This kind of helps describe my preference towards the Sabbat rather well. Ultimately, while they are the traditionally “Bad Guy Group”, the books that got put out for the longest time helped expand upon what the Sabbat was and gave them a proper culture and ideology. They really aren’t the nigh-mindless murderhobos that the writers seem to be pushing nowadays, they are a people unto themselves, who have accepted what they are and built something to help ease the burden of unlife on a personal scale. In fact it’s quite annoying that a lot of the traits that made them unique and set them apart from the other sects was eventually given to the Anarchs for the fifth edition, especially since it makes the latter a sort of Sabbat-lite while the current Sabbat is sinking closer into The Usual Adversaries trope. Considering Werewolf’s current incarnation allows for the redemption and possible playability of a Black Spiral Dancer, it’s kind of amusing at the almost arbitrary designation of who’s irredeemable and thus unplayable and who isn’t these days.
Medusa has become quite a polarizing figure, and perhaps of all figures in mythology demonstrates how we reuse and interpret myths to make sense of our experiences and the world around us.
Personally, I subscribe to earlier Greek interpretations of Medusa, where she’s a monstrous goddess born with the curious condition of mortality and not subject to the lust of Poseidon or the wrath of Athene. For my design I referenced the motif of the running gorgon, common on pottery in the mid-sixth century BCE depicting a rather broad and muscular looking figure in a short tunic. Funnily enough, I was also inspired by the tusks and physicality of half-orcs from DnD for her overall body type. I liked the idea of arranging her hair in an Aphrodite knot to give it some interest, and instead of wings I gave her some feathers on her arms to streamline her overall look (I find wings on upright quadrupeds to be a bit clunky).
so while i joke about Sabrina calling a oppsie after be manipulated in to killing 6 caitiffs, shes actually really fucked up by it. not only was it the first time she has killed anyone,(knocked vamps in to torpor yes but never killed ) she was manipulated and used as a weapon for someone else's enjoyment, and the fact she could have avoided killing them just by pulling her hits and having more self control. but in this moment hearing the voice of her "farther " be it in her own mind or through sorcery him asking directly, the one thing that would hurts her the most "are you upset because you killed them... or because you enjoyed it?" (hes trying to help.... but is bad at it) and she doesn't know and now its worse so much worse
My tzimisce Sabrina, shes a "cleaner" for the sabbat, but spends most of her time working in the back of a club doing tattoos and cosmetic surgery for kindred with body dysphoria using her vicissitude skills (she can even do hair cuts but isn't very good at that ) honestly love playing her i just need our vtm players to actually sit down and play some more games. so i can get more inspiration and motivation to draw her more, (cyberpunk red as stolen our vtm time a bit more then we thought it would )
attention vtm community I require your cool tzimisces. please show me them please please please pl

Doing this as a separate post, since I already reblogged TheSixthPlaneteer (and didn't want to spam him).
FTR, the Sabbat have always essentially been written as the closest to Actual Fascists in VTM (hence originally being the standard Enemy Only Sect), at least for the Modern Sabbat (though it was a thing from the beginning, since while the Camarilla encouraged Via Humanitas, the Sabbat only cared to destroy the old order and happily accepted anyone and everyone that would take the Vaulderie (which meant basically all the inhuman Roads), no matter their 'crimes').
Anyway, focusing on Modern Nights Sabbat here, they're to put it plainly: straight up vampire supremacist religious fanatics that happily accept being bound to eachother to prevent treachery.
The Vaulderie is by all accounts effectively a weakened version of the Blood Bond, but it's still the Blood Bond. For all the flak Clan Tremere gets for the Transubstantiation of the Seven and the enforcement of it, the Sabbat effectively have it the same, just with religious brotherhood flavour. It gets actively policed (there's a reason the Black Hand and Inquisition exist, and it's not because they're there to help Joe Lasombra fight the Camarilla) and you aren't real Sabbat unless you have a Vaulderie to your pack, which invariably involves some form of pseudo-religious ceremony (read: the Ritae) lead by the Pack Priest.
While they accept Caitiff into the Sabbat (see: Pander), it's quite self-serving: they just want to have more meat to throw at their enemies. They treat humanity as no more than chattel and will commit mass murder without blinking an eye, simply because it's the fastest way to harm "the enemy" (shovelheads don't come from nowhere, all of them were people, forced into being cannon fodder after probably consuming or killing those they were trapped with).
The Sabbat is, as a rule, a fascist organisation set up with religious symbolism and hollow claims about fighting "the good fight" (killing anties, tyrant elders and such) that does it's utmost to grind up everyone who could possibly want to change that (joining the alternate Paths of Enlightenment, an utter mockery of the Roads of old, is highly encouraged and low humanity is almost guaranteed).
As a side note, the one Path closest to it's original Road is the Path of Metamorphosis, because it already was basically just trying to shed your humanity and become the monster you supposedly are.
Do you think when two Tzimisce are in love they mix their dirt together so they can sleep in the same bed 🥺
so i could lie and say something like the colour and more complete the images represent how free she feels in that moment and while it fits its kinda just a happy accident and i just wanted to test colours for the beast forms and transformation effects but here is Sabrina first time using Protean beast forms, shes locked to bat and wolf cos shes a tzimisce but those are the forms she would have chosen anyway also her first magic transformation, well at least one that's not body horror also i still don't know if she can here her music in the beast forms, cos clothes and stuff disappear and come back dose the music keep playing in her ears magically or is it just gone ?
