Handmade Constellation Jewelry 

Belgian boutique Vdeux specializes in metal work, which explores the beauty of the archaic, of nature and our ancestors through her contemporary designs. Originally trained as a fashion designer, the store’s owner “Veronica” decided to translate her relic inspirations into handmade accessories. With a newfound passion and profession, she confesses:

I make jewelry as a way of researching subjects and ideas that move and interest me. Recurring themes in my work are: the soul of beautiful old objects, childhood memories, our ancestors, the ice age, nature, the night sky and the star constellations.”

The astronomical pieces pay homage to Greek mythology and its mystical and romantic meanings. You can find The Big Dipper, Orion, Aries, Taurus, and Leo among other asterisms and constellations in her Etsy shop.
