The artist NimbleJingleCo is being impersonated by a scammer on Etsy, and Etsy rejected their reports on the account and listings.

The user RockNCoutureAZ stole product images and even the text from NimbleJingleCo's item listings and listed them themself, in hopes of tricking Etsy users into sending them money for products they didn't make and don't have. They also placed ads of the stolen listings.

I have personally bought merch from NimbleJingleCo multiple times. I know for a fact that these listings and product pictures being stolen from them.

Please warn anyone into DCA merch to NOT buy from this scammer!

I just had my artwork traced by the deviantart user Nowherewoman99, after saying something to them they took it down, and told me “I don’t trace” which they clearly do. I had to send them notes from my phone since I was away from home (so there is typos since my phone was about to die and I had to type fast)

I told them that they shouldn’t copy or trace other’s artwork, its stealing and then they blocked me, as most art thieves that get caught red handed do.

I went and reversed searched one of their traces.

Their whole gallery is traced and stolen art. So PLEASE contact the origanl artists of the work to report the stolen artwork.

My note to them telling them not to do it didn’t help since they just uploaded another one-

BUT PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, DON’T SEND ANY HATE OR DEATH TREATS. ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS REPORT THE STOLE/TRACED ART AND LET THE ORIGINAL ARTISTS KNOW.
