice made it worse every time he used it. Nonetheless he’s thrilled! His dating experiencing is zilch but that’s not going to stop him from shipping a new type of flower to Weiss’s dorm every single day. Weiss tells him to knock it off and then delicately places it into a pitcher that’s becoming too small very quickly.
The whole time Weiss is desperately trying to keep up her reputation because she’s convinced she’ll become a laughing stock, but she won’t tolerate anyone bullying Jaune. She’s blabbing “Yeah I took pity on him, it’s probably not going to last past the month” then Cardin shit-talks Jaune and she’s like “how dare you, I will buy your parents’ house and evict your family if you don’t apologize.” Originally she wanted to keep it a secret, but the very next day Yang comments that they’re bickering like a married couple and Weiss blurts out “How did you find out?!” in the middle of the cafeteria.
And poor Pyrrha is on the sideline going “I’m… happy for you. Haha. Yeah…”
In terms of how good their grades were at Beacon, the ranking for team RWBY from best to worst is as follows:
Yang
Weiss
Ruby
Blake
Yang above Weiss, you ask? It’s simple really. Weiss grew up with private tutors pretty much always available to her. Yang, on the other hand, learned how to study on her own to the point that she could make top marks without a ton of effort. Weiss studies intensively, so as to compensate for not having tutors. And it royally pisses Weiss off when after all that extra work, Yang still makes better grades than her. Yang just excels at self-taught stuff. She built a whole-ass motorcycle herself, for Brothers’ sake!
As for Ruby, she sorta has the same studying ability as her sister, but just doesn’t perform as well academically. She was solidly in B’s and C’s territory.
Blake is a little cheating shit gremlin. She will copy off of you. She will plagiarize. She doesn’t have much formal schooling at all, so it’s understandable. She might read a lot, but she reads solely for pleasure. She won’t read shit if it’s for an assignment. Her huntress training skills make up for it, and her team helping her with assignments keeps her head above C-level. She’s very intelligent, she just cannot be bothered with this stuck-up Human academia stuff, she’s here to learn to fight.
